Tassel is sleeping on his chair he's sitting, he snores very loudly until he woke himself up and see the camera then fixing himself, "Bonne lecture everyone! I'm sorry that I kinda slept, although I wasn't presence in the special chapter. I was just taking my break for being the narrator, there's not much for me to talk about since this chapter is after the special chapter, which is canon by the way and yes, Rena will stay here and future chapters also, don't forget that. So anyways, let's start the chapter, gosh I'm still tired," Tassel said while yawning and stretching his arms

Ryan is seen trying to find the Mumeiken Kyomu he lost in a forest. He's checking the bushes if the Seiken somehow hid there
"Where is it...? Why can't I find the Seiken?" He questioned himself while bending over to the bushes to find it
While in a different perspective view of someone, they're slowly approaching Ryan as he was distracted to find the Seiken
"I can't seem to find the Seiken here! Where did that bastard went?" He said to himself
The figure then finally got up close to him and he turns around to see the mysterious figure
"Who are you?" Ryan asked

Chapter 30: A thousand and one chances
Hop is entering the Sword of Logos base to see Ryugh, "Hey, do you know where the Mumeiken Kyomu whereabouts?" He asked
He turns his head, "No, I can't sense its presence nearby," Ryugh replied
"How do you know if it's close or not?" Hop asked
"If the Seiken were to be nearby, I could sense its repulsive energy intensively like feeling an earthquake," he responded
"Oh, I see,"
"Anyways, why are you here for?" Ryugh asked
"Just wanted to know, where is Ryan right now?" Hop asked
"What's a Ryan?" He asked
"What do you mean?" He asked
"Which Ryan you mean?" Ryugh asked
"Have you really forgotten about him?" Hop asked
"Yeah? Is he supposed to be someone I know?" He asked
"He's Falchion, he uses the Mumeiken Kyomu, that's why he's missing because he wants to find it," Hop responded
"Falchion... Ahh, I remember him," Ryugh replied
"Really?" He asked
"Definitely," he replied
"I thought you were completely forgot about him," he said
"I don't forget about someone that easily," Ryugh said
"Well that's a good thing," Hop replied
"You must be wondering where Gloria and Victor are, right?" Ryugh asked
"I was about to ask you that," Hop replied
"Well, they're in the Libération-" Ryugh was interrupted when both Gloria and Victor comes out of the Libération with their dojo uniform
"You really didn't hold back on me," Victor said to her while exhausted
"You have a stronger form, so of course I won't hold ya back," Gloria replied
"That doesn't mean I'm stronger," he responded
"Yes it does!" She replied and pulled his ear
"Hey- ow! You can't just do that!" Victor said
"Who says I couldn't?" She asked and released her hand
"What were you guys doing in there?" Hop asked
Both of them turned their heads to see him
"Hop, we were just training in there," Gloria replied
"Yeah, and I almost lose to her," Victor said
"You're just lucky that you're my boyfriend," she said
"That doesn't stop you from winning either, if you didn't think about me much, you could've won," he replied
"That's sweet of you, I'm going to get changed," she said and goes to exit the base
"When are you going to use that short pants for me?" Victor asked while following her to exit the base
"Not in the mood yet," she replied
Both Ryugh and Hop are watching them as they leave, Ryugh turns to Hop to see him looking at them in a different reaction
"Hop, are you jealous?" Ryugh asked
He turned his head to him, "What? No, I'm not,"
"Are you sure?" He asked
"Yes, I'm sure," Hop replied
"I realised, you're still single, so that made sense for you to react that way," Ryugh said
"What? Of course not, that doesn't correlate with anything..." He responded
"Look, I know being single sucks and all. But it's okay sometimes," he replied
"Why are you talking about relationship status with me? I'm not interested you know," Hop responded
"Exactly, that's what an answer I'll get from you," Ryugh replied
"Just- what yours then if you ask me," he asked
"Ryugh!"
Both of them turned their heads to see Rena coming towards Ryugh
"What is it, Rena?" He asked
"I've figured out how to use the Ankokuken Kurayami!" She replied
"Really? That's great for you," Ryugh responded
"And it was really cool to use it," Rena said
"You've used many weapons in the past worlds, Why are you still impressed?" He asked
"This one's different from the rest, okay? And also I was dead for hundreds of years," she replied
Hop sees their conversation with each other and goes to exit the base to go to the cafe while they're still talking

