sk: did you see the message hyung?
he asked jeonghan as he was scrolling through his phone. the older was reading something on his phone.
jh: yeah, i did. we're having a highschool reunion with our old friend group.
he worriedly said. he kept reading the messages in the group chat which included their friend group in highschool that had thirteen people.
sk: you excited hyung?
he asked excitedly.
jh: i'm not. but i know you are. ~you'll see hansol there again~!
he teased seungkwan about his old highschool crush, who he still had a crush till this day. seungkwan blushed, gently hitting his hyung.
sk: ~stop hyung~ but yeah, i am excited to see him. it's been like, eight years since we last saw eachother. what about you? why aren't you excited?
he changed the tone of his voice when he asked the question.
jh: it's because he'll be there kwannie. you know how we were before. it's gonna be so awkward when me meet eachother.
he thought about the person.
sk: i know who you're talking about hyung and i don't get it. you guys used to date and be all lovey dovey with eachother. it's a surprise that you two aren't together right now.
seungkwan mentioned the last part in a louder voice.
jh: things change kwan. i guess we weren't mean to be.
he stopped thinking about the person.
sk: weren't meant to be my ass! you guys are perfect for eachother. you didn't even date anyone after you guys broke up. you can't deny the fact that he made a big impact on you!
jh: fine fine fine! i'll admit it. he did make a big impact on me. he changed me as a person to be honest. and the only reason i haven't dated anyone is because i don't want to.
he tried to pretend that he didn't care about him anymore.
sk: yeah, because you still like him and you miss him. you better talk to him and get together during the reunion or else everything will be awkward as fuck
the curse word triggered jeonghan.
jh: hey, don't curse infront of me!
sk: shut up hyung. you curse everyday. and see, you're just like him. he used to always get mad at us when we cursed. you even took his habits hyung. see, ~perfect for eachother~!
he said before leaving to his own room.
jh: that kid...he's really somethin else.
he layed down on the couch, watching his old photos with his old lover.
jh: why did i misunderstand you like that? i didn't even give you a chance to explain. i guess i'll never get to experience the feeling of true love again since you were definitly the only person i ever loved and will love.
he kept scrolling through the photos. tears almost falling out of his eyes as he reminisced the past.

seungkwan was laying down in his bed, scrolling through his phone. he opened up their group chat which included eleven people. it had the whole group besides jeonghan and joshua. they made this group chat specifically for the ship, jihan. everyone in the group shipped them. they shipped the hard.
this reunion was even made just so the two can get together. they planned this so their ship will sail and the old couple who used to be so in love will be back together. hopefully, it will work. that's the only thing they can do, hope.

he got off his phone, putting it on the table beside his bed. he stared at the ceiling for the longest time.
sk: oh my gosh! i'm gonna be meeting hansol again!
he just realized it.
sk: shoot! what if he doesn't want to even talk to me anymore? that would just be embarrassing as fuck!
he mentally screamed as he imagined all the events that could happen.
sk: what if he likes me back? what if he feels the same? or what if i'm just delusional as fuck?
he thought about if for a moment.
sk: a hundred percent the last one. no doubt about it.

sc: you good joshua?
he asked asked as he saw joshua nervously fidgeting with his hands.
js: yeah, i'm good.
he lied as he continued to fidget with his fingers.
sc: are you sure? you usually don't do that when you're fine
he pointed to joshua's hands.
sc: now, what are you nervous about? tell me, i'm your best friend, right?
joshua nodded.
js: you are. and i'm just worried about the reunion. i don't want to see him there.
seungcheol went to sit beside joshua.
sc: so you don't love him anymore? did you get over him?
seungcheol went to go and hug him. joshua melted into the older's hands.
js: i didn't get over him yet. i still love jeonghan. i just don't want to see him because my heart will break once i see his face.
sc: why'd you guys break up anyways?
he asked, confused because the couple never left eachother and would always flirt. why did they suddenly break up. it was all too sudden. no one expected them to break up, not even jeonghan and joshua themselves.
js: i don't know the reason. he suddenly broke up with me. he never told me why so i couldn't really explain anything to try and stop it. when broke up with me, it was also pretty awkward since we were roommates at the time.
sc: question, why are you still in love with someone that did that to you?
it wasn't like seungcheol didn't want them to date because he did want them to get together. it's just, why would you get back together with someone who broke your heart.
js: there's just something about him. he might have broken my heart, but my heart is and will always be for him.
sc: you're crazy for him joshua. it's not normal. especially when it's you who's going crazy for someone.
joshua laughed.
js: it's the effect he has on me.

