"Haan toh abhi bhi Dhruv ke school certificates, degree aur aadhar card dekhne ke baad bhi apa logon ke anusaar, woh aadmi (pointing at Dhruv) Dhruv Sarkar, Anubhav hai...!" Vishwas asked Haseena and Karishma who are standing in the witness box.
"Ji..bas DNA report aa jaye toh yeh baat proof bhi ho jayegi aur unka natak bhi khatm ho jayega...!" Haseena said coldly and then glared Sarkar, who rolled his eyes back.
"DNA report jab aayegi tab aayegi, tab tak kuch sawalon ke jawab aap log jara hume de dete toh hamara dimag shant ho jata...bechara pareshaan hai aakhir itne din se ghum rahe hai iske andar...!" Vishwas said with a smile.
"Aap bhool rahe hai Mr. Vishwas ki meri client aapki school teacher nhi hai jo aapke sawalon ke jawab deti rahe...!" Anjali taunted him.
"Anjali ji...(sweetly), aap bhool rahi hai ki hum adalat mein khade hai aur aapki clients ke upar ilzaam lage...ab inhe vipaksh ke sawalon ke jawab toh dene hi padenge...!" He replied with an ear to ear smile.
"Mr.Vishwas aap puchhiye jo puchhna hai...!" Judge sahab gives his permission.
"Thank you judge sahab (with slightly bowed head), haan toh Karishma Singh...pichhli baar hamari baat chit thodi adhuri rah gyi thi, waise hum aapke bhokal ke badake wale fan hai, ekdam jabra type (KS glared at him angrily), sach mein...waise aapse milne ke liye do log aaye hai....(he turns to judge sahab), aap agar anumati de toh hum unhe bulana chahte hai judge sahab..!" He asked for permission.
"Permission granted...!" Judge sahab as soon granted the permission, two men come inside the court room; As they entered and Karishma see them her eyes widen as they are the same investigation officer who come to investigate about Anubhav and Haseena after Anubhav's death.
"Karishma Singh, pehchan liya in dono ko..?" Vishwas asked with a smirk. Haseena looked at KS surprisingly.
"Aap janti hai aap in dono ko?" Haseena whispered. "Ji Maddamsir..!" She whispered back.
"Haan toh Anjali ji aap puchhe usse pehle hi hum bata de, yeh dono investigation officers hai jo Anubhav ke murder (giving a look to Kareena) ke investigation ke liye appoint kiya gya tha par us waqt Haseena Malik ki halat kuch jyada hi kharab thi isliye kuch jyada puchhtachh ho nhi payi..I am right...?" He looked at the officers. Haseena looked at them in shock and then she took a glance at KS and Anjali.
"Ji...hum dono gaye the Mahila Police Thane...!" An officer said. "Toh wahan kya reason diya gya tha aapko aur kya investigation ki aap dono ne...?" Vishwas asked questionably.
"Hum jyada puchh hi kaha paaye Mr. Vishwas, Miss Malik us waqt nashe mein thi aur ghayal thi..bas Karishma Singh se kuch sawal puchhe the...!" Second officer replied.
"Haan toh kya the aapke sawal aur kya tha KS (looked at KS and then the officer) ka jawab...?"
"Humne bas inse itna puchha tha ki Anubhav Singh, jo inke bhai hai unko goli marte time inke haath nhi kaanpe...!" Haseena looked at KS, meanwhile Sarkar is silently watching the court room drama.
"Jawab kya tha inka?" Vishwas asked.
"Nhi..hamare haath nhi kaanpe, hamare Pita ji je hume bahut accha parvarish diya hai aisa parvarish nhi diya hai ki kisi deshdrohi ko marte huye hamare haath kaanpe, unhone hamare vardi aur kanoon ke prati sarvocch rehna sikhaya hai toh humne wahi kiya jo ek deshdrohi ke saath hona chahiye tha Anubhav Singh jo bhi ho sabse pehle hamre liye ek deshdrohi the....!" They play KS's statement which they had recorded for records.
Hearing her statement, Vishwas turned towards KS.
"Yeh aapki hi aawaz hai na Karishma Singh...??" Vishwas asked. KS hummed with a nod.
"Wah...matlab kya deshbhakti hai aapke andar...desh ke kanoon aur apni vardi ke prati aapka prem...wah matlab manana padega...itni deshbhakti dekh kar toh mere (wiping his dry tears) aansoo nhi ruk rahe hai...!" Vishwas taunted dramatically.
"Wah...kuch bhi ho, Vishwas sahab hai bade kamal ke abhineta...!" Sarkar mumbled with a smile.
"Mr.Vishwas..!" Judge sahab called him sternly.
"Kshma mahoday...kshma! Haan toh Karishma Singh, abhi humne suna ki aapke anusaar kanoon aur vardi aapke liye sabse pehle hai..!"
"Haan toh...humne sirf kaha nhi, hamare liye hai...!" KS said angrily.
"Oh..isliye aap har roj apne hi thane ke ek on duty constable par haath uthati hai...!" He replied back in same tone, making the court room intense.
"Indian penal code ke according koi bhi senior apne junior ke saath dur vyavhaar nhi kar sakta aur agar aisa karta hua payega toh IPC 1860 ke under section 186 ek on duty ke upar haath uthane aur section 504 apne junior ko sabke samne beizzat karne ke liye aapko ek saal ki saza aur jurmana bhi dena pad sakta hai...Am I right Anjali ji...?" He smirked at Anjali, she rolled her eyes.
KS and Haseena looked at each other.
"Aur haan Haseena Malik, aapke samne yeh sab hota hai isliye aapko bhi saza mil sakti hai...!" Vishwas added.
