Third person:
Darius was asleep on the couch, although it wasn't really sleeping. Instead, it seems he is just closing his eyes and trying to clear his mind.
But no matter how hard he tries to sleep, his mind keeps drifting to Ben; how he used to be so afraid of everything, and now he wasn't. How he loved animals. his buetiful blue eyes. How he would hide stuff in case he needs them. How he was so determined to help his friends. How his laugh sounded so nice. How he-
Darius's thoughts were interrupted by someone talking.
"Darius?" Said the soft voice.
Darius's eyes snapped open to see Ben.
"Oh! Uhm.. hi?" He answered, sounding more like a question.
"Why.. why didn't you come back?" He asked with a frown.
"I.. are you.. not angry at me?" Asked Darius back, sitting up.
"Why would I be angry at you?"
"I almost dropped you." Darius looked down, suddenly finding the stone floor rather interesting.
("Dar" is pronounced "dare" TvT)
"Oh, Dar... I was never mad at you! It wasn't your fault." Ben gestured for him to stand up, which he did.
Darius's face flushed a hint of pink.
"..'Dar'?" Darius asked again, looking into Ben's eyes.
"OH! sorry, I don't know what I was saying!" Ben frantically apologized for the sudden nickname.
"Oh.. It's fine, don't worry. " Darius let out a small smile.
"So.. why didn't you come back?"
"I-" Darius began before a loud roar came.
Ben flipped his head to look at the source of the sound.
As Ben saw Toro standing at the entrance of the cave, he quickly stood in front of darius as an attempt to protect him.
Toro let out another roar as he took a few steps inside. He looked at Ben and walked up to him.
"Darius! Run! Leave!" He yelled at darius.
Toro took another step towards Ben and grabbed him by the back of his shirt.
"DARIUS GO!" He yelled again, struggling to get out of Toros' grip.
"Ben! Toro!? What are you-" he tried to say before Toro walked out of the cage with Ben and gently pushed Darius with his tail.
Tor dropped Ben outside of the cave. As Ben fell onto the ground, Toro walked back inside.
Darius walked outside towards Ben. It was still dark out since no one had really slept well.
"I'm sorry about him, are you alright?" Asked Darius as he helped Ben of the ground.
"𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘀 'Toro'?!" Ben asked is a hushed tone.
"Oh.. yeah, he doesn't like you.. sorry, " Darius answered.
"Hm. Well.. want to go on a walk?" Suggested Ben.
"Why not? But.. if your arm hurts at any time, tell me, and I can help!"
"Darius, I'm fine," he laughed.
"Okay," Darous replied.
They walked off into the jungle. Well, Ben thought that Darius was instead taking him to the top of the cliff. It had a nice view.
They sat down at the top legs dangling off the side of the cliff.
"It's buetiful!" Awed Ben.
"Mhm..." Darius replied, although he wasn't looking at the stars. Instead, he was too busy admiring the boy next to him.
Ben turned his head to look at darius.
"Uh.. darius?" He questioned, snapping Darius out of his thoughts again.
"Oh.. uhm. Yeah?"
"You haven't answered my question.."
"Oh... Well, after it happened, I felt like you would be angry at me, you know? And that time we talked, you said 'you never did anything-' so I thought you were angry at me! And when Keni said that he didn't care about my 'Death'... I thought none of you cared.." Darius answered truthfully.
Ben placed his hand on Darius's.
"Darius,believe me, I waited day and night for you to come back, hoping you were okay!" Said Ben, staring deep into Darius's eyes.
Darius felt his face heat up, but Ben didn't seem to notice.
"Oh. I'm sorry," replied Darius, hiding his inner celebration of the fact they were now holding hands.

Third person:
"Ben should have been back by now!" Complained Sammy.
"When did he go out?" Asked Brooklyn.
"He told me he was going to go for a walk." Answered Yaz.
"Do you think he's alright? There was a lot of roaring.." Asked Kenji.
"I'm sure his fine, right?" Said Sammy.
"Yeah, we should look at the brightside, the roaring is gone." Shrugged brooklyn.
"Yeah, but that could also mean..." Kenji begun.
"I can go look for him?" Suggested Yaz.
"But what if you get hurt?" Asked Sammy.
"I'll be fine, if you want, you can come with?"
"Okay," agreed Sammy.
"Me and kenji will play lookout, here, take the walkie-talkie." Brooklyn tossed the dino walkie-talkie to Yazmina.
Sammy and yaz nodded and ran into the jungle.
"Where do you think he went?" Asked Sammy.
"Not sure," yaz began, Sammy frowned.
"Although," She continued, "he does believe Darius is alive.. so he could have gone to the cave."
"Cave? What cave? What has this got to do with darius?"
"We- well- he found a cave with a warm lantern that doesn't belong to us, so he could be there." She explained.
"Good idea! Let's go!"
The two headed of in that direction for a while.
Yazs pov:
God, Sammy is so kind! She is always so positive and happy, so amazing and talented...
"Yaz?... I wanted to talk about something.."
"Huh? What's up?" I asked, concern growing.
"Well, you see... I-" She was cut off
By my gasp.
"LOOK!" I whisper-yelled pointing at a cliff.
On top of the cliff, sat Ben, with someone else.... Darius?
He's alive!
Ben was right...
I shouldn't have doubted him..
They look kind of cuple-y.
They're high up, so me and Sammy can't see them properly.
"Oh.. my.. God..! Darius is alive!" She whisper-yelled.
"They look kind of.. in love? Don't you think?I can't see them properly, but look! I think they're holding hands!"She continued.
"Best not to disturb them, Ben will come back unharmed." I reassured her, nodding to the way we came.
"Yeah, let's go" She said excited.
"We are totally going to confront him when he gets back" I laughed.
"Yes!!!" She squiled.
God, Sammy is so cute when she's excited.

Brooklyns pov:
Siriusly kenj? Falling asleep right now? Our friends could be dead.
"BROOKLYN!" I heard Sammy shout as she the gate opened.
"Yeah? Is Ben alright?" I asked.
"Better. DARIUS IS ALIVE!" She announced.
"Really?!" I asked astonished.
"Yep! And Ben is in-" She was cut off by yaz shushing her.
"Shhhhh!! She can know when Ben comes back!"
What? Know what? What are they hiding?
