"Mommy I don't want to go to this...." a seven year old James said as his mother Jasmine grabbed his hands " James...sweetheart the school requires you to go to a find a pack night. You can't just skip it." Jasmine said as she patted his head "b-but I have all my life to find a pack....." James said as he looked up at his mom "James....you.....I.....*sigh* James your going. That's the end and the reason why is because it's almost impossible to find one when your older" Jasmine said as she holds his hand and starts walking "besides you can think of it as a adventure!" She cheered as she walked to the school "yeah....Yeah! I'm sure I'll be fun!" James said as he started to skip "who knows you many meet your forever pack......." she said as the image starts to fade...........
*James pov*
"Hehehehe... don't you two need to clean up the school?" Someone said? "Unnnn......munyaaaa.....five more minutes...." a weight on my chest said "laze around too long and you'll never wake up again" another voice said " just like us! Heehee" a third voice laughed as the weight on my chest moved I hear it yell "fgyra! Those ghosts again! Hey you wake up!"
As I started to open my eyes and see the ghosts....'oh its just ghosts.....wait WHAT!' I jumped up and scream at the top of my lungs and fell to the floor taking grim with me *bang!* "JAMES!" I hear y/n yell as she break my door 'noooo not my door 😭' I thought crying on the inside
The ghosts were laughing at me as I looked at Y/n as she sighed under her breath "James you need to grow up it's just your roommate's" she said shaking her head at me 'shoot did I mess up?' I started to get up "S-sorry Alpha...." I apologized as I sighed out
She looked like she tried to calm herself down as she spoke "ok well, we start training tomorrow and there's food on the table for you and grim, get ready for the day and be down in five minutes" she stated as she looked at me as I nod " yes ma'am!" I said as she looked at grim "grim....." she spat out as she glare "yes ma'am....." he muttered as he floated up and on to my shoulder
"Good. Now Mr.Crowley is five minutes late" she said and mumbled something else I couldn't hear as she left "ok now to get ready.....I don't have clothes...." I said as I released we never set up my room "pff, wow you really not that smart." Grim laughed my misfortune 'looks like I need to ask Mike if he still has my clothes from last time'
I headed out to his room "where are we going?" Grim asked as I walked down the hall "Mikey's room" I state looking at the doors 'wow there's a lot of rooms.....we have a lot of work to do, do we need money? Well y/n doesn't her family's rich but Mike's isn't but there nor poor.....should i-' my thoughts were interrupted " who's Mikey?" Grim asked "oh! Sorry that's my nickname for Mike" I answered feeling my face get hot 'moon that's embarrassing'
As I walked up to Mike's door I knock "One minute!" Mike yelled as I here foot steps and a thud on the wall as the door opened "what. I was in the middle for changing." Mike stated looking annoyed "I-uh...." I said looking away from him "put on a shirt creep!" Grim yelled on my shoulder "I'm not the one stare cat" he blankly said "uh Mike do y-you still have my clothes from last t-time?" I asked trying to keep my eyes off of him "oh right your rooms not set up. Come in I got your clothes in a box" he said letting me in 'Mike for moons sake put on a shirt...' I think as I walk in
"Its under the bed....I find it maybe in to closet....fu--dge y/n was right I need to clean my room" Mike said going to his closet as I look under his bed "ok!" I said as I look ' hoodies, stiff sock? ,comic books uh....I can't find it' I think getting up "it's not under your bed!" I tell him "it's fine I found it's on the shelf in my closet" he said as he brings it out
"nice shirt Mike" I said happily "oh...uh thanks uh here" Mike said as he handed me the box as I open it 'shirt, pants, socks, boxers.....' "where's my red cardigan?" I asked "you never had a cardigan" he state bluntly "but I have pictures of-" I started but Mike started shoving me out "No you didn't bye!" Mike said as he slammed his door "...." "what the heck was that about?" Grim asked "I don't know but I have my clothes so go eat as I change!" I said as I head to my room
