They went from there to beach by walking and the time is 5:30pm the guard's are with them.
So they don't care about the people staring at them.
And even if they did care then author will do some magic and make them disappear.
But in real life we girls/boys (boys because they also face like this problems) have to teach those people a lesson. Or else they will take it as an advantage.
Then they get to the beach and they enjoy playing there.
Beach is empty only 2-3 couples and 5 people. As they turned around Siddharth notice them.
