Guess what we are in Vegas! And as always the pyramid is coming with us.
"Welcome to Las Vegas!" Ms. Abby says as we walk in
"I want to reflect on Starpower last week, Some of you did really good however, as a whole not so great, The competition this week is called thunder struck and this team has never not placed in the overall score so you need to be flawless" She says
"Time for pyramid"

She goes through all of the girls before she gets to me.
"Y/n you were the overall mini high score of the day and I will say that you are doing a really good jo with everything I am giving you, So next week you better be prepared because I have a little surprise for you and your mother next week." She said
*Interview with Christi*
I don't think I want to be excited about what Abby has in store for me or my girls, because we all know that she is always out to get me, and she will do anything to make me look bad.
*Interview over*
"So that leaves me with Chloe, Chloe this is your week, your mother keeps saying that nobody can win because Maddie wins and I am done hearing that." She says
"Maddie you are getting the week off, No new solo"
*Interview with Abby*
I am so sick and tired of the mothers saying that Maddie gets all the attention, Maddie gets all the privates, Maddie gets this Maddie gets that, well maybe if there daughters were better and like Maddie they would get that stuff.
But I took Maddie out of the equation so now who are they going to blame.
*Interview over*
"Chloe this is your week you wanted it so you got it, Your mother all I hear is Maddie Maddie Maddie, so this is your week and you better win" Ms. Abby says.
"Let's talk about the group number, This is Vegas, does anyone know another name for this city"
"Sin City" Brooke says raising her hand
"That's right, the concept of this contemporary routine is sin city, Put your bags away and come on moms let's go."
*Four days till Competition*
Kenzie and I were watching the group dance and it was very interesting, but we were board we had nothing to do
"Do you think Ms. Abby is going to give us another duet together?" I asked Kenzie
"I don't know maybe" She says
We watch as Ms. Abby assigned all of the older girls parts to play. To be honest I don't really know what any of the 7 deadly sins are but the girls didn't really look happy with who they got.
While the girls are rehearsing a lady walks in and Ms. Abby greats her.
"Girls this is a dear friend this is Liz Liberman" She says and all of us say hi back.
"She is the show girl, they make movie and shows just around her."
"Would you guys like to learn the posture and walking on the balls of your feet?" She asked.
I didn't really want to do that so Kenzie and I sat this one out.
"Girls do you guys want to go out for Ice cream?" Melissa said and we both nodded.
Anything was better then just sitting her doing nothing. So we got up and walked to this little Ice cream shop from down the street.
"What do you guys want?" She asked
"Vanilla with chocolate syrup and sprinkles Please!" We both say I looked at Kenzie
"Jinx you have to get me a soda!" Kenzie said laughing,
"I will get you next time!" I said laughing as Mellissa got the two small Ice creams and held them.
"Thank you!" I said
"Of course! Now come on we have to get back before Abby notices we are gone!" She says and hands us the ice cream and we hurry back.
"Oh were did you three run off to?" Kelly says
"Oh just nowhere" I said laughing with Kenzie
"Well if you give me some I wont rad you out" My mom says
I walk over to her and hand her the spoon and she takes some from me.
"Well I am still going to tell the big monster!" She says tickling me
"No don't! here you can have more" I said pushing the spoon in her mouth.
I loved moments like these when my mom was happy and not fighting. I hate it when she and the other moms fight it just makes me sad.
"I won't I promise" She said giving me a kiss on my head
We watched as Lizzy gave the girls hats that showgirls were in dances.
"And girls I have one more surprise for you guys, This is Katie a real life show girl."
This really tall lady named Katie and she helped the girls learned some more things.

Christi: So sorry I had to go pick up Chloe's costume.
Kelly: Oh your costumes are ready?
Christi: I'm assuming yours isn't?
Kelly: Would you have expected anything different?
Christi: Nope
Kelly: Well let me see the costume.
Christi: Look it's cute she is like a little French girl.
Kelly: I just don't understand why my kid doesn't have a costume, She just doesn't get the time, she gets crappy choreography and when then get the costume it doesn't fit.
Christi: I don't know, I'm sorry.
Kelly: Yeah
Christi: I don't know I really hate Vegas
Kelly: I know we need to get out and do something fun.
Christi: I think we need to go because our kids are almost done with rehearsal.
Kelly: Well cupcake date over.

Third pov:
Y/n was watching Chloe learn her new solo. Chloe was expected to win because Maddie was not dancing but sometimes she doesn't realize that she can be tough.
Abby had the girls tonight so she took the girls out for Ice cream while the moms went to the bar. Y/n and Kenzie we getting more Ice cream and they couldn't wait.
All of the girls sat down at the table and started talking about the place.
"So do you guys know what this is for?" Abby asked the girls
"Ice cream!" Y/n and the girls said.
"Are we right" Chloe asked.
"Yess" Abby says
The waiter brings out two big glasses full of Ice cream and Chloe and y/n shared a glass.
"Y/n you ate most of it!" Chloe says and y/n looks at her with ice cream on her face.
*Two days till Competition*
Paige was with Abby working on her new solo while the other girls were either working on their solos or practicing the group dance.
*One day till Competition*
Y/n's Pov:
We only had one more day till the competition and everyone was working hard, Kenzie and I were practicing our jumps and acro tricks so that at the end of the week we could show Ms. Abby our progress.
Brooke was in the other room with Kelly practicing her solo. We did this a little while longer before our moms said that it was time to go back to the hotel.

