ECSTATIC.
That's what Jimin felt after he went back in the sea. He finally saw a human, a handsome one at that. Jimin went to his room and had a big grin with a squeal escaping his lips.
He shuts his eyes and placed his hands on his face and squealed more as he flipped his fins.
Best day ever!
Soon Taehyung swam through his room with a confused look on bus face.
“Why didn't you hide? Did anyone see you?” He asked, boring his lip nervously.
Jimin smiled, with a hint of blush on his face which Taehyung notice.
“Tae, I met a human! A Prince at that.” Jimin said, clapping his hands in tiny.
“He wasn't cruel towards you, was he?” Taehyung asked with wide eyes.
“No, no, he was so nice, and sooo dreamy.” Jimin said laying on his back, rethinking the time he met Prince Jungkook.
Taehyung smirked at the older's reaction and sat in the bed with the blushing merman.
“What was he like?” He questioned as Jimin giggled.
“He's so sweet! I found out we got a lot in common.” Jimin smiled as Taehyung smiled back, a small one.
“Would you see him again?” Taehyung asked and the smile went way.
Taehyung wince that he made his friend sad. He shouldn't have brought that up.
“I would love too, but you know how my mother is like. Maybe if I'm alone a lot and sneaky. Cause I really wanna see him again.” Jimin said as he smiled at Taehyung who smiled right back.
Thankfully that Jimin's smile came back.
“I hope you do!” He said and soon the happiness was gone.
Jimin's mother entered. She looked at Jimin and notice a small smile and a tiny bit of blush on his cheeks.
“Son, ready for your birthday rehearsal?” She said making Jimin look up with a frown of confusion.
“Rehearsal? I don't need that for my birthday.” Jimin said but he looked down when his mother glared at him.
“Of course you do. I need everything to be perfect.” She said as she opened the door wider for Jimin to leave.
All the happiness Jimin have felt have slowly faded away, there's only a small bit of happiness left.

“Smile Jimin.” His mother said as Jimin give her a fake smile.
“Perfect, keep that for the day.” Sooyeon said as Jimin stopped the smile.
Jihyun in the other hand decided to be childish and played with the fish and made a huge mess of the cake. He was running around, trying to make Jimin have a real smile which did work.
Especially when he crash to the cake making him covered in cake. Jimin laughed making his mother hit his arm. Harshly.
“Don't you dear laugh, you are meant to be a good example for your brother, not encourage it. You will make a pitiful king.” Sooyeon said glaring at Jimin who looked down.
Jihyun swam to his mother apologising but Sooyeon smiled.
“It's fine son, just don't do it again. You have made Jimin very upset. That was his favourite cake.” Sooyeon lied.
That's all she ever does and making the both of them feel guilty.
He didn't want that cake. His mother did.
He didn't want any of this, she did.
What a shit birthday.
I want to see Jungkook.
“Jimin, can you take your brother to his room? I'll get everything sorted since I'm the only one who isn't difficult.” She said, massaging her temples.
What lies.
“Yes mother.” Jimin muttered, swimming with Jihyun who looked at his brother with watery eyes.
“Sorry for ruining the cake, I want to make you smile.” Jihyun said, playing with his fingers.
Jimin smiled as he brought Jihyun closer and wiped a tear.
“You didn't ruin anything, you made me laugh and thank you for ruining that cake, it's horrible.” Jimin said as Jihyun laughed.
“I'm glad you laugh, it suits you more than that fake smile.” Jihyun said as Jimin smile.
“Hopefully I can have a real smile.” Jimin said as Jihyun hugged him.
“You will, don't let mother ruin that.” He said as Jimin smiled.
“Wanna see my collection?” Jimin asked as Jihyun's eyes widen with glee.
“I thought you'd never ask.” Jihyun said as they went into Jimin's secret room.

“You met a human? Are they cruel like mother said? Do they look ugly?” Jihyun asked as Jimin laughed shaking his head.
“God no, this human, he was nice, absolutely not cruel. He was so nice to me and he is so pretty Jihyun, so so handsome.” Jimin said with a smile which Jihyun loved.
He was happy that Jimin was able to find his happiness.
But it didn't last long.
“You met a human!" Sooyeon screamed, in anger.
And that anger grew when she notice the collection.
“I'm so disappointed in you Jimin. A king can't be with a human.” Sooyeon said, getting her triton and destroying the collections.
“Mother no!” Jimin screamed, pushing his mother away seeing some of the collection destroyed.
“Do you love this human! Do you Jimin?” Sooyeon screamed at Jimin who felt tears.
“I don't know mother! I just met him, but maybe!” Jimin screamed back but soon immediately regretted it.
“You are no son of mine. No King either. Of course you have to disappoint the kingdom. Get out of my face.” She said as Jimin swam with tears.
He had no clue where he was swimming but he found a rock and sobbed.
He had no clue why his mother came into his room, but he wished she wouldn't.
What an awful mother.
He could never cuss about his mother, he could never cuss about anyone in his family.
He hid his face with his hands as he sobbed loudly, breathing very heavy.
He wasn't even aware of the shadow.
“Merman, what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be at the Kingdom.” The shadow said, saying 'Kingdom' in a mocking way.
Jimin looked up and notice the merman, but he was in all black, black here, even his skin was a blackish-blue.
“I-I'm sorry if I b-bother you.” Jimin said with a stutter but the man chuckled.
“Don't worry it's fine, now why are you crying?” He said, swimming close and held Jimin close.
Cold. The man was freezing.
“My mother, she's awful, she destroyed eveything, and-and she said I would make a pitiful King cause I like a human.” Jimin cried.
He wasn't aware that the man now had an evil smirk with light in his eyes.
“That's awful, she shouldn't have done that. You can't help who you love.” He said, as Jimin agreed.
“You know, I can help.” He said as Jimin stared at the man with wide eyes.
“Why would you help me? I don't know you.” Jimin said which the man laughed.
“I guess you are right kid.” He said with a smile as he brought Jimin closer.
“I'm Min Yoongi and you can say I'm a witch, but a good one.” Yoongi said as Jimin nodded.
“You don't need to introduce for me. I know you are Prince Jimin.” Yoongi said as Jimin sighed.
“Don't wanna be King for this Kingdom, mother makes it awful.” Jimin vented.
“Well I can make your problems all go away, now tell me Jimin, what do you want? What would be your one wish.” Yoongi asked, getting closer to the merman who smiled.
“A human, I want to see that human again but mother wouldn't let me.” Jimin said as Yoongi smirked.
“Wish granted, come with me.” Yoongi said as Jimin followed.

Taehyung heard from Jihyun that Jimin swam away, he didn't blame him, his mother went too far.
He kept swimming cause god knows where Jimin went. When he didn't find Jimin in the Kingdom he breathes in and out and went to the outlands.
It was very dangerous for anyone to go out there, but it's the only place Taehyung hasn't checked.
When he got there he notice Jimin, but he was following a man.
Taehyung's breathing stopped, he recognised that man.
Why the fuck was Jimin with the sea witch!

A/N - hello, sorry for not updated yesterday I was really busy yesterday that it slipped out of my mind. But I finally did a chapter.
Took hours, started writing this at 1:44pm. It is now 8:11pm. Fucking hell.
Anyways good news, I'm finally done with school and will be going to college in September. I am very happy I have finally finished high school, awful place glad I'm out.
I'll see you guys tomorrow and more often since I have more free time until my exams but I will still update.
