"I knew it!" Said kenji, it was currently lunch, everyone except Ben and darius had woken up and were sitting by the fireplace.
"I like the changes you made, Brook!" Said Sammy, meaning the now stone table with the fire in the middle that brooklyn had made yesterday in her free time.
(Like the one in httyd rtte base, but without the chimney)
"Yeah, she's like Bob, the builder!" Kenji stated, "she fixes fences, built most of the huts, and built a table!"
"Haha.. yeah, " Brooklyn said.
"Uhm? Hello, " said darius, who had just woken up. He didn't want to wake Ben, so he went to the other campers.
"Hey! Where's the other Lovebird?" Teased Yazmina.
"I- Nonononono!! Thats not- wait- NO!" Darius struggled to find words.
"Awwe, but you too cuddled!" Teased Sammy too, whi cought into what yaz ment.
"NoooooooOOOOOooOooOoooOoOoOo!!"
"What's stopping you?" Asked Brooklyn.
"He's probably straight! Which means he doesn't like me! Plus, I only slept in his bed because he didn't want me to sleep on the floor." Answered Darius.
Yaz and Sammy gave each other another sceptical look.
At this point, the constant, "YOURE IN LOVE!" was making darius cringe. The thought of *love* made darius cringe, well, quite a lot.
Darius didn't like it. Every time someone would say something like that, or "you slept in the same bed,"
Darius had no idea why he cringed so hard, and at this point, he was willing to build a hut himself if it didn't stop.
"Why are you being so fucking loud?" Said a sleepy grumpy voice from Ben's hut.
Ben stood there. His hair was a mess, making darius chuckle a bit.
"Your hair," he said, trying his best not to laugh. He continued, "It looks like a bird nest!"
Ben quickly tried to fix his hair, as a result, making it worse.
At this point, darius couldn't stop laughing.
"HEY! it's not that bad!" Ben yelled, but not angry, or annoyed, just happy.
"PFFFT yeahhhh not *that* bad" continued darius between laughs.
Ben chuckled a bit while turning a bit red,
"I guess it isn't great either, haha."
"Honestly, you two, oblivious as hell,"
Sighed Brooklyn as dariua and ben stopped laughing.
"Oblivius to what?" Questioned the boys, including Kenji.
"JINX!" They yelled all together, "DOUBLE JINX!"
"Oh my lord, these three share like two brain cells," laughed Sammy.
"HEY! NO -" All three begun again. "Stop talking at the same time as me! no, you stop!"
"What the fuck is wrong with them?" Asked yaz laughing.
"I have no idea. Come on, kenji, let's go,"
Commanded brooklyn.
"Go where?"
"Mainstreet,"
"Oh, ok!"
Brooklyn and kenji left, and ben and darius sat down with Sammy and yaz.
"Sooo... Ben?" Asked yaz instantly.
Ben responded with a short humming noise, "Hm?"
"Truth or dare?"
"Truth, I ain't doin' no dares," he answered, laughing awkwardly.
"Out of all the campers, including darius, who would you want to date the most?"
She asked, smirking at darius.
Within seconds, Ben's cheeks flushed a dark red, "UHHM- I... idk! Uhm! N-no one!"
Of course, Ben knew the answer, but he didn't want to out himself, and weird darius out.
Darius's mood dropped instantly.
"What about you?" Asked Ben, trying to forget the panic he fellt a few seconds ago.
"Sammy." She answered without hesitation.
Sammy went red, just the thought, she knew she had a crush on yaz, and she wasn't very good at hiding it.

They talked for a while until they heard walking.
"Is this a... base?" Asked an unfermillier voice.
"I don't know," answered another.
"Do ya think there are some dinos in there?"
Started the first choice again.
The first coice sounded way more feminine than the other voice.
"I hope so, I haven't killed anything for a good minuite." Answered the more masculine voice.
"Lock the door, I'll tell Brooklyn and kenji to stay in mainstreet over the walkie talkies!" Whisper-Yelled yaz.
"Alright!" Answered Ben in the same voices as her.
Ben ran to the gate and locked it. The door had three locks. God knows how they got them, but oh well.
Yaz ran into her hut and spoke to kenji and Brooklyn about the situation.
"Alright, tell us when we should come round, or if anything happens!" Said brooklyns static voice from the walkie-talkie.
Yaz agreed and rushed back to the others.
"Everyone, get in your huts!" She whispered, just loud enough for the others to hear.
Darous raises a hand as a joking gesture of asking the teacher a question.
"Darius, you go with Ben," She answered quickly, "yaz, maybe you should come with me, I got a walkie-talkie, Brooklyn has one, and Ben, so we can all talk."
They nodded their heads and rushed into the huts.
Ben sat with darius next to the escape hole on the floor.
If there weren't people trying to kill the dinosaurs, and possibly children, Ben's face would be a lot of shades redder than it is right now.
He held onto darius in a protective way.
The people banged on the gate, surprisingly, they didn't get in.
"FUCK THIS" the one with the deeper voice said.
"If a dinosaur was in here, it'd be long gone." Said the more feminine voice before the footsteps got quieter, symbolising they left.
About a minuite later of Ben hugging darius from the back later, the walkie-talkie started to make noise:
"Hhellooo??? Are they gone?"
"Yuh, they left" Ben whispered.
"should we come out yet?" Asked yasminas voice although it was metallic, fuzzy, and robotic over the walkie-talkie.
"Let's wait a bit longer." Answered Ben.
The room went silent, apart from the boys breathing, there was no sound to bee heard.
