An hour before midnight
“Rain go pick up Milim and Ramiris” Guy suddenly ordered
Startled from the sudden order, Rain complained in her head ‘why though? There's still an hour before midnight!’
But she'll never say it out loud
She simply said “Understood” and go to the door that'll lead her to Ramiris' place with a slight smile ‘I'm dumping all of the kitchen's work to you Misery!’ she thought happily as she goes through the door
When she comes out on the other side however, the happiness turned into confusion as she's greeted by the sight of Milim sleeping on the floor Infront of her
“what do I do now...” she muttered to herself
She tried calling out to her... No answer
She tried poking her... No reaction
She tried shaking her... Still no reaction
Seeing that trying to wake her up is not possible, she gave up and began looking around the place
Somehow she didn't find anyone besides Milim after walking around for sometime. So needless to say, her patience is going down
“IS THERE NO ONE ELSE HERE!” she accidentally yelled
“I'm behind you... You don't need to shout...” Ramiris nervously muttered
Surprised by her sudden appearance Rain immediately apologized frantically
Few minutes later
After some chit chat while walking, they're now back to the door with Milim still sleeping infront of it
Ramiris tried to wake her but failed aswell “i see now why you're struggling to wake her up” she muttered in defeat
She was about to tell her that she'll have to carry her untill an idea suddenly struck her
Ramiris goes closer to Rain's ear and whispered “Well I guess that means I will be able to take Milim's portion right?”
To their surprise, Milim rapidly get up and yelled “DON'T YOU DARE!”
“I'm just joking” she laughed awkwardly thinking ‘she's angrier than I expected... It was quite terrifying...’

After she cool down they entered the door and sees everyone is waiting for them
“Finally...” Guy sighed
“We aren't that late are we?” Ramiris awkwardly ask
“Yes you are”
Not wanting any problem she went to one of the empty seat without saying anything
Milim sees her mother gesturing to sat beside her so she did
Rain also stood beside Misery behind Guy
Since everyone is finally present Guy began speaking
“Everyone, I welcome you on this humble celebration for the successful resurrection of Velzard and Velgrynd. It took some time but I'm sure all of us are glad to see you two again”
He stopped to see their reaction to which all of them nodded in agreement
“Then does anyone have anything to say before I start the banquet?”
“i do!” Milim spoke up
After everyone's attention is at her she asked “why's Veldora not here?”
“well I doubted that he'll come so I didn't bother inviting him”
Everyone silently agreed however some of them are rather... disappointed
‘That brother of mine...’
‘Did he not miss me in the time I was gone? ...’
Two women thinks to themselves before together muttering
““I'll have to talk with him later””
Meanwhile
Veldora that was relaxing just now suddenly began shivering out of nowhere
“why do I feel chills down my back...”
Back to the banquet
“Since no one else want to speak up, let's just start this banquet!” Guy officially started
Food is finally brought to the table and they can't wait to eat them, some were even more so
As soon as a plate is served Infront of her, Milim immediately began eating at a rapid pace
Others followed soon after watching her with a smile
Meanwhile
“how was it?” Rain asked out of nowhere
“what is?” Misery asked back
“Preparing the food all by yourself”
“it's not a big task” she replied not giving her the reaction she wanted “what about you? Why are you taking so long?”
“Someone was sleeping and someone else was nowhere to be found”
“You seem to be having a rougher time than me”
“You could say so” she ended the conversation
They go back to being silent and doing their job as maid
Back on the table
“have something to say?” Ramiris asked Rudra who's been taking a glance at her from time to time
“Yes, my apologies beforehand but can I ask you something?”
Ramiris nodded before taking a sip from her drink
“What happened to you? Aren't you a bit... Smaller?”
She finished her drink and put the glass down before looking back at him
“I died, no biggie. Next thing I knew was that I've been reborn in this body”
“What do you think about your new form?”
She went silent for a moment before yelling “IT SUCKS!”
She then began rapidly flying around while ranting about her new body
Rudra frantically tries to calm her but to no avail, Lucia and Velgrynd glared at him for causing this situation, Guy thinks that it is hilarious with Velzard also thinking it was amusing, Veldanava have a disappointed look but inside he enjoyed the atmosphere
Meanwhile Milim didn't mind the situation and kept eating
Lucia already placed a barrier that block loud noises around Rimuru when they arrived so he's sleeping right now
A few moments later
Ramiris' POV
I'm currently sitting on my seat exhausted from all that flying and yelling
Surprisingly others didn't seem disturbed by all of it and eating like nothing happened
“You done?” Guy asked
“Yes...”
“Good”
He looked at Misery who then gave me a plate with a chocolate bar on it
I was about to ask him what it was about but he answered before i could
“you are not you when you're hungry”
I took a bite and felt an amazing sensation all over my body
“better?”
“Better” I replied in my newly adult body
What is that chocolate bar? To be able to turn me back into my adult body
Anyway let's run a quick analysis on myself

