I looked over at Lay and she was glued to her phone "Lay" I called out to her but she ain't answer "LAY" I said again and she finally looked up

"The guards would be here with you so if you need anything just let them know and they'll get it"

Me, Binky and Glo went to go and get ready. It wasn't too long sense we was already dressed we just grabbed our extra shit that was needed for the job. After we finished getting ready we all headed back down stairs. Then walked to the door. Lay was still hooked on her phone, kinda odd but I just left it alone. Maria was showing me pictures of her and what she was doing the time being while she was here. She was scanning for a while and boy she look so good in every pic. She scroll a little more and one picture caught my attention

"Wait you know shorty ina back?"
"Yea.. that's my friend I was telling you about. Do you know her?"
I shook my head "nah. we should meet tho. Invite her over"

"Oh ok. I'll text her"
"Hold on I'll be back" I said as I walked to the bathroom. I got out my phone and texted my boss letting him know that our target has been found. After texting him, he decided to call me so I answered "hello?"

I hung up the phone and jumped when Maria was standing behind me "what you doing?" She asked me and I walked away setting my phone down. "Ah nothing. I was just checking something " Maria looked at me weirdly before saying "oh.. ok"
Maria walked in the bathroom when I walked out. I decided to walk in her room and rest on the bed until I realize I left my phone in the bathroom. Shit. I hurried and rushed back in the bathroom seeing Maria with my phone in her hand
"What you doing with my phone?" I asked scaring Maria a little bit
"Oh um you left it. I was just bringing it back to you"

Earlier Maria texted me asking me to stop by, we was supposed to chill tomorrow but I guess plans changed.
She sent me the addy and shit. Sense Z car was here and they were still gone, I decided to take it. I got all my things gathered and headed out the door to Z car. I couldn't even text Maria back sense my phone had died. I knew where she stayed sense I been there before. I started heading her direction and finally arrived. I didn't see her car outside so I put my phone on Z car charger and waited until it powered on when it powered on a had a message
UNKNOWN: This Maria, meet me at the park on 5th st.
It was already getting late and she wanted me to meet her at home.. then she texting from a unknown. But, Ian think too much of it
I changed my whole directions and began to head to the park.
DING
I received another message when I pulled up to the park and didn't see nobody I opened the message seeing that it was from Maria
MARIA🤍: LAY DO NOT COME! I DONT THINK ITS SAFE FOR YOU RIGHT NOW
I looked at the message wondering if it was a joke because why the fuck would she invite me to her crib, then to the park, then tell me not to come... Ian waste my time driving here. I'm already not supposed to be here
Just as I was about to text her back
I felt my door open "yo what the f-" a instant pain hit me in the face and everything grew black
Man not this shit again....
I began to open my eyes slowly and everything around me was dark
I heard heals walking towards me. I can't see until a flashlight was pointed on me
"Hey, lay"
"Maria?"
"It's ok I'm gonna get you out of this" she said as she began to cut the rope off my hands "you have to go fast"
"How did you know I was here? Did you set me up Maria?"
Maria shook her head "no. Of course not. I didn't know Ro knew you, I swear. This is my fault I'm sorry. I'll tell you everything when we see eachother again but you have to g-"
"Maria?" I heard a familiar voice call out and I quickly looked up seeing that it was Ro.. fuck it just had to be her
Maria whispered to me "Lay go.." before she quickly got up
"....Ro you said you were done with this shit. Everyone I try to let in my life you try to ruin it" Maira began to speak
"Maria, leave! How did you even know I was here?"
"I followed you, I saw the messages. Please just let her go"
"I can't do that Maria.. I'm suck a fucked up person. I love to kill, it's my destiny. So, she has to go my love" Ro slowly began to lift her gun towards me. My hands were free I can run. But I know I wouldn't make it far. This is it. This is my death.
I closed my eyes and got prepared for what was coming for me

"Stop please Ro don't do this" Maria said as she tugged on my shirt
"Maria move" I tried to push she away but that seemed to not be working. All of a sudden I felt Maria hand on mine while I was holding my gun "MARIA! WATCH THE FUCK OUT"
"Maria.." Lay left out terrifically
"SHUT THE FUCK UP. YOU DONT SPEAK TO HER!" I yelled out "Maria... MOVE"
She didn't move, in fact she grabbed hold of my gun causing me to shot at the ground.
"LAY RUN!"
Is this bitch really defending Lay? She barely know her... I thought Maria was the one for me but I guess not..
Lay began to run running out the dark building and I felt myself growing angry. I picked my gun up and put it to Maria head.
"I love you Maria, but that was so dumb of you you know that right? I smirked as Maria shook her head and began to cry "please no. you don't have to do this baby pl-"
"Shhh sh. It's okay my love. Your going to meet Lay up there were your going so y'all can be friends forever" I smiles before I wiped her tears "Ro please I sor-"
Before she can let out another word I pulled the trigger. Bitch fucked up. It coulda been us against the world but she fucked that up. I hated that I had to do this.. she was my baby. But she can't be mine and defend others in these kind of situations. I'll see her in another lifetime..
