Mark is the absolute main character of this book. He is part of a friend group that lives in a house together and is in need of a job. When he was younger, he had some fighting classes taught by his father.

Aaron:
Aaron is another guy in the friend group. He can defend himself because Mark's father taught him too. Has an obsession with hats.

Appearance: Black dreads, brown eyes, and a stubble beard.
Dylan:
Dylan is another guy in the friend group. Also taught how to fight by Mark's father. Has an obsession with glasses.

Appearance: Skin color is barely tan, hair is short and black swept over. Green eyes, and no beard.
John / Dr. John:
John is a head researcher at Laminax. Required to show the newcomers around and stuff. He is also the main villain 😱 (Surprising, I know.)

Appearance: Skin color is a little pale, hair is short and blond swept over, blue eyes, and a stubble beard.
L / Dr. L
L is a senior researcher, and he's pretty cool. He always wears shades no matter what.
