They stepped out of the car and Dominic grabbed Symere.
He held his son's hand as he walked to the door with Kennedy. "Talk to me please, Dom." She spoke.
He looked at her and only kissed her forehead. She knew at least that he wasn't horribly mad at her.
He opened the door And realized it was unlocked. She walked in behind him and her son. She shut and locked the door before slipping her shoes off.
They all headed into the kitchen where Lynn and Dominics father Andrew sat.
"Grannyyy." Symere squealed. She smiled as he ran over to her. "hi my handsome boy."
Andrew smiled. "he look just like my son." Andrew spoke lowly.
"Nigga I aint ya son." Dominic spat. "Dominic... Please don't do that right now." Lynn spoke.
Dominic threw his hands up and sighed. "hello kenned baby...your glowing." She smiled.
"Thank you. Nice to see you ma." She smiled as she hugged Lynn.
"Hi , I'm Kennedy." She spoke Andrews hand. He smiled. "im Andrew, nice-" he was cut off.
"Don't talk to my baby mama nigga." Dominic spoke. "Dominic please. Calm down." Kennedy spoke as she pulled away.
"Where the food at?" Dominic asked. "I made y'all plates." She spoke.
"Ma , you know Kennedy pregnant." He smiled. "what? Congratulations." She gasped.
"Thank you." Kennedy smiled weakly. "Kennedy you swore up and down that you hated my son." She smirked at her.
"Well...I never really did." She smiled. "Of course not. She looooveee me. Ain't that right Kennedy?" Dominic smiled.
"No."
"Well how far along are you?" Lynn smiled. "the doctor said only 12 weeks." She spoke. "That's pretty far." She smiled.
"Will y'all have a gender reveal?" She asked. "probably not this time." Kennedy shook her head.
"Yeah we are." Dominic waved her off as he walked over to her. He slipped an arm around her waist as his mother kissed symeres cheeks.
"Son can I please talk to you?" Andrew stood up and it grew silent. Dominic stared at him for a bit.
"Yeah. Step outside with me." He nodded before heading to the door.
Kennedy sighed watching them.

"Nah I think it's a girl." Dominic glanced at Kennedy. "Not to rush home but can we go Dominic? My parents are waiting for me." She spoke.
"What they doing there?" He sat up. "I don't know but they said they really need to talk to me." She spoke.
"Alright. Bye ma. I love you." He kissed his mother's cheek. "I love you too." She smiled. "Love you." Kennedy smiled.
"Love you too baby. Call me if he ain't treating you right cuz we can't have you unde-" she was cut off. "Ma stop it. I treat Kennedy like a queen. I wish she would call you." He glared at Kennedy and she laughed.
Dominic picked up his sleeping son and spoke. "that nigga staying here all night?" He asked his mom.
"Yes but my brothers also staying." She spoke and Dominic nodded.
"Alright. I'll see ya later." They headed out and to the car. Symere was asleep in the backseat as Kennedy and Dominic sat in the front.
"Aww him so sleepy." She cooed. She turned around and tapped on her phone. "I need a new phone. Apple do this every year." She mumbled.
"Nah dont change the subject...why you was talking to me crazy?" He spoke.
"Cuz I was mad Dominic...you did cheat on me. I thought I was getting married and shit." She spoke.
He smacked his lips. "kennedy...I apologized." He spoke. "I know Dominic. She just made me realize was I dumb for forgiving you. Okay maybe not even forgiving you because that's okay...it's okay to forgive but getting pregnant by you again was ridiculous. I mean it's not like I did it on purpose but I should have been more careful if I was gonna start sleeping with you again." She mumbled.
"So you don't wanna be pregnant with MY baby?" He asked. "I'm not saying that Dominic. The damage is already done." She spoke.
"Damage? Babies are a blessing Kennedy. My baby won't be called damage or an accident. She or he was made out of pure love and we'll treat her that way." He spoke.
