"I made my decision and I think I would like ... how do I say okay so, actually I have thought about it long and hard and I feel if I were in the teams position I would wish to know the truth about one of their leaders a leader who is supposed to lead them in missions and who they should have their full trust on but they know they feel betrayed cause they didn't know about that part of my life which has been hidden away they deserve an explanation at least so I think I am going to tell them the partial truth not exactly lying just leaving out everything else except for what happened 3 years ago when I went rogue thanks to the pits madness " Marinette said.

The team had been locked out of all league systems and the Watchtower and their Zeta tubes were also down and they couldn't get it back up yet without their resident hacker Robin. This time spent locked in the cave they had been processing the new information they had received and sure they shouldn't have just trusted a random man on the Watch tower and should have attacked him and taken him in instead they all trusted him and watched it learning some new things about one of their two leaders she killed 15 people .
They should have asked her to explain before jumping to conclusions and they should have at least been slightly suspicious and should have thought about the possibility of this to be fake and edited all just some kind of an evil trick by the Light to tear them apart as a team but no, none of that was ever considered during that moment instead they believed the video and threw accusations at Ladybird.
They trusted her with their life and when they watched that video they felt betrayed. Though the entire team was not locked in the cave just the one's at the Watchtower and the time which meant that Superboy, Kidflash and Impulse. So they there were only two older members Miss Martian and Tigress. But finally today as they were all in the training area they heard the Zeta Tube announce several people

They all trailed behind the two women until they reached the Zeta Tube's where the Justice League and the remaining members off the team were. "Team" Batman said greeting them. "What are you all doing here" La'gaan questioned. "We have given you enough time to think about what had happened back at the Watchtower and we feel now is the time we finally have a discussion" Wonder Woman said. "Look I know you guys may feel betrayed and all right now but here Ladybird out first before you make up your mind" Wally said. "Agreed" Superboy said.
Finally Mari stepped forward from where she was behind the trinity as her siblings gave her encouraging words via comm. "Look, I will say what I have to say and then you can make up your minds if you still want me to lead you guys. " she said before they could throw any insults or accusations her way.
"What you saw on the pen drive was all true. This occurred about 3 years ago when I had gone rouge because I was the a victim of the madness of the Lazarus pit. I was not in control off my actions nobody was not many people know about this but that's because this happened when I was in Paris originally and was fighting some Assassin's from the League and then I was quickly taken down the next thing I knew was that I was soaking in the green liquid for days I was kept there with the shadows as I found out that they planned to train me and had killed me to soak me in the pit's waters tp revive and make me a member for the League and the Light to use controlling me but the madness of the pit quickly started to take over my body and then I escaped I was out of control all I did in those 3 months was kill 15 people only and luckily it was only 3 months until the Justice League members was able to calm down and help control that rage in me." Marinette said.
"Look bug I am not one to judge considering my family and all" Artemis said. The bluenette simply nodded in return. "Yeah, uhm I guess we all over reacted and I apologize bug I've trusted you from back when the team was starting off you were one of my first friends and I should let you explain" M'gann said. "Thanks guys" Mari said finally. "Clearly if you were dangerous then Batman and the other leaguers wouldn't even allow you to be here obviously.." Wonder girl said. "Yeah plus I suppose if you were doing this when u were not in control of ur self and not intentionally doing it then yea I guess we were wrong to judge you to quickly" Beast boy. "Yeah I agree with the others and I am so sorry" Blue Beetle said. "La'gaan aren't you going to say anything?" M'gann said. "I don't know how can I trust you who knows what all you could be hiding from us huh ?" La'gaan yelled out finally.
"Look you have every reaso-" Mari started but was cut of. "La'gaan listen here this is a team decision on whether or not she stays or leaves its not going to be decided by just one person here" Batgirl said. "Okay then lets take a vote" Superman said. "Who all would wish for Ladybird to stay on the team" Wonder Woman asked and in response everyone raised their hand except Lagoon boy. "Who all would like for her to continue as leader" the princess now asked. Then Batgirl, Nightwing, Kidflash, Red Robin, Impulse and Superboy, Artemis, Miss Martian raised their hand while Wonder girl, Beast boy, Impulse and La'gaan didn't. So it was 8 : 4. "Well then its decided Lady bird will continue as leader of the team then" Batman said. " I would love to stay and all but I have to go" Marinette said excusing herself. Batgirl quickly followed after.

And that's what happened she took a break for a while focused on first trying to figure out the whole Miraculous thing and she finally decided that she was going to keep Plagg cause as much as she loved Tikki she truly did have the right power to wield the miraculous of the black cat rather than the miraculous of creation. Finding a creative soul was going to be a bit tricky for her but it was a step by step process. But she needed to consider a person who could be suitable wont abuse the power given to them and wont misuse it so she finally had a few options left after narrowing it down these were : -

ZATANNA
Zatanna' s magical abilities, though incredibly powerful and creative, are rooted in the mystical arts. The Miraculous of Creation is often associated with a technological and scientific approach. As she is heavily reliant on magic might create a thematic mismatch, as the Miraculous emphasizes a balance between creativity and the responsible use of power.
WONDER WOMAN
Wonder Woman's strength lies in her divine gifts, combat skills, and wisdom. Her character is deeply rooted in mythology and physical prowess. The Miraculous of Creation, associated with technological and creative aspects, might not find a perfect narrative match with Wonder Woman's mythological background and physical focus. That and she would be to busy with the JLA.

This might not align as seamlessly with the Miraculous of Creation, which emphasizes a balance between intellectual creativity and the responsible use of extraordinary power
STARFIRE
Starfire's powers are linked to cosmic energy and empathy. While her abilities are extraordinary, they are more attuned to the cosmic and emotional realms. The Miraculous of Creation, with its emphasis on intellect and technological creativity, might not align seamlessly with Starfire's cosmic-based skill set.
RAVEN
Raven revolves around mystical and supernatural elements, often dealing with dark forces. Her magical abilities may introduce a narrative tone that contrasts with the Miraculous of Creation's focus on creativity, responsibility, and a more grounded technological approach
BATGIRL
Batgirl's intelligence, training, and technological expertise make her a strong candidate for wielding the Miraculous of Creation. However, the potential challenge could be her association with a more grounded and realistic superhero persona, compared to the more fantastical elements often associated with the Miraculous. But the above wouldn't be a problem anymore considering she literally hangs with them most of the time and also had been around the Kwamis and the rest of them so she would be fine.
So it was decided Batgirl would be the new ladybug holder.
