For the record, Lucy did not tell Jellal to re-approach Erza, it was Gajeel. Like no sir, imperial and noble etiquette didn't allow her to do that at all. No matter how much she likes to create drama from time to time. But she wouldn't go far and make a drama out of her friends' personal relations.
Furthermore, Lucy wasn't even present when Gajeel suggested Jellal to approach Erza again. In fact, Lucy was on a mission at the time with her husband; Natsu and her only learned about the situation after the fact.
It's important to be accurate when retelling a story, as misrepresenting facts can lead to misunderstandings and false impressions. Then again, watching the drama was entertaining to say the least.
However, it's important to remember that while it may be entertaining to watch drama unfold, it's also important to be respectful and considerate of the feelings of those involved. In this case, Jellal, Erza, and their relationship were at the center of the drama, and their emotions and well-being should be prioritized over any entertainment value.
They could always throw Gajeel under the bus to avoid Erza's wrath.
Jellal confessed his crimes and the like to her. Of course he had earned a punch from that. It was hilarious because he was thrown back to a large tree in the East Forest, Fairy Tail style. Then it cost them the end of Porlyusica's broom. It was entertaining to say the least. It ruined the timeline, yes. But they still need to destroy the Tower of Heaven so people won't use it ever again. So technically they aren't ruining the timeline much.
"I could talk to Zeref?" She had suggested it to her husband. But Natsu was against that decision. They don't need the others to be suspicious of her going in and out of an enemy empire. It was too much of a risk.
"The Trinity had taken over the Tower," Jellal grimaced, "I managed to get Simon and the others out of there too,"
"I'm not gonna get eaten by a fucking owlman again," Gray grimaced.
The "In the Know" team has been using the basement of Lucy's house as a meeting room. It wasn't much but it would have to make do.
"Erza has been making comments regarding the first timeline," Jellal informed them, "I think she's remembering,"
"The fight in the tower would be Erza-san's breaking point into remembering," Juvia commented, "If we look at it, most of us here are by pair. Give it time, then Levy-san and Mira-san would remember it too, along with Romeo-kun and Wendy-chan, since Wendy-chan is a Slayer,"
She did have a point. They have three dragon slayers and one devil slayer in the group, Jellal is a holder of a lost magic and very powerful. And the fact that most of them are paired, just as Juvia said, pointing everything to that fact.
As they discussed their strategy further, Lucy couldn't help but think back to the days when they were just a group of friends in Fairy Tail, embarking on adventures and causing a bit of drama along the way. Times had changed, they turned it back when everything went down to hell.
But they would all change it. Changing the old timeline to be better.
"Has anyone been contacted by Mystogan?" Lucy asked them.
"Not yet, but I suspect before Fantasia, we would get a message from him," Laxus answered her, "Edolas is chaotic as of the moment with Mystogan returning,"
The mention of Mystogan brought an unsettled tension in the room. They are unsure where his loyalty would lie after this. Lucy and Natsu are adamant that the counterpart was as loyal as they all were to the guild. He would come back after making Edolas better for everyone. And then, he would bring Lisanna home with him.
Because if not, they're coming to get her home.
Lucy sighed, her thoughts drifting back to the complexities of their current situation. "Well, until then, we need to stay focused on our mission. We have to take down the Trinity and destroy the Tower of Heaven once and for all. It's the only way to ensure that the mistakes of the past aren't repeated that much. Simon would live because Jellal got them to leave, so we don't have to worry about him dying and Erza being used as so-called sacrifice,"
Jellal winced at the jab about it, they all might have forgiven him, but they all could admit that brought out Erza's trauma back on the first timeline. Natsu, ever eager for action, clenched his fists. "I'm ready to kick some Trinity butt and finish this!"
Jellal nodded in agreement. "We'll need a well-thought-out plan. They won't be easy to defeat, but we have the advantage of our knowledge from the first timeline. We can use that to our advantage."
Juvia chimed in, "Juvia will start researching the Tower's defenses and any information on the Trinity's abilities. Knowledge is our best weapon, as Levy-san would say,"
Laxus, with his nurturing nature that he learnt from his wife, added, "And we must keep an eye on Erza and the others as they remember. Emotions will run high, and they'll need our support... Well, you girls anyway, we suck at it,"
Lucy's heart swelled with pride for her team. They had faced so many challenges and had grown stronger together. Now, they were determined to rewrite history for the better.
"Let's do this," Lucy said with a determined smile. "For Fairy Tail, for our friends, and for our family,"
As they continued to discuss their plans and prepare for the impending battle, they knew that their journey would be fraught with danger, drama, and memories of a past they were determined to change. But they were ready to face it all, together, as a team that had been through it all and come out stronger on the other side.

"You can't really blame us for being cautious, Erza," Lucy chuckled, as she sat next to Natsu, donned in a chinese nightgown, "We had theories that you would remember during this fight, but didn't act on it,"
Erza's deadpan remark drew a round of awkward laughter from the group gathered in Lucy's basement. The tension from the battles in the Tower of Heaven had dissipated, replaced by a sense of relief that they had managed to overcome their past struggles, even if it had taken time and effort.
Jellal, who had been silent for a while, finally spoke up. "Erza, we were just trying to protect you. We've seen how much pain you went through in the first timeline, and we didn't want to see you hurt again. But it had to be done, we apologize,"
Erza nodded, her expression softening. "I know, Jellal. And I appreciate that. But I also need to learn from my past mistakes and confront my own demons. I can't keep running away from them."
Natsu, always the one to lighten the mood, chimed in, "Besides, we knew you could handle Ikaruga. You're Erza Scarlet, after all!"
The group shared a laugh, their camaraderie stronger than ever. It was moments like these that reminded them of the bonds they had forged in the heat of battle and the trials they had faced together.
Lucy smiled at the group. "Well, now that we've saved the day and got our Erza back, what's next?"
Gray raised an eyebrow. "If memory serves right, Fantasia is coming up,"
Laxus nodded in agreement. "And we can't forget about Mystogan. We are all waiting for his message if he's coming home with LIsanna,"
As they discussed their next steps and the mysteries that still surrounded them, the "In the Know" team couldn't help but feel a sense of hope. They are so close to getting their family whole again, and they would all protect it with all their might.

This is a big sorry to y'all that has been waiting for the updates. I had been busy with college and life, as you see. I am currently on my second year^^ and just finished my prelim exams, so I'm trying catching up with some of my stories.