Hop came out of the fridge and goes to the counter to think about the day currently
'Well I'm not really into relationships that much, but after seeing it for many times... Can I ever have one? I don't know... I always feels anxious when I want to talk to a girl my age,' his thoughts
"Hop,"
'Could or should I get one? Or should I not? One side of me don't want to start one but the other side wants me to be in it,'
"Hey, can you hear me?"
'I don't know... There's like no one that I have a crush on or have a feeling to, should I try it?'
"Hop!"
He was startled by the way someone shouted his name at him, Hop turns his head to see Diane behind him
"Diane?" Hop asked
"I was calling out to you," she replied
"Sorry, I was thinking a lot lately," he responded
"Thinking about what?" Diane asked
"I don't know, it's embarrassing to talk about it," he replied
"Like what?" She asked
"Well... It's about relationship," Hop responded
"...what about it?" Diane asked
"I have no idea, the thought of it got to the back of my head and couldn't think straight," he replied
"Well... Is there someone you love?" She asked
"No, I haven't. I have no feelings towards someone currently," he responded
"What type of girl you want?" She asked
"Type?"
"I mean standards if you want a girlfriend,"
"I don't know, a girl? Isn't that the whole purpose?" Hop asked
"You are right about that," she responded
He sighs and look over at the shelves to see one of the tea in the containers is empty, "We ran out of one of the tea leaves,"
Diane turns to the shelves, "You're right,"
"I'll buy one to refill it," Hop said and got up to buy the bag
"Before you go, there is something you need to buy,"
He stops and looks at her, "What is it?"
"Can you buy the moon tea leaves?" She asked
"What's a moon tea leaves?" Hop asked
"They're a limited edition tea leaves that only sold during the moon festival that's starting next week," Diane responded
"What's a... Moon festival?" He asked
"You really don't know?" She asked
"I don't track festivals that often nor celebrate one," he responded
"The moon festival is a festival that's celebrated in mid autumn, and mid autumn is next week," Diane replied
"That sounds cool, great facts. I'll be going now," he said before leaving the cafe to go to the store

At the store
He exited out of the store and got the tea and the moon tea leaves Diane suggested
"What's so special about the moon tea leaves? Are they supposed to taste different? I don't know much about different species of the tea plant," Hop said while looking at the bag
While he was going back to the cafe, he accidentally bumped into someone. Hop heard something dropped on the ground and looks down to see a book
He picked up the book and see it's the Thousand and One Night book, "This book... It's one of my favourite!"
"Uhm, can you return that? It's mine,"
"I'm sorry, I was distracted-" he turned his head to the owner of the book and was astounded
Who he saw is a beautiful girl with long purple hair and wearing a white t-shirt with denim jacket, skirt and shoes
"Hey, excuse me?" She asked but didn't get a reply while still staring at her
Hop shook his head and turns to her, "I apologize! I was- I-I-" he struggled with stuttering and couldn't form sentences after seeing her
"Are you alright? Or do you have Aphasia?" She asked
"I-I'm so sorry, h-here," he gives her book back to her
"Thank you," she took the book back and lightly touched his finger before he let go of the book
Hop looks back at the finger that was lightly been made contact to her finger
"Thank you for picking it up!" She said and was about to leave
"Wait!" He said and she stops then turns around
"What?"
"Can we... Talk for a few minutes...?" He asked
"Sure? What is it?" She asked
"Um... W-when are you going to be free...?" Hop embarrassingly asked while feeling regrets for asking
"Oh, I'm sorry. I don't have free time today," she replied
"T-that's fine, I understand you're busy," he replied
"I'll be free for tomorrow," she said
"That's great! Thanks for telling me," he said
"What's your name anyway?" She asked
"Oh? My name is Hop Fukamiya, nice to meet you," he responded with his name
"My name is Neoma Aisha, nice to meet you too, Hop," she replied with her identity
"Neoma, can I... Get your phone number?" Hop asked
"Sorry, I can't. I don't want to be late," she replied
"That's okay, go on with your business," he responded
"Yeah, thanks," Neoma then walks away to go to her destination and leaving Hop
"I couldn't believe it... Is this what love feels like?" He shakes his head, "No, I shouldn't be weird around her or else she won't have interest in me, and I have to return back home," Hop said to himself and goes to the cafe

At the cafe
Hop returns back with the tea leaves to refill the empty container, "I'm back,"
Diane who is in the cafe, sees him returned, "Welcome back,"
"Here, I got the tea leaves," he said
"That's great, put them in the container there," she replied
"I know," Hop said and goes to the shelves
"You seems to be very excited, what happened?" Diane asked
"You won't believe this, but I fell in love with someone," he responded
"You... What?" She asked
"She was very beautiful, and I get to know her," Hop said
"What's her name?" Diane asked
"Her name is Neoma Aisha, I don't have her phone number but I know she's free tomorrow," he responded
"Oh... That's great for you..." She responded

It's very short to be honest with you, I wasn't really expecting to be this short considering that it was like, 5 thousand plus words before, the author said they don't wanna take their own life, but this is interesting. "The training really did made me tired, maybe a few minute rest could really help," Sanpei said
In a different perspective view of someone who is approaching Sanpei
He turns to the Fuusouken Hayate Seiken, "Oh yeah, I forgot about you, I don't know when is the necessary time to use you,"
The mysterious figure is getting closer to him as he not knowing who is behind
"From Saizo's demonstrations, it looks like it'll be very difficult to use you, so that's why I haven't use you for a very long time," Sanpei said
The figure is very near Sanpei, he turns around after feeling like someone was watching him. When he turned, he was confused
"Who are you?" He asked
Then, the Fuusouken Hayate was dropped on the ground and Sanpei has disappeared