the two arrived infront of jihoon's humongous house. they got out of the car, seeing all the cars that were there.
js: looks like we're the last one
sc: ready to see them?
js: nope, not at all.
sc: too bad, you're still gonna see them
seungcheol pulled joshua with him, ringing the doorbell. the person who answered it was seungkwan.
sk: hi hyungs, welcome in
js: hi kwannie
sc: nice to see you again kwan
they went in, looking all around the house. it was huge outside, and looks absolutely beautiful on the inside. jihoon came in and greeted them.
sc: nice place you got here hoon
wz: thanks, hi there shua hyung
js: hi hoon
wz: let's go to the backyard, everyone else is waiting there
he went closer to joshua's ear.
wz: don't worry, jeonghan hyung is all the way on the other side
he whispered to jisoo
the two followed jihoon to the backyard which was also huge. they saw their old friends sitting together.
sc: doesn't this bring back memories?
js: it does
hs: hi hyungs!
wz: and there he is, the most annoying hamster to ever exist
hs: hey! i'm a tiger not a hamster
wz: shut up soon!
js: hi to you too hosh
sc: still as energized as ever i see
wz: he didn't change at all, help me!

joshua froze when he saw a familiar face sitting across the backyard with dokyeom. he was where jihoon said he was at.
wz: looking at someone you like hyung?
js: what? no...
wz: he's not gonna notice you, you know. he'll avoid you like how you'll try to avoid him
js: that's good to know
jihoon, as well as everyone there, knew that he was pretending. it wasn't obvious, but obvious at the same time.
wz: lets go to the others
they headed to the middle, where the others were.
dk: i haven't seen us together for such a long time
mg: it brings so much memories from our highschool days
js: not good memories
he whispered to himself, which seungcheol heard.
sc: nothing is ever good to you
js: cause nothing is good
sc: when will you appreciate things?
js: when i'm happy, meaning never
sc: meaning when you get together with jeonghan
he whispered, only the person next to him, seungkwan, heard him.
sk: huh?
sc: joshua said he'll never appreciates things until he's happy and he said never so i said that when he meets jeonghan he'll be happy then
sk: i one hundred percent agree with you on that
sc: now joshua needs to know that

wz: we don't have enough rooms so a few people will be sharing
ww: who will be the ones that will be sharing a room?
wz: umm...me and hoshi, wonwoo and mingyu
jeonghan sighed out of relief. he didn't hear his names so that meant that he will be staying alone
wz: and...jeonghan and joshua
there it is, their horrrible luck comes.
joshua pulled jihoon aside.
js: i thought you said that jeonghan won't see me, why are we sharing a room?
wz: i said that he won't see you when we were at the backyard, not when we're sharing the rooms
js: are there atleast two beds?
wz: nope, there's only one
js: can i sleep on the couch instead?
wz: it's occupied by the pillows, so no
joshua groaned and left him alone. jihoon came to chan.
dn: there gonna be staying together right?
wz: yeah, that's what i planned. hopefully that'll help!
dn: i think it will. let's just see how it goes tomorrow
everyone headed to their rooms. joshua and jeonghan were deciding on how they were gonna sleep tonight.
js: should i sleep on the ground?
jh: you can stay on one side, i'll stay on the other. we can put a pillow in the middle to separate us. we don't even have to see the other person
js: that's a good idea
they layed down, putting the pillow in the middle.
js: goodnight hannie!
joshua whispered when he thought jeonghan was asleep, not wanting him to hear it. he then fell asleep.
what he didn't know was that jeonghan heard it the whole time.
jh: goodnight too, joshuji

the next morning, they had breakfast in the backyard, enjoying the bright and sunny day outside.
mh: doesn't the weather seem nice today?
jn: it does hao
dk: isn't there a pool near here hyung? can we go there later?
wz: there is one not too far from here. probably in the afternoon we can go
dn: yes!
sc: never knew you liked swimming channie
dn: i started liking it recently, when wonu hyung took me with him to go to the pool at his house.
the others choked on their food.
vn: wonu hyung has a pool in his house?
dk: i second that question
sk: me too
dn: he does, you guys never knew about it?
sc: no
ww: surprise...i guess?
js: we should go there next time, maybe we'll learn more about eachother then

