After the night was over Neil dropped akshara in her home. While the same with abhi... Actually vedika was the one who picked him up but he dropped her back because she was over drunk to drive. Manjari did question him about what happened to vedika... And why he is dropping her and many more.. But he just lied to her saying that vedika requested him to drive her back because she was tired. And manjari believed his reason.
In the morning
Manjari woke up... It was sunday and so was a leave for almost everyone but not really everyone.. Because abhi still went to work, his lame reasone was that hospitals are to work even during sundays. Others just left him go, because he never tends to listen to them. Soo he was getting ready.
Manjari: arohi beta.. Go give this glass of milk to abhi.
Arohi: yes maa.. Come ruhi beta..
She lifted her and went to abhi's room.
She knocked the door.
Abhi: yes, come in
Arohi: hmm.. Here is your milk.
Ruhi: drink it properly tike chachu?
Abhi: Arre ruhi beta! Tike tike whatever you say.
He drank the milk and lifted her from arohi.
Arohi: hmm this ruhi aur chachu rishta is just.. She did a flying kiss.
Abhi and ruhi: yes
They did a high five. They played for 10 mins and abhi left for work.
In delhi
Neil slept a little longer as it was a leave. While akshara had a little bit of extra relaxation as well as today... Naksh had promised to make a delicious breakfast.
Akshara enjoyes naksh's company always. So was the same today.
Neil stood up beside his bed and wiped his face.
Neil: my god... It's already 11am. It's late.. But that's alright it's sunday.
He sat on his bed and took his phone... He called naresh, one of his best friends in us where he was doing his business studies some 2 years ago.
Neil: hello naresh..
Naresh: hmm.. Yesterday might have been a great day hein na bro.
Neil: obviously bro.. I enjoyed her company.
Naresh: ok.. So when are you planning to get rid of all tensions.
Neil: kya..
Naresh: I meant your stupid ex. You just lied to.. What's her name again?
Neil: akshara
Naresh: hmm.. Akshara.. You lied to her that your already divorced na.. But your really not so what are you going to do. When are you planning to divorce her.
Neil: yes.. My god I just forgot about that.. I mean maa is going to be mad at me anyways. She never agrees with me in this you know.
Naresh: so are you going to have two wives.
Neil: no.. See this is my decision am going to divorce her off anyhow.
Naresh: ok.. So when?
Neil thought for a second.
Neil: today. This is sure.
Naresh: today???
Neil: yes I am going to say to maa that today is her last day being mere beevi.
Naresh: hmm.. Do it first.
Neil: ok bye.
Naresh: bye.
The call was cut.
Neil thought for a while.
Neil to himself: "arohi!" When will I get rid of this headache.. Today! No other choices. I think naresh is right, how many days am I going to drag this arohi in my life. No more
He immediately took his phone but stopped for a second.
Neil: will this still be a right decision.. Will maa not be sad.. No! No Neil.. No more sufferings from arohi... You loved her didn't you.. But what did she give you in back.. Just hatred nothing else.. So what are you thinking now for. This is your life and you have all the freedom to take your desirable decisions in it.
He took his phone without further thoughts... And dailed the number of his maa.
Manjari: Neil beta.... Kya kar rahe hein tum..
Neil: kuch nahi maa.. I want to say something very important to you..
Manjari: what's it beta..
Neil: it is... I am planning get divorced. He said sternly, he knew that his maa isn't going to agree at once.
Manjari: what??? But why beta!!! Why now.
Neil: maa.. I've found a perfect women for me and my ruhi.. So this is the time.
Manjari was even more shocked hearing to this.
Manjari: beta.. Plss think again, no one will be as good as arohi to ruhi... Try to understand beta.
Neil: no maa.. I took this decision after hard hours of thinking, and there is going to be no changes in it. And plss dont ask any more questions to me just pass the call to arohi I want to talk to her regarding this.
Manjari: but beta..
Neil: plss maa. He said in a frustrated tone.
Manjari came to arohi's room.
Manjari: ruhi beta.. Tu bahar chal.
Ruhi: tike dadi lekin kyun.
Manjari: beta.. Chal na.
She went out of the room
Arohi: maa, why did you send her out.
Manjari: beta, Neil is in the call... He wants to talk to you it seems.
Arohi was a bit happy... Obviously she would be, because after years of ignoring even her voice, now he wants to talk to her.. She thought her character had improved at least a bit in his mind.. But nevertheless did she know that their relationship had diproved to the least and this would be their final talk.
She eagerly took the phone from her hand.
Arohi: hello Neil..
Neil: I want to say something that's too important for our life to you.
Arohi: what is it Neil. She sounded a bit happy.
