It's been a week after our kiss..and I have been avoiding Dean..
I have all my meals in my room..barely leave the room..and whenever he knocked on the door to talk..I always tell him I'm not in the mood..
And he is considerate enough..not to bother me too much..he keeps his distance.. but still try to talk to me..

I mean how could a psychopath be so sweet and considerate..

I'm disgusted and disappointed in myself..for letting Dean kiss me..
And I don't know how Adonis will feel about it..angry?..disappointed?..

I was seated in the balcony..just staring into space..
I have also been thinking about jaguar..

"Selena.." I heard his voice called..breaking my train of thoughts

I looked back at him..
"Ohh Hey.." I said awkwardly..
He sat beside me..
"How have you been?" He asked..
"Erm Good.." I said..and we fell silent
This is so awkward..
"Look..Selena..I..I didn't plan the kiss..it just happened" he said facing me..
"Uh yeah.."
"Okay..Dean..the kissed already happened..and it shouldn't have.." I started but he cut me off
"Shouldn't have?"He asked..his whole demeanor changing..

"Erm..i just.." He cut me off
"It's fine..I will give you time" he said with a clearly forced smile..
"I..thank you for understanding" I replied..
"Humm..I was looking for you to tell you something" he said looking away from me..
"Ohh and what is that?"
"We are going on somewhere..I mean a trip" he said turning to me
"We?..where?" I asked him
"Yes we..I don't want to leave you here all by yourself..and it's a trip to remember..we are going to Hawaii" he said with a smile
Hawa..what now?!

"Ermm..wh..why Hawaii?" I asked him
"Well..because it's summer..and someone really important is hosting the event..and Hawaii would be the best place" he said...
"Yeah..of course..but do I really have to go?" I asked him..
Hawaii..holds alot of memories
And that's the last thing I need right now.
"Yeah..I don't want you to be lonely..and I want the most gorgeous woman I have ever laid my eyes on..to be my plus one"he said with a grin..
I just smiled in response..
"We are leaving Now..the event is tomorrow"
"What?..Right now?!"
"Yeah..I'm sorry..I know it's on short notice..but I tried to tell you but you have been..you know..avoiding me" he said..

I didn't pack..because Dean already ordered the servant to pack for me..
I understood why we had to leave this immediately..the flight to Hawaii would be 16 hours or less..which is a really long flight..
Dean definitely has a private jet too..which looks expensive and nice..but not as luxurious as Adonis..

Dean was seated with jaguar..discussing what I didn't give a fuck about..
And I sat on my own..staring out the window..looking at the beautiful clouds..
I'm physically in the plane..but my mind and soul is somewhere else..two years ago..

The flight was long and boring..
I and Dean made small side conversations..but nothing much..
I eventually slept off..I don't know for how long..but it was pretty long..
When I woke up..the sun was already peeking behind the clouds..
Wow..it's morning..
I slowly stood up and stretched..
I wonder..how many hours I have been sitting?..
I looked around me..but couldn't see Dean..
I was already planning to look for him..when jaguar appeared..
"Good morning" he stated with a nod
"Morning..where is Dean?" I asked him..
"He is in the restroom"
"Ohh.." I said..sitting back down..
He also sat down..at the other side..looking through some documents..
"Why are you working for Dean?" I asked suddenly
"Hmm..I have already told you" he replied
"No..you just told me he had what you wanted..which is also related to me" I said to him..
He gave a dry chuckle
"I won't tell you..but you can ask another question..which I will provide an answer too" he said dropping the documents..focusing all his attention on me..
Why doesn't he want to tell me?
Hope it's nothing bad..
"Okay..fine..why?..why is Dean's mafia and Adonis's mafia sworn enemies?" I asked curiously..
I mean..this is a chance to find out about something else..
"Hmm..what will happen if a childhood friend betray the other?" He said with a smirk

"They are childhood friends?" I asked
"Yeah..close ones..but one just had to betray the other" he said with a dry chuckle..
"Who?..who betrayed.." I started but was cut short by Dean
"Ohh you are awake?" He said with a smile sitting beside me
Nope..still asleep
Goshh..why does he have to interrupt?
"Uh..yeah" I said with an awkward smile..
"You hungry?"
"Yeah.." I said..and with that jaguar picked up the documents and continue going through it..
Totally letting go of our conversation..
"30 minutes..till we land boss" the head pilot announced..

Hawaii was still beautiful like I remembered..
The beautiful ocean and all
But instead of enjoying it..my mind still hammered on the memories here..
I just hope it's not the same five star resort..because if it is..I would..
My train of thoughts stopped as we packed directly in front of the resort..

"Shall we?" Dean asked..
"Sure.." I said and we stepped out if the car..
The resort still pretty much look the same..but there are clearly some upgrades..
We went to the reception..and the memory came flooding in..
I remembered when me and Bella entered the reception..looking out of place..
But right now..I'm in the place..
Like..I'm literally screaming money..
I was in a white floral armless long gown..with a high slit to my tight..a beige hat..and a wedge brown heels..
And a limited edition of Louis vuitton brown bag..
I looked cute and the same time hot..
Jaguar got the keys to our room..and we headed upstairs.. using the elevator..
We reached the room..and yepp definitely a five star suite..
"Nice.." I commented..
"Yeah..so..this is your room" he said with a smile
"My room?..this is too much"
"No..it's not..you deserve the best" he said..coming over and holding my hands..
"Okay.."
"So..you must be pretty tired..it was a long flight..so get some rest..I will come get you at lunch" he said..
"Sure..thanks" I replied..
He smiled and left..
I landed on the bed..
And before I knew it..the darkness consumed me..

I woke up feeling really refreshed..
This is soo Good..
And just as I stood up to leave the room..
A knock came from the door..I went over and opened the door..
To see a smiling Dean..
"You okay now?"
"Yeah..I am" I replied..
"Come on..let's have lunch" he said grabbing my hand and leading me out of the room...
We walked to the dinning area..
Which was really beautiful..
Jaguar was already waiting by the table..
"Welcome boss" he acknowledged..
Dean nod and draw out the chair for me to sit..
"Thanks" I said softly..
He smiled on response and sat with me..
We ordered and started eating.. the food was absolutely delicious..
He and Jaguar had some conversations.. which I didn't really care about..
I just ate in silence..
Then I noticed some people arriving..
Rich people by the way..
I guess..they also came for the party..which was going to be held tonight..
Right..I never asked what the party was about..
"Erm..Dean?"
"Yeah.." He answered..his attention on me..
"What is this party even all about?" I asked him straight up
"Uh..yeah..I never told you..it's just a little gathering..with all mafia in the world" he said
"Ohh.."

Wait..if all mafia in world are attending this party..doesn't it mean Adonis will be here?

The door to the dinning area opened..
Everyone's attention turned there..including mine..
"He is coming.." someone said to another..

I looked over..and

Adonis stepped in..
Can the floor just open up and swallow me??