the two did a handshake, a one they made before. it wasn't surprising when they did it randomly since the two were pretty close to eachother since they were both american.
wz: anyways, how was everyone's first night here? i need opinions
mg: mine was pretty good
wz: cause you were with wonu gyu, of course you enjoyed it. anyone else?
mh: i liked mine. it was pretty peaceful there. i could read without any interruptions.
minghao had a habit of reading at night when he couldn't fall asleep. he was pretty accustomed to doing it.
wz: glad you liked it hao!
minghao was definitly the favorite of the group. if you go by the year they were born in, there's always a person that's the favorite there. in the 95liners it's joshua, 96liners is wonwoo, 97liners is minghao, and the maknaes, which included the 98liners and a 99liner, is vernon.
wz: how bout you, joshua hyung, jeonghan hyung?
js: i actually really liked it, it was comfy.
not only that, he also got to sleep close to the person he loves, jeonghan. eventhough it wasn't like before and there was a pillow in between them, he still enjoyed it.
wz: what about you hannie hyung?
jh: it was fine, i would've preferred to be in a room by myself, but it's fine. i slept great too.
like joshua, he was happy that he slept next to the person he loves. they are in love with the other. but one of them is dumb, so dumb that they won't accept the fact that they like the other *cough cough* jeonghan *cough cough*
wz: sorry hyung, you'll have to sleep with shua hyung for six more nights
jh: it's fine hoon, i'll get uses to it
dokyeom went closer to seungkwan's ear.
dk: he sure will get used to it. probably will end up doing some weird things during it

it's now the third day of the reunion. joshua and jeonghan still hasn't talked, not even a word to eachother, not counting the time where they talked about how they were going to sleep during the first night. they were still sleeping in their room while the others were in the living room.
mg: so, should we lock them in a room later?
hs: we have nothing else to do
sc: hoon, do you have a spare room around here that can't open from the inside, like it doesn't have a lock their, only the outside?
wz: i actually do, it's at the second floor
dn: so the plan is set, right?
ww: i guess

dn: hyung can you help me with something?
he asked jeonghan who was just on his phone.
jh: yeah sure, what is chan?
dn: i need help with something on the second floor
jh: sure, i'll come
they upstairs. meanwhile with hansol, he was now trying to ask joshua.
vn: can you help me do something josh?
js: what is nonie?
vn: there's something upstairs that i need to get, i can't do it myself.
joshua agreed to help him.
chan threw jeonghan in the room. he kept hitting the door.
jh: chan, open the door!
dn: i'm sorry hyung! i can't right now
jeonghan kept banging on the door just for a few more seconds and finally gave up once he felt that he would actually never open the door.
luckily, joshua and hansol didn't hear any of the banging for some reason. they arrived outside the door.
js: what sho-
hansol quickly opened the door, pushed joshua in there, shutting it as fast as he could and locking it.
js: sol open u-
he stopped once he saw who was in there.
js: jeonghan...
jh: shua...
they were shocked at seeing eachother at this room who they didn't even know existed.
they both finally realized thar this was the plan of their friends to set them up.
js: they're so annoying and dumb sometimes! why can't they just live with the truth.
jh: hmm?
js: i mean they're plan of getting us together, it's dumb and not gonna work
as much as joshua wanted it to work, he knew that it might never since it was jeonghan he was talking about. he was the one who ignored him first, he'll continue to do so.
jh: it is dumb
after a few minutes of complete silence, joshua couldn't handle it anymore and decided to break it.
js: why are you doing this hannie?
he shouted.
jh: doing what? i'm not doing a single thing.
js: you're not ignoring me like you did before? i have spent years of wondering why you completely broke up with me, now i thought i could ask you, but no, you're still ignoring me, even till now.
jh: i'm sorry, i guess
js: what do you mean "i guess"? if you don't even mean it, just don't say anything. it's better than receiving a fake apology
jh: i am sorry!
js: are you really though? cause i know that you were the one who did this. and you continued to ignore me, not even explain on why you did it
jh: you want me to explain? fine, i'll explain!
he shouted, startling joshua.
jh: i was always jealous joshua, of everything. you were handsome, popular, loved by everyone. i was the complete opposite of you, atleast i felt like the complete opposite. girls loved you joshua, every single one of them. don't you know how insecure i was of myself? thinking about how you would leave me for them one day, that's what hurt me the most. then one day, i saw talking to sejeong, i just got jealous of you. i don't know what i was thinking, okay. it looked like you were gonna kiss her so i ran away. i never told you why i did that, so there, the truth's revealed now!
jeonghan was out of breath, tears started falling out of his eyes. he couldn't not cry after reminiscing the day that he broke up with the person he loved the most.
joshua came closer to jeonghan, the older tried to back away but was stopped by joshua pulling him into a hug.
js: i'm sorry hannie! i never knew you felt that way. i was your boyfriend, yet i never knew those things that were hurting you. i was part of the reason as to why you were hurting.
jh: it's fine, that's in the past now. no need to apologize
js: yes i do need to apologize. maybe if i was a better boyfriend, i would have known about that. but i didn't.
jh: again shua it's fi-
he got cut off by joshua pulling him into a kiss, he kissed back but he didn't regret it. the kiss was soft and gentle, not surprising since joshua was called "the gentleman" of the group. he caressed the cheek of the older during it. then he pulled away after a few seconds.
js: stop saying that or i'll kiss you again.
jh: stop making an excuse to kiss me. just ask for it or i'll do it myself
this time, jeonghan pulled joshua in for a kiss. he was smiling through it the whole time. when they pulled away, jeonghan had a huge smile on his face, the first one he ever had this week.
jh: i'm sorry for being dumb!
js: dumb, how?
jh: i broke our relationship because of my thoughts that weren't even right.
js: you're not dumb hannie, you were just insecure about yourself.
jh: i know...
js: also hannie, you're not ugly, you're beautiful. your way more beautiful than me. even in our highschool days. i don't what was wrong with those people that liked me over you. but i guess i'm actually kind of happy since no one tried to get you. if they did i wouldn't have been able to date an angel like you!
jh: aww, stop making me blush joshuji!
js: it's true though, you're features make you look like an angel. and hannie, i wanted to ask you this.
he sighed, hoping that he will accept.
js: yoon jeonghan, will you be my boyfriend? i promise i will treat you better than before!
jh: yes joshuji! and you already treated me the best before, treat me the same
js: nope, i'll treat you way better than before!
joshua kissed him on the cheek.
jh: thank you for understanding why i did that!
js: thank you for being mine!
jh: cheesy but you're cute, i'll let it pass.
the two layed down together, of course on the floor since there were no beds in there. joshua was laying down, his back against the wall. jeonghan layed on top of joshua, snuggled up against the younger's body. joshua wrapped his arms around his waist. they soon fell asleep.
an hour after they fell asleep, hansol unlocked the door, but didn't come in. he wanted to leave them in there for now.