*small time skip*
Heading down stairs carefully not wanting to fall I go to the dining room and see my food and grim eating "are you enjoying it?" I asked him as I sat down to eat "yeah but it's so small! And there's isn't any tuna!" Grim complained as he seemed to happily eat it
"yeah y/n doesn't really eat fish and she gives us healthy things for breakfast, lunch but for dinner she gives us something good food for energy in the morning so we don't need to eat a heavy breakfast" I told him as I ate looking at grim now empty plate "lame...." grim said "well I'm going to go explore the dorm" I said getting up and rinsing my dish and put it in the sink as grim just throws his in "rinse it" I said as I looked at him "why it'll get washed anyway" he said as he started to leave "your dead" I said as I leave
I walk around the living quarters? I think I mean it has a couch a table and lounge chairs all ruined but still "honestly it'll be a lot better after me and y/n start planing things..." I mumbled to myself
"boo~" a voice whispered in my ear "Ahhh! What the greater moon!" I screamed and fell backwards "hehe your to easy to scare" the tall ghost said as the chubby on showed up "are you scaring them without me?" He asked "oh come on its just a little prank" the short one said "I was a little funny" I laughed a little
"JAMES!" Mike yelled as I heard a thud coming from the second floor "what the FUCK happened!?" He screamed as he tripped a little on the stairs as he ran "nothing the ghosts just scared me again sorry..." I said embarrassed as it was the second time today I worried someone "you dicks! Leave him alone" Mike yelled as he activated his magic "wow calm down he was laughing along" the chubby one said "what's no excuse i-!" Mike started 'wait a minute....' I thought looking closer at him "Mike is that my red cardigan!" I asked a little upset "I uh..... no! Shut up leave me alone!" Mike said running off
"What's his problem?" Grim asked "agh! When did you get here?!" I asked startled "after you screamed you coward!" Grim said as I got up 'shoot I'm bleeding...' I thought looking at my hand *sigh* ' maybe y/ns right I need to grow up' I thought as I looked to the ghost "uh s-sense we're roommate's...Technically......I should know your names!" I said smiling
"We've been dead for so long we can't remember our names" the chubby one said "then....can I give you guys names!?" I asked as my ears perked up and my tail waged a little "I don't see why not" the skinny on answered as he smiled at me "Really!" I asked as I jumped up of the ground "of course kiddo" the short one reassured "OK! so you" I said pointing to the tall one "How do you feel about the name Lenny?" I asked looking at him "I like it!" Lenny said smiling "and you can be called....Chuck!" I exclaimed pointing at the chubby one "hmm I like it" he said humming "good! Then you can tiny!" I said to the small one "hey....I'm not that small..." he said pouting "oh....if you d-dont want it I can-" I started but got cut off "no I'm keeping the name child" Tiny said "O-oh good!" I said happy to finally make some progress with getting to know our new roommates

Me, grim, Lenny, chuck and tiny talked for a bit I learned they know how to cook and that this used to be there dorm before something happened which they won't tell me about 'there really not so bad...Oh! Y/n is going to be so proud of me! I did just as she told me and got over my fear!' I thought happily as I heard the door open 'Oh she's home!' I beamed as I looked at her "oh! alpha Y/n!" I exclaimed and ran up to her happily "Hello James how are you doing " She asked as she put down a Book? and uniforms and turned to me "I'm good! I gave the ghosts names!" I told her as grim got on my shoulder "after they scared us a fourth time......" Grim muttered as he glared at them "Well they said they would so they weren't lying. Anyway what did you name them then? And did they agree?" she asked as she looked at the ghost with a glare....
