Just like Icarus, I too have been consumed
by the powerful beauty of the sun.
And just like the Earth revolves
around the flaming star,
I once found myself
revolving around you.
I no longer feel any warmth.
All I feel is the chill
of a cruel, cold sun.
Frozen. Nearly paralyzed by
the frost that in which would
pierce me with a single touch.
