The Crowd on the Truck
Blue air and I'm on my way somewhere
The sky is white, I'm half asleep at a busy road fork
The sun burned against my skin, but I didn't care
Clouds hang over my head and I always look up
Five trucks whizzed in front of me, I barely had time to blink
Those boys who thought of a bright future, just gave up
I'm not a fortuneteller, nor am I a witch, but I know exactly where the path is going
I always pray along the way,
When I was behind them
The crowd crammed into the truck, and so did my tears
Scramble out from the base of the eye as I see their faint smile lines
Their hearts are still white, their minds are unquestioned,
But why did those people do bad things to them?
I'm just telling the clouds,
And I leave a prayer to God
Say good things to the crowd in that truck