after three hours of sleeping jeonghan woke up, waking up joshua in the process due to his movements.
jh: i'm so sorry shua
js: it's fine hannie!
he gave him a kiss on the cheek. he put jeonghan on the ground, getting up and trying to open the door. it did open, thanks to hansol.
js: come on hannie, we can go down!
jh: my legs hurt though
js: okay i'll leave you here
he joked around, pretending to leave him there.
jh: no carry me!
he waved his hands in the arm.
js: of course, baby!
he picked up jeonghan, bridal style of course. the older had a wide smile on his face again. he kept staring at joshua who brought them downstairs to the couch.
js: here hannie you can stay there for now
jh: no cuddles?
js: of course there are, angel
joshua went onto the couch, bringing the older's body closer to his.
js: such a little baby!
jh: your baby though
js: yes, my baby
joshua kissed his the top of his forehead.

the rest of the group was walking into the living room, about to talk about jihan when they saw the two cuddling on the couch.
sc: oh my god! it worked!
sk: yes!!
the two shouted.
js: shut up you guys! hannie's sleeping so be quiet right now!
he shut them off. they went closer to look at jeonghan. their heart's melted when they saw how the older looked. he was holding tightly onto joshua's shirt. it looked like he didn't want him to leave.
dn: aww, looks like someone doesn't like to be alone.
he pointed at the tight grip he had on joshua's shirt.
mh: hyung looks so cute!
js: he definitely does!
joshua looked him with so much love in his eyes. the other's looked at them, they loved to see their favorite couple together again, lile the old times. jeonghan slowly opened his eyes, he only saw joshua, not the others.
jh: joshuji, can we go upstairs? it's uncomfy here, please!
he pouted.
js: of course baby!
he couldn't resist the older's cuteness. he carried jeonghan, in bridal style, not even surprised.
jh: oh, hi guys!
he waved at the rest of the group when he saw them. joshua continued to go to the way of their room. je layed jeonghan down, heading under the covers to hug him tight.
js: sleep tight baby!
jh: i will babe!