Chloe, mommy, and I were sitting on the couch.
"So are you guys happy to be at the top of the pyramid this week?" She asked
I nodded and Chloe did too but the she went on to say "Yeah but Ms. Abby was saying to me, 'Oh since Maddie is not in this you have to win, you have to win."
"You don't have to win because Maddie is not in this, You're Chloe, you are different and there is noting wrong with being Chloe" She says
"Yeah you are Chloe, My big sister and I love you!" I said
"Thanks y/n, I love you too!" She says
"Chloe is amazing and I would trade one Chloe for a hundred Maddie's" Mommy said and I nodded.
*Interview with y/n*
I don't like when Ms. Abby yells at me to be more like Chloe because sometimes I feel like I am not good enough to be like her, so I know that when she yells at my sister to be more like Maddie that it hurts her too.
*Interview over*
Third Pov:
Y/n gave Chloe a hug, and this made Chloe feel so much better knowing that her little sister would be there for her.
Christi was upset though because Abby shouldn't have been telling Chloe that, and no child should have to here that from their dance teacher, but here Abby is telling them that.
"I promise that I am not going to let her treat you like that, you either y/n" Christi says to her two girls who nod and hug her.
While the girls get up and go to bed Christi decides that she is going to go talk to Abby about how she is treating the girls. Christi knocks on Abby's door with a sigh and Abby lets her in.
Abby: Your not paying me for this time.
Christi: You owe me this time!
Abby: I owe you nothing.
Christi: You are incredibly rude to my daughters!
Christi: All I am asking you for is to treat my daughters with a little bit of respect, they don't get any of that from you.
Abby: I do! Every single time, when you are in the picture your child looks at you,
Christi: Because she is afraid of you! They all are if you haven't realized!
Abby: They are beautiful dancers, they are great kids, but they look for you with one eye!, and you know what if they were in my care they would be well taken care of because I would give them what you can't!
Christi: Don't you question my parenting! All you do is set them up to fail!
Christi: You went back stage one time and to Chloe to be like Maddie!, Who does that to a child?!
Christi: Deny it all you want, Deny i-
Abby: Why wouldn't you want to be like Maddie? I want to be like Maddie!
Christi: Well you could never be like anyone of those dancers! And Chloe doesn't have to be like Maddie!
Christi: Chloe is Chloe and that is good enough!
Abby: For who? Y/n?
Christi: Yes! And herself!
Abby: Yeah but not for you!
Christi: Yes it is.
Abby: So why are you so jealous of an eight year old, You should love her unconditional.
Christi: I do, The bottom line is Abby, I would appreciate it if you would be kinder to my daughters.
Christi: So Chloe is at the top of the pyramid this week, What are your expectation for her and y/n?
Abby: I expect her to win hands down, as for y/n she should be ready to compete next week, and win. People should be buzzing about them Chloe and y/n this, Chloe and y/n that.
Christi: I just want us to be on a good page because we are kind of stuck with each other. I- You have made it clear that you don't like me-
Abby: I didn't say that, I said I just can't stand you.
Christi gets up and leaves the room frustrated after their argument.
*Competition day*
All of the girls and their moms get to the competition and Abby starts to explain that they should have already been dressed and ready to go.
The girls were getting their costumes on for the group dance and y/n was helping Chloe stretch her splits. Then the girls went behind the stage while everyone else went into the audience to watch their performance.
After the performance was awards for the group so Abby sent Kenzie and y/n on the stage with them.
"In seventh place routine number 448 sinful." The announcer said.
After group awards the girls went back to green room to get ready for solos.
"Paige hasn't even had her costume on" Abby says
"I have never seen it" Kelly says
"I haven't either, I have it finished." Abby said handing her the costume
Paige goes and puts the outfit on and it doesn't fit. Kelly starts to tell Abby that her kids costumes never fit or something is always wrong with is. Abby lets Paige decide if she wants to do the solo or if she wants to scratch the dance.
Paige decides to scratch the dance and goes to do it. All of the girls that were not doing solos went to the audience to watch everyone else perform.
First up was Brooke, then was Nia, then Chloe, and the pressure was on because Maddie wasn't dancing so Chloe needed to show Abby that she can do and win anything.
It was now time for the solo awards for the night.
"In third place it routine number 153 Metamorphosis" Brooke gets up and gets her award.
Chloe ended up not placing at all and when they got in the dressing room and Abby starts scolding the girls about how they didn't do good and her name was NOT going to go down for their mistakes.
