You have decided to spend Christmas along side the Ortega family. Jenna had only a couple of weeks before she was heading for New Zealand to shoot a new movie, and you wouldn't get to see her for a couple of months.

I just want you to know, I'm falling for you and I'll be here waiting for you next year when you come back from New Zealand. "And you take care over New Zealand. Whenever you want to call me, you just do it okay? Doesn't matter the time." She nodded and you placed the sweetest kiss on her lips while holding on to her face.
"Alright. Bye y/n/n."
You got into your car and drove off, watching Jenna on the rear view mirror until she disappeared from the distance.
Only if you knew, this would be one of the many goodbyes you would have to go through with this girl for the next couple of years. It would never get less hurtful, but you would come to realize it would always be okay by the end of day, and you would come out stronger.
