The teary eyes of a little boy moved around the room where he was held at, the room held nothing but a table and a pair of chair on both sides, a little left to the door was a large mirror which he suspected was see through from the other side.
He sat on a chair and pulled his kneees up to his chest..
The room was dim litted by just a small bulb hanging from the ceiling, which made that room all more terrifying,
before him, on the table was a white round porceliain on which were a bunch of brown circles which had a kind of black pebble on top of it.
(Its a plate of cookies alr.)
the kind lady had placed it there before offering him another warm smile as she left him all alone in this damned.
But he had no idea what it was, he had never seen something like that in his entire life, he knew it was something edible because of its smell but,
he didn't dare touch it even though he was bascally on the verge of starvation.
who is to guarantee that those things aren't poisoned? plus he didn't even know what it was!
The little boy huffed before hugging his arms for warmth since the room felt like someone forgot to turn off their air conditioner for the past 3 days.
His running thoughts were cut off when he heard the bone chilling creek of a door being opened very very slowly, followed by footsteps.
His heart beat against his chest as the footsteps got louder and louder, getting closer and closer.

His breath quickened and chest tightened as the door to the room started to swing open, he caught a glimps of blond hair before he jumped off the chair.
The little boy hurriedly grabbed the white porceliain thingy, making all of the brown circles to fall off but he couldn't care less.
For all he knows this man is probably gonna torture the answers out of him, He was in an extremely chakra exhausted state, there was no way he'd be able to fight but he wasn't gonna back down that easily.
(Ye like he has a chance against the damn hokage! DUMB KID AHSHWKHAHHA-.. ok i should stop bullying my own character now.)
Naruto's eyes widened, as he stared at the big duo eyes of green stared right back at him with fear.
The Hokage awkwardly smiled while shaking his hand and said,
"Hey, hey.. easy alright? I won't hurt you don't worry."
The boy wasn't having it, he held the plate higher at the blond hokage preparing to defend himself is the guy ever jump on him with a kunai or something.
The blond guy sweatdropped before saying,
"You might want to put the plate down now, little guy-.. We don't want you dropping it and getting hurt now do we?"
But the little boy stared at the porceliain in his hand, dread began to pool in him as he missunderstood the hokage's words believing that he's threatening him to drop his only weapon or else he'll hurt him,
The child was beyond scared, his eyes filled with tears as another man came in, this one had raven hair and looked like he's thinking about ways to murder him.
Both the adults stared at the child in slight worry as his breath began to quicken even more, the little guy took huge gulps of air and suddenly yelled out a loud,
"NO!"
Both the adults just blinked in confusion,
The boy let a strangled sob as he stuttered over his words,
"S-stay 'way! Or-.. Uh- or e-else.. Or else I-I'll p-plate you!!"
His lips trembled as he tried to hold in his sobs, he was always thought not to show his tears, his beating were always extra hard when the tears came out.. that was just how'd he was told to live.
Naruto sighed before kneeling on the ground,
"Look kid, we are not going to hurt you in any way.. You're safe. We won't let them take you away.. Don't worry. Just answer our questions.. you are our only hope right now."
After 20 minutes of naruto reassuring him, he'd finally managed to calm down and sit across from the blond guy.
He gave off a bright grin,
"First of I'm Naruto Uzumaki! and This-
He gestured toward the ravenette who was leaning against a wall due to the lack of chairs in the room.
- Is Sasuke Uchiha!"
Sasuke gave a small nod.
The uzumaki smiled at the little boy and asked,
"What's you name, little guy?"
After a couple seconds of silence the child slowly utttered his name in a small and raspy voice that was almost too hard to hear.
"Kaito.." he sniffled,
Naruto didn't question for his last name as it seemed kinda touchy.
"How old are you, kaito?
"7.."
"Uhh- What your favorite color?"
The uchiha beside him mentally facepalmed at his idiotic friend, Kaito gave a deadpanned look as he rubbed his eyes before saying,
"... just get to the point already.."
"So.... Uhm Can you please tell us everything you know about the Kokoro clan?"
he watched as Kaito nervously shifted in his seat..
"They'll kill me if I tell you. "
"We'll protect you with everything we got, I promise and I never break a promise."
".."
"Ok then, get ready cuz yall are about to hear some messed up stuff.."
"It's alright kid, messed up stuff are like a daily cup of coffee for us."
And so the kid told them everything he knew, from the powers to the mark optained from it.. he explained the cruel ways for the clansmen.
Naruto asked if the Kokoro are a mix of Yamanaka and Hyuga as it was stated so in the book of Haruno's to which the boy looked at him like he was stupid.
"No idiot, Kokoro is an whole different clan, it has nothing to do with Yanamaki and Huga or whatever their called.. they just don't have many people because they refuse to accept someone who's not a prodigy. "
"Ok ouch, and damn they sure do seem heartless.. no offense.."
"Yeah, and I don't care.."
The uchiha sighed before saying,
"One of the men from the clan threatened to kill Sayuri, Is there any reasons as to why they changed their plans so suddenly?"
Kaito looked up in thought before saying,
"Ohhh.. that! Yeah.. you see Sayuri Uchiha was our main target, She a halfblood and we search halfbloods and kill them off before they could die an awfull death in Shi-yami, its a rule among us- since halfbloods are just poor innocent kids who don't really know what's going on."
"They have zero chance of survival in there so we just kill them to end their suffering, Sayuri Uchiha was about to be one of those kids but then she seems to have somehow made it out of Shi-yami alive and moved onto Shiryō-Rei,
that something very difficult for a halfblood but at the same time she was well taken care of at the hospital so that explains it.. but yeah the leader seem to have taken an interest in her so he wanted her alive. "
The adults took in all of the new information given to them,
They realized the reason to Sayuri's reaction when she woke up to see an alive sakura.
The uzumaki had visited the girl many times when she was at the hospital, he felt uneasy realizing that she must probably be letting out traumatized cried for her family while he changed the flowers by her window.
Sasuke felt exhausted and frustrated, can't this cycle of traumas just end with his already?! but at the same time,
If there was anyone in the world that could understand her, it'd probably only be Sasuke since he knew what it felt like to watch your family die over and over again.. confused and angry, not even realizing that it's all fake, well atleast in the little girls case..
He was broken out of his train of thoughts when he saw the little boy continue,
"She needs to get a grip on her new powers.. I'll help her, but in return I need you to give me a free house and give me some good ass food everyday as well as keep me safe, I'm already screwed since I revealed so much to you guys."
Sasuke narrowed his eyes,
"Well, I can train her, theres no need for you to do so."
"Trust me, theres literally no one who can train her better than me.. Not to brag of anything.."
The uchiha glared at his smug smile,
"Well, care to elaborate?"
Kaito smirked smugly before leaning back as Naruto stared at the both of them while awkwardly shifting in his seat, he twisted the ends of his long spiky sky blue hair as his green eyes shifted toward the adults for reaction.
"Let me introduce myself again,
My name is Kaito Nara, I'm the Halfblood prodigy of the Kokoro clan and the failure of the Nara clan."
