Bella Mirae's POV
"My goodness Bella! Can you please stop frowning!," natigil ako sa pagiisip at hinarap si Zoe na nagmamaneho sa tabi ko.
"What?," I asked her innocently.
"What do you mean by what? Kanina ka pa mukhang binagsakan ng langit at lupa..," she stated as a matter of fact without leaving her sight on the road. Sinundo niya ako sa hotel kanina at unluckily, hindi niya naabutan yung manyak na bastos na lalaking yon!
"Naiinis ako alright!," I replied. I crossed my arms and rolled my eyes.
"Naiinis saan?," she asked confusedly
"What do you mean saan? You're not listening Zoe! I told you I encountered a maniac a while ago. Can you believe it na tinawag niya akong flat chested na manang?," sagot ko with full conviction. Grr! I'm really pissed off!
"Bella, how many times do I have to tell you to move on!," sagot naman niya na parang natural lang talaga ang pambabastos sa Pilipinas.
"Woah, are you serious?! How could I accept that?! Ganun na lang kadali yon! No way Zoe!," I almost screamed to the point of breaking the car's windows..
Bigla namang tinapakan ni Zoe yung break kaya sobrang lakas ng impact ng paghinto ng kotse at muntik na kaming tumilapon buti na lang naka-seatbelt kami.
"why did you do that?,"
"Para matauhan ka Bella..," she looked at me and raised her eyebrows
"Yeah right! Thank you Zoe..Natauhan na ako! I'm gonna find that maniac and sue him!," tinanggal ko na ang seatbelt ko pero bigla namang hinawakan ni Zoe ang braso ko at hinila ako pabalik sa upuan.
"Are you crazy? Di mo ba narealize na ibig sabihin lang non ay effective ang transformation mo!," she stared at me from head to toe.
Oh ! fool me!
I'm not dressed as Bella but as Kataleya Suarez!
I sighed heavily "Yeah right. But I can't imagine na darating sa point na sasabihan ako ng ganun..it's so impolite! ,"
Hinawakan naman ni Zoe ang balikat ko, "Friend, you have to deal with it if you really wanted to hide your true identity. So please..calm down..and starting today..act as Kataleya,"
"Fine. So what are we going to do now?," I asked her as she tries to fix herself in the driver's seat.
"Well, let's just say that I need your expert advices when it comes to fashion..," sagot lang niya at pinatakbo na niya ang sasakyan niya
"What exactly do you mean by that?,"
"Let's just say, someone is getting married-"
"Oh my gosh Zoe! I never thought that you'll get married this soon! ,"
Inirapan naman niya ako, "Of course not! It's my sister's wedding alright! I am not out of my mind like you to do something silly!"
I crossed my arms again and smiled at her playfully, "Seriously Zoe.."
"Yeah right Bella, and of course you'll attend the wedding as well!,"
Nabuhayan ako ng marinig ko yun. That's wedding! And I can imagine myself wearing a nice formal cocktail dress or a flowy dress
"So, are we going to shop for the best glamorous dress today?," my smile grew bigger
"Of course my friend, we'll shop for the best dress!," she answered as she glance at me with a playful grin plastered on her face.
Now...why do I have the feeling that attending the wedding with Zoe is a disaster?

Clint Austin's POV
I'm beyond furious.
Meeting with my ex-non serious girlfriend or should I say, flavor of the month was tiring and don't forget to add up the little encounter that I got with an unfashionable woman a while ago who seriously tried to mess my day even more!
I need to calm myself.
And staying up all night with my friends would be better.
"Hi Clint! I missed you!,"
"Babe! I'm here..."
"Honey, I miss you!"pagpasok ko pa lang sa isang high-end bar ay sinalubong na agad ako ng mga babaeng gustong makuha ang atensyon ko. I never smiled at them at nilagpasan ko lang sila.
I'm not in the mood to flirt.
Usually, smoking is enough to clear my mind but today, I just got the urge to drink some liquor with the presence of my friends.
Umakyat ako sa taas at binuksan ang isang VIP ROOM which is intended for us.
"Finally, the master is here!," sinalubong ako ng palakpakan. I smiled at them.
"Thank you. That's a warm welcome from you gentlemen!," I joined them inside the room. May billiard sa loob at may mini bar counter na punong puno ng mamahaling mga alak. Name it!
"hey man!," sinalubong agad ako ni James at tinapik ang balikat ko.
"Hey, James. I told you I'm not gonna miss this!," he just shrug
"Clint my boy!," tumayo agad si Pierre mula sa couch at inakbayan ako.
"Welcome back bro. it's been a while man! How's California?,"
"Well, to tell you..I really enjoyed California. The girls are sexy," he winked and by that I knew he really enjoyed there.
"You never changed bro! ," I playfully hit his chest
"And so you are my boy!," we just laugh
"At mukhang nagkakasundo ang dalawang matinik sa babae," sagot naman ni James. Yeah right. Let's just say na medyo pareho ang hobby namin ni Pierre. We don't take serious relationships. James on the other hand is the most decent man in our group when it comes to relationships. He's not into playing and he's more into long term relationships.
"At mukhang hindi ka pa rin nasasanay sa kanila Tatang James," bumukas ang pinto at lumapit naman si Lawrence sa amin at nakipag-high five. He's a playboy as well. At sa pamamagitan ng sweet talks niya at romantic ideas, women go head over heels to him.
"Yo! Dude," nakangiti si Pierre habang isa-isa niya kaming niyayakap.
"So, anong kalokohan na naman ang ginawa mo para makumbinsi mo ang mga magulang mo na ipatapon ka ulit dito Pierre?," there's a hint of humor in Lawrence voice.
Umupo muna kami sa mamahaling couch para makapag kwentuhan.
"Dude, ako pa ba? Kailan ba ako gumawa ng kalokohan?," sagot naman ni Pierre with an innocent look.
"Ah, kelan ka nga ba gumawa ng kalokohan Pierre? Nung dinate mo yung super model na endorser ng mall niyo habang girlfriend mo yung isang Mexican actress?," sagot ko naman at I'm telling you, isa lang yan sa mga kalokohang ginawa niya at patuloy pa rin niyang ginagawa
He laughed, "I know. What can I do? I'm just so charismatic and handsome..I behaved in California and obeyed my parents' commands. Then, dad thought that I already changed, so he granted my wish to go back here. Akala niya siguro nagbago na talaga ako..hahah!,"
"You're a great actor!," pumalakpak pa si James habang umiiling-iling
"So pano na? lie low ka muna ngayon?," tanong naman ni Lawrence bago niya inumin yung beer niya.
"Is that a death wish dude? Of course not!," sagot naman ni Pierre habang tumatawa.
"Wala lang, akala ko gagaya ka na kay Tatang James!," pang-aasar naman ni Lawrence kay James
"I swear, kayo pa ang unang ikakasal sa akin. I will really laugh at your faces kapag inimbitahan niyo ako sa mga kasal niyo!," sagot lang ni James at nagtawanan na kami.
"Seriously James! Wedding?! Baka si Clint ang mauna!," sagot naman ni Pierre habang tinuturo ako
"What are you talking about Pierre?! That would never happen! Baka si Lawrence pa ang unang magseryoso! ", I laughed hardly at uminom na rin.
"Ako ang unang magpapakasal sa atin? I-umpog niyo muna ako ng malakas at ng makalimutan kong playboy ako!," sagot naman ng di makapaniwalang si Lawrence.
The atmosphere is great. We will surely enjoy this night. We had so much to catch up with.
Wedding for us is a mere joke.
But still, at the back of my mind...
I can never stop myself wishing her by my side..
Would that be better?