"Ok so the the tall ones is called Lenny the chubby one is Chuck and the small on is Tiny! and yes they did!" I Happily looking up at her " I see.......well nice to formally meet you guys my name is Y/n Moon this is James Nighthowl and-" She Started and I got really excited and interjected "Mike Eclipse is the last one who tried to fight you before y/n came in!" I exclaimed as I took her hand and pulled her to the ghosts "well nice to meet you to miss y/n" Lenny said as he looked at her "you as well" She said and looked at me " Don't interrupt people it's rude, disrespectful and it shows you don't care about people have to say" she said death glaring at me that would put anyone down 'oh I messed up.....' I thought as I made myself smaller
"S-sorry I didn't mean to......I got to excited about the names......" I said looking at my feet 'dang it....I messed up big time....I always screw up' I feel like crying "Just do better next time......" She state as she left "hey kiddo you ok?" Lenny asked floating down to my level "I...I'll be fine I'm just feel bad for interrupting her" I said taking grim off my shoulder "she seems intense...." Tiny said looking at the stairs where she left "y-yeah but she really cares! and she can be really nice she's P-probably just stressed..." I said in defense of her "right..." chuck said before mike came down stairs looking frightened and they left "w-were are the uniforms?" He asked "counter" Grim said looking at him
"thanks" he said grabbing one uniform and quickly changed as Y/n came down "ok first thing first rules" Y/n stated getting our attention "One, your rooms are to be picked up everyday and deep cleaned once a week of you do not do this I will take away your room for a week and you will sleep in the lounge for a week, Two cooking will be done by me and any outside food will be checked anything that I deem unhealth will be given to others more in need, three dishes are to be cleaned every night, four we need to keep up face, so James, Mike and grim no breaking rules, no horse play, no fights, get to class on time, get your cleaning done James, grim you will help James clean, study with him and keep out of trouble if you don't I have a crate to put you in for time out, Five no swear words and six no breaking anything I already spent a lot to get me and mike in I don't want to pay for damages ok?" Y/n said as she glared at use
"yes ma'am" We agreed together "Good! Now Mike here is your schedule we have all the same classes minus last period I have advanced spells with the third years your with the first" Y/n said to mike as he took it and Y/n fixed his uniform "alright now James I've got you clothes to change into" She said turning to me 'what.....what's wrong with my outfit?' I though *first one is james uniform* "U-uh what?" I asked "your in this dorm and although we aren't officially a dorm we still need to present as one, so you have to dress the part so I got you some nice clothes that's your meant to clean in" Y/n said showing me the uniform 'w-wait is this....' I thought looking at it for a second "that looks like the uniform you butlers wear..." I said looking at her "it's was going to be a present for you, for your prom but I feel like this is a more appropriate time to give it to you" she said handing it to me 'oh right that was coming up.....wait she was getting me a present?' I thought taking the uniform starting to remember how to put this stuff on
"now you.....ah!" She said looking at grim and pulled out a purple and blue riddon with a bell "this is so we can find you" She said tying it around his neck in a perfect bow "there now we need to go James get the outfit on and quickly leave we need to go" She said taking mike and leavening me and grim alone "I'm....I'm going to go rinse my plate..." grim said as I quickly go to change 'It fits perfectly....' I thought looking at myself in the shattered mirror "Grim! you ready to go? we need to meet with Crowley to get our assignment" I yelled out going out "yeah lets get this over with" He said getting on my shoulder "ok then let's do this!" I said walking out 'nothing can go wrong today! I promise y/n I'll make you proud!' I thought smiling
( sorry for the delay I was omg con, and a day before going my dog died so after getting back I helped my family grief and I used this last week to emotionally recover and now I'm going to be putting the negative energy I have into my story so hopefully I get another chapter out, I also went to a twisted wonderland panel! not many people went but It was really fun! there was a trivia at the beginning I believe only 3 or 4 people answered me being one and I did pretty good got the most questions right to! they asked me how I knew so much and I answered honestly I'm writing fanfiction so uh that was the single most awkward thing I had to explain any way sorry I word dumped I have no one to talk to about it)