He took a deep a breath.
Neil: arohi... There is nothing to be happy for you in this decision... It is.. We are getting divorced.
Arohi: what???
Neil: listen to me completely, I've already found a perfect biwi for myself and a faultless
Maa for ruhi. So there isn't any chance for you to console me Or anything.
Arohi: but Neil, plss listen to me I've changed... I'll never behave like before ever again in my whole life.
Neil: good for you, someone else will like you.
Arohi's voice had became sorrowfull now.
Arohi: Neil... Plss suno.. I'll be a good wife to you.. I love you Neil.. Plss. She broke down.
Neil: 'arohi!' No more emotional dramas here.
Arohi: lekin Neil, how will ruhi live without her parents.
Neil: for a week you keep her and another week I will handle it.. And you need not worry about her being without mom... As I said, I've found a girl who is just right for her. She and I together will handle everything tike?
Arohi: Neil plss.
Neil: no arohi... I can't be with you anymore, I agree I was deeply in love with you... But those feelings faded away along with the passing days. Now I have literally nothing left in me for you... Yet you can stay in strong ties with my family and take ruhi's side whenever you wish.
He cut the call immediately.. But infact after these words, even neil's eyes we're ready to let out a bucket full of tears. He couldn't really forget about those days when he and she lived to their fullest.. But honestly her love faded and so did his.. Now nothing is left to worry or cry.. A thought striked his mind.. So he immediately wiped off the tears.
But arohi, she is still deeply in love with him and she has got all the right reasons to cry out loud. All these days though Neil wasn't really behaving good with her.. Her heart said that someday everything will be alright, but now after divorce there won't be any chance of their reunion.
Arohi cried her heart out. Everyone in the birla house including abhi, parth and even his parents were standing there not knowing what to do.
Arohi: he had found a girl for himself and he don't need me anymore, I agree I was such a ruthless beast. But what about now haven't I changed. Am I not good now.
Manjari: beta you are in fact a very good soul now.
Arohi: then why isn't he ready to accept me anymore. She cried soo much that her eyes got too red.
Kairav came near her, he bent to his knees because she was sitting on the floor.
Kairav: arohi... How dare he get another girl.. See I will talk to him.. I and abhi will make everything alright between you guys.
Abhi: yes bhabhi, we will do it Tum roo mat.
Arogi: no bhaiyya aur abhi, he immediately sent this divorce notice without even hesitating for a second which clearly proves how much hurt he is. I don't want y'all to hurt him any further.
Harshavardhan: but.. Beta.. His decision is wrong we need to correct it.
Arohi: no uncle plss.. Let him have his freedome to choose his life.. If he wants someone else in his life then let him have it. Immediately after the divorce I'll move on with my bade maa and bade papa.
Kairav: tike.. If that's what you think then no problem.. I guess even I'll stay with you for atleast a month.
Arohi: nahi bhaiyya, you look after your life... I'll be there you don't worry about me.
She said and immediately left the place.
The whole family felt devastated, abhi thought of consoling Neil but the words of arohi ringed in his ears, he thought that she was right and Neil needed some freedom to choose his life, so he left the matter free to both of them, while the same decision remained with everyone in the house.
But when kairav informed regarding this decision to bade papa, he was utterly schocked he thought of calling Neil.. And atleast shouting at him.. But kairav requested him to do nothing like that and stay calmed. Also he said that this decision of him would directly affect arohi and ruhi only.
But on the other side.. Neil could think about nothing but his and arohi's wonderful moments. Yet he thought about her harsh words and akshara's beautiful gestures to console himself of the fact that the chapter arohi is over in his life.
In arohi's room.
She was looking at a photo frame...
Arohi: I think that God haven't fogiven me for my heartless deeds to you, or maybe you didn't forgive me, your that one person to whome my heart is yearning to apologize. Where are you???
Just one sorry, only one sorry I want to ask at least for the peace of my soul, then I'll never disturb you... Even if everyone hates you.. But I'll not, because I hold the responsibility for your destroyed life. Plss come back.
Manjari knocked the door, she immediately kept the photo in the drawyer and wiped her tears.
Arohi: yes maa.. Come in.
Manjari: hmm.. Here is your milk.. Beta keep yourself strong atleast for your kid tike? And I request you to be a part of abhi's wedding even if you get divorced before that.
Arohi: yes maa... I will..
She drank the milk and made ruhi sleep...Yet she stayed awake, her eyes we're swollen out of fierce crying. And so was the whole birla house.. In fact Neil was also awake consoling himself of the fact that his decision is right. Only naksh,akshara and vedika's family were the characters in this story who had a peaceful sleep on this night.
