"Y-y/n," Phil said quietly, nudging you awake.
"Yes?" you asked, turning to look at him and Sherry.
"We heard you talking to Don, Gilda, Nat and Anna earlier," Sherry explained to you.
"Oh."
"We knew about it earlier though."
"What do you mean?" you questioned them.
"When Conny was adopted, you and Ray looked so worried and after that Emma and Norman grew more distanced from everyone," Phil cried out.
"I need to tell you both something," you said, leading them to the dining hall. "We're planning to escape without you first, so that we can find a shelter that we can take you all to and so that we can be more prepared. If you don't want that to happen, we can plan something out to change that."
"No, it's okay."
"What can we do?"
"I need to entrust you both to continue playing tag to train all of the younger kids when we're gone. Also to be ready when we come to escape with you."
"Okay."
