Finally, it's the weekend..
Recently, it's gotten a lot more warmer, cherry blossom trees have finally bloomed, too. Hey, maybe I could have a picnic at.. the nearby park which has many cherry blossom trees!

Ohhh I'm so excited! Though, I should probably prepare everything, like the picnic blanket, food, and my outfit obviously!
Now, maybe I could bring some sunsettias, and some popsicles! I know I have some sort of.. portable freezer with wheels thing in my kitchen. I'd quickly run downstairs, actually not tripping this time.
As I walk into my kitchen, I open the fridge, where a lot of sunsettias were just in the lower drawers. I grabbed some, before washing and storing them in.. a container. I then ready my small portable.. freezer with wheels for later. I'll find my huge picnic blanket, I know it's here somewhere. It's really big..
I go over to a small storage closet, opening it. A big picnic blanket rolls out, nearby touching the floor. Luckily, I grab it just in time. Is this clean? I think it is.. I remember washing it.
All I have to do is.. wait, then pick my outfit.

Finally, it's almost time! I'll go pick out my outfit. I pick out a cute little white dress, and a white cardigan which had strawberries on it. I also added some cute hair clips to my hair, while also getting some cute little shoes.

I look at my reflection in the mirror. Ahh I look so pretty!!! I also fix my hair into my favorite hairstyle. After, I also put on some simple makeup. Lipgloss, and some eyeliner. I do a little twirl, before grabbing my phone, and keys, going downstairs.
I nearly tripped, just when I thought I was lucky.
I also check the time on a clock on the wall, it seemed to be 1:45pm right now. Quickly, I fill the portable freezer with popsicles, some juice, and water. I then grab the container of sunsettias, and my picnic blanket. I was also gonna bring a picnic basket.
I quickly put the two items inside, before going outside, and locking the door. Cherry blossom trees grew everywhere, though, the park nearby where we were gonna have our picnic at looked gorgeous.
I begin walking over, around ten minutes later, I finally reach the park. Up ahead, I saw everyone waving at me. I wave back, before running over.
" OMGG your outfit is so cute!! " Hu Tao hugged me, not to tightly though since I was holding quite a bit. When Hu Tao backed away a bit, I saw Xiao, he was wearing the black wired headphones with black and white stickers I had given him for Christmas, how cute..
" Why are you looking at me like that..? " Xiao turned to me, crossing his arms. As always, there was a small tint of red on his face as he looked away." Oh, nothing, sorry! " I scratch my head, while he closed his eyes and looked away.
" Where are we gonna have our picnic? " Lumine asked, while she was carrying a bag full of sandwiches, and chicken mushroom skewers. " Oh, come on, this way!! " I begin walking a little faster.
In the park, there was a pond, or something of some sort. Cherry blossom trees filled the park, though it wasn't to crowded, which was nice. Finally, after a few minutes of walking, I find the spot. There was nobody over here, and we had a nice view of both the cherry blossom trees, and the pond.. or lake.. or something.

" This place is beautiful.. quite perfect for reading a book. " Xingqiu smiled, holding a book in his hand. " Okayyy.. let's set up now!! " I clap my hands, before everyone backs up a little.
I pull out my huge picnic blanket, placing it down onto the grass. Then, I place my little picnic basket with the sunsettias inside. Lumine placed down her bag of chicken mushroom skewer and sandwiches onto the blanket. Venti placed a basket full of apples, typical Venti..
Hu Tao placed two containers full of strawberries, while Xingqiu placed down croissants, while Xiao put some chocolate covered pocky onto the blanket. Oh, and I rolled the.. portable wheeler freezer beside the blanket.
We all take a seat. I sat beside Hu Tao and Xiao, Venti and Lumine sat down beside eachother, and Chongyun and Xingqiu sat down together. We all quickly fix all the food on the blanket, then, we all began eating.
" Hey Chongyun, take a look at this page here. " Xingqiu showed Chongyun a page from his book, while munching on a strawberry. " Hey, I also have popsicles, juice, and water. Here! " I open the lid to the portable wheeler freezer.
Xingqiu grabbed a water, Chongyun grabbed a popsicle, and Hu Tao, and Venti got some juice. Xiao just got some water, while Lumine also got a popsicle. I got some water.
I began to eat some chicken mushroom skewer. " Woah.. Lumine, this is amazing!! How does it taste so good?? " I ask, while continuing to gobble the chicken mushroom skewer right up.
" Ah, well.. my little sister, Paimon always wants me to make her food, she eats nonstop, so gradually, I guess I got better at cooking. " Lumine scratched her head, while munching on a apple.
Xingqiu began eating a croissant. " Hm, not to buttery.. " He mumbled to himself.
Xiao began to eat some pocky, while drinking water. " Oh, may I have one? " I ask. He just put a pocky in his mouth, then pointed to it. " Have it, if you can get it. " He crossed his arms, while the rest of the group was staring.
I leaned in closer to his face, taking slow bites of the pocky. As we were.. about to kiss, he backed away. My face began heating up, whyd I even do it??
Both Hu Tao, and Venti chuckled. " Hey.. just.. continue eating!! " I look away while speaking. " Okay, lover girl. " Hu Tao began snacking on a sandwich.
" Hm, I think I put my kamera somewhere in here.. " Lumine was searching though her bag. " Oh, here! Everyone, wanna take a photo? " She held onto her kamera, smiling.
" Yess, sure!! " Hu Tao began to bring everyone in frame, including me. We all bundled up together, while Xiao seemed a little awkward. I pulled him a little closer to me, so that he could be in frame.
Lumine placed the kamera on a high basket, before joining into frame.

