Izuku sighed loudly as he lifted the note finding the 50 dollar bill left by his mother for his food and took it to add to the emergency saving jar.
He was supposed to go to Bakugo's house since Sunday's the school was closed, they rehearse at his place.
Izuku was unsure how to feel about Katsuki, he made him feel weird things that he didn't understand. Tho one thing he knew was that he definitely wanted to be friends with the trio.
He was also invited to go see the Todoroki household the next Saturday so that was something to look up to. Tho he was also nervous about talking to him again. It had been long and he didn't know how to feel about it. Were they supposed to date again, was he the only one not interested in getting back together? He wasnt sure, but he definitely wanted to become friends with him again. They had been through a lot and after the incident with Todoroki's father, they had distanced each other because it had became to hard for the viridian boy to get close to them. That's how he lost his only friend.
He was laying his head on the counter as he thought about everything that happened in the last two weeks. All that happened because he wanted to try playing again and didn't think to close the classroom door. He honestly didn't know what to think of it. Thanks to the group, he was coming out of his little shell but he wasn't following his usual routine, which meant unpredictability. Unpredictability can be scary, that's why he followed his routine, it was the only thing that kept him from breaking into bad coping habits like self harm. He was also scared of getting attached, from fear of being abandoned, which is also why he isn't putting his expectations high when he does have to have any type of relationship with people.
He looked at the time and noticed that he had to be there for practice in an hour. "Maybe they'll forget about me.." He thinks out loud as he started to make himself a smoothie for breakfast. He jumped when the loud sound of the blender resonated through the house, like he wasn't the one who started the machine, but he was, that's why he felt discouraged by himself.
With the noise he didn't notice that a certain trio entered his house with the key Inko had given them, so that when her son wouldn't come out, they could go see him.
"Oh!! I want one too!" Kirishima exclaims entering the kitchen and Izuku turns panicked to be faced with them. He had forgotten he was holding a knife that he used to cut his fruits.
"What are you doing here?! How did you get in!?" He asks panicked.
"First off, knife down-" Kaminari says raising his hands in retreat and Izuku blushes in embarrassment as he puts it down facing them once again.
Kirishima sits on the counter and Kaminari looks in the fridge for anything interesting.
"And we knew your dumbass wouldn't come, so we're coming to get you." Katsuki answers shrugging his shoulders.
"That and BakuBro just wanted a reason to see you more" Kirishima grins.
"Shut the fuck up shitty hair! That ain't it, like I'd want to see Deku longer then necessary." Katsuki spats in annoyance.
Izuku sighs as he takes out his smoothie and starts drinking it.
"But, I thought about it, what am I even supposed to do? You guys already know all your stuff, I'll just slow you guys down and-" He gets cut.
"That's why we're doing this shit, you got to fucking start somewhere idiot." Katsuki scolds.
"I still think there are better options, I'm sure Shoto would-"
"Don't talk about that half and half bastard, he ain't coming anywhere near us." Katsuki cuts him feeling his blood boil.
"But his voice is equal if not better then mine, he is also very good at adapting to other's ideals on the scene." Izuku explains.
"Between us, you're a way better singer. And we won't choose someone only for the talent, we need to feel emotionally attached to this person." Kaminari explains.
"But, aren't you three friends with Shoto?" Izuku asks as he took out his smoothie to drink.
"Nah, Bakubro's holding a grudge for Todo, and he may not express it but one thing's for sure he appreciates you way more then Todo!" Kirishima explains knowing very much his murder will be brutal when the greenette won't be there.
"I appreciate Kacchan a lot too." Izuku hums happily sipping his drink making Eijiro and Denki use all their interior power to not burst out laughing as they looked at Katsuki look away, trying to hide the fact he was blushing.
"Oh Mido, where's Mama Inko? I wanted to say hi!" Kaminari asks curiously.
"She left for Tokyo, something about a big accident that happened." Izuku responds giving a half smile.
They all felt bad for Izuku, he wasn't in the best state of mind and always ended up alone.
Kirishima remembered something.
"Oh Midobro! We're going out with friends next Saturday, wanna join?" Kirishima asks.
"For one of the rare time in my life I have plans." Izuku chuckles. "I'm going to go out with Shoto next weekend." Izuku answers and Katsuki's world came crumbling down. He was already too late..
"It's okay" Kirishima answers with a sad smile.
"I'm sorry, thank you tho, for everything you've done so far. Without you I don't think I would have been able to talk to Shoto again, so I am really grateful. I'm even happier to have you guys as my friends tho." Izuku smiles at them.
Two of them felt overjoyed by the reminder of the title they gained in Izuku's heart and the other one feeling like he just got an arrow go through his heart, he just got friendzoned..
"So, do you need help getting the romance flowing between you two again? I'm sure I could help!" Kaminari offers wiggling his eyebrows.
And Ladies and Gentlemen, we present Kirishima mentally murdering Kaminari for not knowing something no one told him.
"It's okay Kaminari-kun, I can't really see myself be with Shoto in the futur in that way. But I'll tell you if I need a Cupid since you seem really invested in those things." Izuku giggles finishing up his smoothie and goes to rinse his glass. While his back was turned Katsuki and Eijiro gave Denki their best death glare, to which the golden haired boy remained completely clueless of.
After putting his stuff away away Izuku turns to the group.
"I'm gonna assume you guys don't have a keyboard or whatsoever that I could borrow?" Izuku asks looking back at them.
They all internally face palm realizing they didn't think that far which made Izuku laugh seeing their gloomy aura. "I'll go get mine, it might take a few minutes tho, I have no clue where the plug is." Izuku answers.
"I'll help you." Katsuki says trying not to sound desperate and following him to the room leaving the two others alone in the living room.
"Denki, we're on a mission to leave Midobro romantically available and make sure BakuBro doesn't fuck things up with him." Kirishima explains grabbing him by his shoulders and shaking him brusquely which confused Kaminari.
"Why? Doesn't he deserve to find love?" Kaminari asks confused.
"Yeah and BakuBro too." Kirishima answers hoping he'd get the hint.
"Then I can try getting someone for him too." Kaminari answers proudly.
Kirishima internally screams in discouragement to how oblivious he was. "Then why not try to put the two together." Kirishima persists pressing his fingers together while giving him big eyes.
Kaminari blinks a couple times trying to understand what the fish eyes meant. When he does understand, the grin that appeared on his face was huge.

"Our drummer has a crush on our new singer." Kirishima whispers and Denki's eyes go wide in excitement.