sk: what did you need me for sol?
vn: i actually don't need you for something. i have something to tell you.
sk: oh god! what did you do this time?
vn: hey! why are you assuming that i did something?
sk: cause before, whenever you asked to talk to me, it was because you needed help with something horrible that you've done.
vn: that doesn't mean i did something horrible right now!
he pouted, acting all cute. the older laughed.
sk: what the hell are you doing with you face? you look so stupid!
vn: fine! i'll just leave and not tell you instead
he started turning around.
seungkwan pulled his arm to stop him from leaving.
sk: no no no! stay here. please tell me!
vn: why should i?
sk: cause i'm curious on what you need to say
vn: i have nothing to lose...except our friendship
he whispered the part so seungkwan so he wouldn't hear it.
sk: hansol, did you kill someone?
vn: no! why would you think that?
sk: you were like "i've got nothing to lose"
vn: i promise, i didn't murder someone!
sk: then what do you want to tell me?
vn: i like you-no, i love you
sk: oh oka-wait you what now!
vn: see this is why i didn't want to tell you, you're reaction would be like that and you're gonna say "i don't feel the same"
sk: no, that's not it, i just didn't expect you to confess before i did
vn: oh okay, i g-did you just say you were gonna confess?
sk: yeah, i love you too hansol! i always have ever since our highschool days.
hansol hugged him.
vn: you feel the same, that's the best thing i've heard all week!
sk: really?

he put his hand on seungkwan's chin, the older just nodded. hansol pulled his face closer till their lips touched. they pulled away after a few seconds.
vn: be my boyfriend?

the two new couples, jihan and verkwan, were walking down the stairs together. joshua had his arm around jeonghan's waist amd vernon had his around seungkwan's.
vn: congrats josh! looks like your relationship is now fixed.
js: it is, and looks like you did something yesterday too
the two american buddies were talking to eachother. their lover's just watched them, they didn't understand anything since they were speaking in english.
when they reached the bottom of the staircase, they saw that the rest of the group was gathered on the living room.
sc: looks like we've got a surprise, two specifically
he pointed at the two couples.
dk: i expected shua hyung and hannie hyung, but kwan and sol, i didn't see that coming.
hs: how? did you not see them during highschool? they were fucking in love with eachother but were just to scared to confess.
ww: but like seriously min, where you that blind?
dk: i guess so...but shouldn't we like celebrate? i mean our favorite couple is back together!
sk: we should definitely! after years of waiting for them to be together, the time gas finally come!
mg: we should eat out later, my treat.
js: seriously gyu?
mg: yeah, it's a special occasion so i'll pay for it

js: cause gyu has never paid before, except for wonwoo's food, other than that, he's never done that

joshua turned to face jeonghan.

they headed to the couch. joshua asked seungcheol to move so him and jeonghan could lay there.
js: rest for now, gain your energy for later.
he kissed him on the cheek.

he slowly shook the sleeping angel on his chest. jeonghan opened his eyes, trying his best to not let them close.
jh: are we leaving already?
js: yeah, we are. the others are in the car already, they're just waiting for us.
jh: who are we riding with?
js: we'll be in the same car as seungcheol, hao and hansol. cheol will drive, minghao's in the front, me, you, and sol are sitting at the back.
jh: okay, let's go.
jeonghan put on a hoodie, not his, but joshua's, which made it look big on him.
js: you love my hoodie?
jh: yeah! it's comfy
they headed to the front, going inside seungcheol's car.
vn: you look so cute in joshua's hoodie hannie hyung!
jh: thanks sol!
joshua sat in the middle so he could still talk with sol, his bestfriend.
they were actually friends before anyone else in the group because they met while theu were still in america and became bestfriends there. when joshua heard that hansol was moving to korea, he asked his mom if they could move there too because he didn't want to be away from him. his mom didn't want to move there. he then asked hansol's mom if he could come with them, she said he could if it was allowed with his parents. he asked his mom and she agreed to it. that's how both of them were in korea.
js: why aren't you with kwannie?
vn: he said he wanted to talk to the others.
js: you must be happy, you're finally with him.
vn: i am. and you, how are you feeling?
js: amazing

it's the last night of their reunion. their leaving tomorrow. jeonghan and joshua were packing their things so it would all be ready by the time they leave.
js:hannie, where do you stay?
jh: i live with seungkwan at an apartment half an hour away from here.
joshua wanted to ask jeonghan if he woulf want to live with him.
js: would you like to live with me?
jh: do you live with anyone?
js: nope, i live by myself. seungcheol and hansol does go to my house at a random time in the day.
jh: uhh, i'll live with you!
js: okay, would you like anything to make the house feel more like home to you?
jh: no, as long as you're there, it'll feel like home.
js: okay, if you want anything there, just tell me so we can get
jh: it's not really necessary joshuji!
js: are you sure? i just want you to feel like you're home
jh: as i said before, i'll feel like i'm at home as long as you're there.
jh: and are you rich or something? you keep telling me that you'll get me whatever i want.

jh: we'll finally go home after a week of staying here. it was fun, and i'll definitely miss this.
js: we can do this again, you know that right? it's not that hard. we just need to pick who's house we're staying at.
jh: but this one will be different than the others. this was our first time meeting after years.
