MESS. The simplest and purest mess. Never in my entire life have I seen Juliana's room like this. She was an extremely organized person, I am organized, but not as organized as she is. Lia decided to clean out her closet, taking out a pile of clothes, shoes, hair stuff, books, it was like a bazaar. Most I put in a big bag and take home, the other things we take to some institution or orphanage.

She dropped another pile of clothes in my lap, and I started to select the ones I wanted.

— These two are especially for you. — she said, tossing me two Borussia shirts

I assumed they wouldn't fit her until I realized that they wouldn't be tight for another ten years. It was hard to hear her voice because she was practically swimming in the middle of the clothes.

— Why don't you want this shirt anymore? Don't you want to be my company when we go to watch my player's games? — I pouted, watching her face reveal itself in the closet.

— When you two weren't dating and I called you to the game, the first thing you did was complain. You said I looked like a bee in this shirt. — the brunette began to list on her fingers

— First of all, you did look like a little bee, only a pretty one. Secondly, you didn't answer my question.

— Flora, I love the art of soccer, but I never stopped to pick a specific team. My mother supports Borussia, my father supports a Korean team that I don't even remember the name of, my sister supports the team her boyfriend plays for. And now that I'm a photographer for City, I'll for sure cheer for them, they're the ones who give me money to pay my bills. — she winked and drowned herself in her clothes again

— Good justification.

I put the shirts in the big bag and let myself rest for a few seconds. I continued to sort through my clothes, dropping some of them on the floor, forming a pile, or maybe a mountain, about four feet long. We were in a comfortable silence, with only Taylor Swift's "Willow" playing, until the door opened with a desperate bang to reveal the blonde half panting. Her face had a mixture of desperation for having run, even though her room was across the hall. At the same time she was trying to contain a smile as she held a piece of paper in her hands. I think that in the middle of this little face reading I noticed her eyes filling
with tears.

— Good afternoon Juliana, good afternoon Flora, are you all right? — Juliana said in a cynical voice with only her head outside the closet — Are you going to tell me what paper this is or did you run half a marathon to stand there looking like an idiot at my bedroom door?

I looked at her scolding her speech, the girl seemed excited.

— Sorry. The results are in! — she lifted the paper allowing us to see that it was a letter

— Oh my God, are you serious? Have you read it? What was the result? — Juliana stood up and made some clothes fly across the room

— I haven't read it yet, I wanted to wait so I wouldn't read it alone. If I fainted, they would only find out hours later.

— This is all very exciting, but what's going on?

They both ran into the living room leaving me with no answer. I ran after them finding them both on the couch. I sat down on the sofa while Hazel slowly opened the letter. She read it for a few seconds and continued standing in the same place, showing no reaction, neither good nor bad, just silence.

— What's up? — Juliana asked with a hopeful tone.

Hazel dropped the letter on the table, looking at us quickly, still without any reaction.

— I came in. — the blonde said almost in a whisper, — I'm in, oh my God I'm in!

The sisters started jumping up and down in celebration. I let a smile escape my lips without even imagining what it was.

— Flora I passed! — the younger one turned to me

— Yes, I know, congratulations. But you passed what exactly? — she laughed as she sat up and took a deep breath.

— I got accepted in one of the best schools in Italy.

— Oh my God, that's amazing!

— I'm going to Italy! I'm going to Italy! Italy! In September I'll be in Italy, later this year I'll go to Italy! — the girl stood up quickly — I have to tell Jobe.

Hazel ran out with the letter in hand looking for her cell phone. As soon as the girl left the room Juliana let her smile fall apart.

— She's leaving Flora. — the brunette whined

— Do you think she can stand to be away from him for so long? — she looked at me indignant

— I don't care about her boyfriend! She's growing up. She'll be out of the country alone for a long time, she's just a kid. My little sister.

I hugged her as her eyes watered.

— That's how it is, our children grow up. You're my little girl, already working and almost dating. — I pretended to wipe away a tear and received a slap. — In a little while you'll get used to it.

— If you tell Hazel that I'll miss her, I'll beat you up. I'll cut you into little pieces.

— It is very unethical to date a guy and not tell him that you have a daughter, a fifteen-year-old daughter at that. — Jude said in an ironic tone on the other end of the line

— I was going to tell you, I swear! — I answered, drawing a laugh from the boy.

— She's not a child, she'll manage there. You don't have to be so worried.

— I know, it's just that in my mind she's still about eight years old. I've seen that girl grow up and give me advice like she was ten years older than me. It's all very strange.

— I know how it is, I don't know if you remember, but her boyfriend is my younger brother. — I laughed at her indignant tone — And Juliana, how is she?

— Worse than me. — he laughed - She almost cried earlier, I'm serious! — the silence settled on both sides of the line — Why weren't you born earlier, huh? We'll only be able to see each other on your birthday, but that's a long way off. — I threw myself on the sofa, making drama

— Ask my mother, she decided to bring me into the world on this specific day. — I tongued my tongue while the boy laughed at my face - I miss you.

— I miss you too. I'm seriously considering canceling all the campaigns and photo shoots tomorrow. — I heard his muffled laugh.

— I wish we could go out, anywhere, even if it was in the middle of the street. So that we could walk hand in hand, like those couples in bad movies.

I was silent while listening to him talk. I want that too, I can't be afraid of those two all my life. But I also don't want to keep thinking about them without knowing what to do. Oh, shit.

— I'm getting sleepy, we'll talk more tomorrow, okay?

— Sure, sleep well. I love you.

— I love you too. — I spoke almost in a whisper.

I got up and walked to a shelf full of medicines. I took one of the pills to help me sleep, knowing that in a few minutes I would be passed out on my bed. I never had problems with insomnia or anything like that, but since the day I received that letter I couldn't sleep without a pill. I mean, they even know my address, some days even the medicine can't help me. If I had to choose one person to be, in the whole world, the last person I would choose would be my psychologist, or even me.

Next capter tmrw! We're almost finishing this, omg.