A white flash appeared for a second, before it went away. Lumine grabbed her kamera, before viewing the photo that came out. " Oh, still processing. I'll show you guys later. " She puts both the photo, and her kamera away before we all continued eating.
Xiao began snacking on my sunsettia's, still listening to music. " Hey, Xiao, what you listening to? " I ask. " Line without a hook. " He looked away, blushing only the slightest. Aww, I didn't know he also listened to those types of songs..
" Everyone, let me sing a song! " Venti smiled. " Okay, go ahead! " Lumine smiled, clapping a little before stopping. Venti cleared his throat, before continuing.
He began playing his Lyre.

As Venti finished both singing, and playing his lyre, he placed his lyre down on his lap. We all clapped. " Venti, I didn't know you could sing..! " Chongyun commented, while snacking on another popsicle. " Heh, I guess I just never really sing anymore. " Venti trailed off.
" Honestly, you should more if you like it, you sounded amazing! " Lumine smiled, her golden - like hair shining in the slight ray of sunshine. " Really? Then I shall! " Venti smiled, while a small tint of redness covered his cheeks, and the tips of his ears.
" I have a question. That song is more.. Christmas like, so why did you sing it even if it is April? " Xingqiu asks, closing the book he was reading with one hand. " Honestly, it's because I've been practicing it for so long, and I've even finally got the tune of it correct, hope that answers that! Ehe~ " Venti smiled.
After we finished eating, we put all the trash in a plastic bag, now, we just rested. Venti was just playing some tunes on his lyre, while Lumine listened. Hu Tao was snacking on some of my extra popsicles, oh, Chongyun too. Xingqiu was reading a book. Xiao was listening to music, not really talking to anybody. I just looked at the beautiful view.
" Y/N, can you.. accompany me while I walk..? " Xiao asked, removing and resting his headphones on his neck. I slowly nodded, before he stood up, while I did too. " Oh, have fun love birds! " Hu Tao said with a teasing smile. I just shook it off.
Xiao and I began walking around the huge river.. or pond.. or lake. " I'm really glad this park is near my house, it's gorgeous at this time. " I chuckle lightly, while Xiao kept silent.
" .. This picnic was nice, I guess. Thank you. " Xiao said, unexpectedly thanking me right after. " Hey, no need to thank me! But, yeah, it was really nice. " I answer.
" You.. look really pretty. I mean, with that.. dress on, you just look.. gorgeous, I suppose.. " Xiao kept pausing inbetween words, I just smiled, feeling my face warm up again.
" Aw.. thank you.. "
" You're welcome, I guess. "
" Y/N, next Friday, after school under the huge cherry blossom tree, meet me, no excuses. " He looked away, while I stared at him. " Sure! Why though? "
" I'll tell you soon. "
" Okay! "
Now, it went silent again. Also, now we were on our way back to the group. " Y/N, " Xiao continued. " i'm sorry for unexpectedly kissing you on my birthday. " He faced me.
I just stared for a few seconds, before replying. " No, it's fine. Though, it was my first kiss, so i might've been horrible.. " I scratch my head. " No, you were.. good. You tasted good, too.. " He looked at me shyly.
My face began heating up even more, to the point I might've passed out and fell into the lake, then drowned while inhaling the many cherry blossom petals into my mouth, then ate them.
Anyway.
" I.. wh.. huh?? " I was unable to form a word. " ..Forget it, they're over there. " We both came back to the group.
Soon, it was time to pack up. I grabbed the picnic blanket, trying my best to shake all the blades of grass stuck on it. Once it seemed it was clean enough, I put it in my small picnic basket.
" Bye!! " I waved goodbye to the whole group, before leaving with my picnic basket, phone, keys, and my.. portable wheeler freezer.
This truly was a day to remember.

I just wanted to so badly to the point I would continue writing this part until I had.
Also I have so many new ideas for this book, so I might now write my other book " two hearts buried in the snow " for awhile, hehe.