"My Lord! Mr. vishwas is waqt bekar ke daleelon mein adalat ka samay vyarth kar rahe hai...is waqt KS ke upar in ilzaamon ka case se lena dena nhi hai..!" Anjali interrupted.
"Point hai Nyayadhish mahoday...bilkul point hai kyunki Karishma Singh jo khood kanoon todti rehti hai kabhi Qayamat bankar toh kabhi kanoon na manane wali Chingari gang ki member ban kar...unhone apne bayan mein kaha ki kanoon unke liye sarvocch hai..!" Vishwas growled. "Nhi...jo log kanoon ka saman nhi kar sakte unki deshbhakti ko paribhasha hi galat hai...jo apne karm, apni vardi ka samman nhi kar sakte unka deshprem kabhi sacch ho hi nhi sakta...!" Vishwas added in cracked voice.
"Jo log Anubhav Singh ko deshdrohi bol rahe hai par pehle khud ke girebaan mein jhaak kar dekhe kitne deshbhakt hai woh log...!" Vishwas's voice echoed in the court room.
"Inke kitabon mein desh ke liye marna aur maarna hi deshbhakti likha gya hoga...shayad isliye desh ka kanoon aur samvidhan padhna bhool gaye...!" Vishwas taunted.
"Mr.Vishwas aapke andar is waqt deshprem se jyada Anubhav prem chadh gya hai isliye shayad bhool rahe hai ki Anubhav Singh ne khud kaha tha ki woh kuch paison ke liye apne desh ke agents ki details bech raha hai dushman desh ko...!" Anjali taunted with a smile.
"Aap saboot dikhaiye na main maan lunga Anjali ji...!" He said with extra sweet smile.
"Unhone khud apne muh se bola tha...Par yeh baat toh aapki client ka kehna hai jinhone unhe mara...aapke paas koi saboot hai ya aur ko gawah..!" Vishwas said questioningly
"Hain na, Haseena Malik ki ammi..!" Miss Anjali smirked.
"Woh toh apni beti ko bachane ke liye jhooth bhi bol sakti hai..!"
"Aap bhool rahe hai ki woh ek shaheed constable ki weba aur ek imaandar SHO ki maa hai..!"
"Ek imaandar secret agent ka beta tha Anubhav Singh, jis aapki client ne maar diya...!" Vishwas said through the clenched teeth.
"Usne apne Pita ke saath kiye gaye galat ka badla lene ke liye hi sab kiya..!" Haseena said.
"Accha...Miss Malik, aapke abbu ke maut ke baad bhi unhe woh samman nhi mila jo milna chahiye tha isliye toh aapka bachapan aapke chacha ke sahare mein katna pada..!" Vishwas taunted.
"Hum Anubhav Singh nhi hai Mr. Vishwas...!" Haseena said tauntingly.
"Aur yeh koi bollywood ki movie nhi hai jisme hamesha ki tarah terrorist ka Pita ek officer hoga aur uska badla lene ke liye beta galat raah par chala jayega...!" Vishwas taunted back.
"Mr. Vishwas... *ding* the wall clock of the courtroom notified them of the break.
"This court is adjourned until the next date..." The judge said, while placing the gavel on the table.
Outside
"Maan gaye Vishwas ji kya kamal ke vakeel hai matlab...baaton mein ghumana acche se jante hai...!" Sarkar praised him with while sipping the tea.
"Hum sirf wahi bol rahe hai jo sach hai, ghuma nhi rahe hai..!" Vishwas replied.
"Waise humne thoda bahut pata kiya the case ke bare mein par aaj ka scene dekh kar toh lag raha hai ki jitna saral dikh raha hai utna hai nhi yeh case...!" Sarkar said seriously.
"Waise Anubhav (Vishwas intentionally said but Sarkar didn't paid any heed), Dhruv (he looked at him)...tum sach mein Sarkar ho?" He asked trying to read his eyes.
"Haan...aapne toh meri puri kundali dekh li Phir kyun yahi sawal puchh rahe ho..!" Sarkar said irritatedly.
"Kyunki is duniya mein do alag alag bio logical maa baap ke do logon ka ek tarah dikhana bahut mushkil hai...!" Haseena interrupted them.
Sarkar and Dhruv looked at her and then each other.
"Mushkil hai namumkin nhi SHO sahiba...!" Sarkar said with a smirk.
"Namumkin hi samjho kyunki percentage chance na ke barabar hi hai..!" Haseena smirked back.
"Na ke barabar aur na mein bahot antar hai...DNA report jaise hi aayegi sach bahar aa hi jayega..!" Sarkar said with a smile.
"Bilkul...aur khushkismati dekho tumhari ki, jab tak report nhi aata...ek team har pal us lab mein rahegi...!"
"Khushkismat toh hoon main isliye team hai warna tum sab mujhe hi Anubhav bana kar khud ko bacha lete aur mujhe fasa dete...!" Sarkar said tauntingly.
"Woh toh pata chal hi jayega...!" KS interrupted.
"Aapki hi kami thi...waise dekh kar laga nhi tha aapke andar itni himmat bhi hogi ki apne bhai ko maar sakti hai aap...!" Sarkar taunted in surprising tone.
"Deshdrohi tha...aur tension mat lo bas DNA report aa jaye phir dobara demo dikhayenge tumko...!" KS said coldly.
"Woh toh waqt hi batayega..!" Vishwas said with a smile, while Sarkar smirked at Kareena.
Unknown place and Time
"Aap sach mein humse pyaar karte hai na?" A soft female voice echoed in the unconscious mind of a man who lay on the bed, surrounded by bandages and hospital apparatus, in a dimly lit room.
First, her kohled eyes, then her smile, and finally her face slowly emerged in his mind and "Priye...!" He mumbled softly.