Now THAT'S impressive
“Who made this?” I asked but I think I already knew the answer
“I did” Veldanava answered confirming my guess
“But why?”
“Just to speed up your growth”
He answered my question so normally and casually that one would never think there's hidden meaning in it
HOWEVER! Why do I feel like there is... Even though I knew he wouldn't...
Either way! “I'm grateful for it”

The Banquet went relatively calm after that
Untill Rimuru woke up from his sleep...
And so, bigger chaos ensues
Rimuru's POV
... Oh I woke up
<<Good morning>>
Good morning! ... Wait, The sky is black right? So it should be good night right?
“Good morning Rimuru”
Eh mom also says good morning? Okay then
“Do you have a nice sleep?”
“I don't know I just wake up”
She giggled at my answer
Hm let's see who is in the room
In order there's Milim, me and mom, dad, Red, White, Velgrynd, Rudra, Rainbow, and back to Milim
There's also Blue and Green behind Red
So there's eleven people in this room... I feel left out *pouts*

“what's wrong?”
Let's just shake our head for now “nothing”
“tell me if you need something okay?”

Uhh why do I suddenly feel many eyes on me...

Even though he said it in a low voice, everyone in the room heard it and thought of the same thing
And that is that was really adorable!
“aaa! I wanna hold him!”
“aaa! I wanna have him!”
“Rimuru~ wanna stay in my place later?”
Velzard and Velgrynd glared at Ramiris upon hearing that last comment
Rudra worried about his well being for sitting there decided to retreat in between Guy and Veldanava
When the thing that separate them finally gone, hells broke out
Meanwhile
‘welp, there they go ripping each other apart ’
‘wow, one word and they go wild’
‘i must say, that's impressive and terrifying’
The men are amazed by his ability to get woman's heart in an instant and thought the same thing
He will be dangerous if he found out about it!
Rudra and Guy then looked at Veldanava as if praying to him hoping that it'll never happen
However, even Veldanava is praying to himself
Can God pray to himself? Is what on their mind before they continued 'praying'
But then...
“SILENCE!!!”
A yell and the sound of a table getting slammed rang out loudly in the room causing everyone to instantaneously stop
They all looked at who did it and it was Lucia
A few moments ago
Lucia's POV
*Sigh* you're too cute for your own good Rimuru
Anyway let's cast another barrier around him to protect him
Okay barrier is done, he won't be able to hear or see the mayhem that's about to happen
As for Milim... I'm sure she'll be fine. And I don't think she'll mind it
Yep, she doesn't seem to mind when they started beating and insulting each other
And it looks like the men are quite amused
However, something I didn't think could happen... Happened
Rimuru tugged my dress and when I looked at him... He's scared
“Mom... Why are they hurting each other?”
I WAS CARELESS *SCREAMS*
He somehow managed to look past the barrier!
But thankfully he couldn't hear anything from the fight
Anyway that's enough, I can think about it later. Let's calm him first
“they are just playing” I said in a way so that it sounded like there's no problem
“playing?”
“*nod* look, your dad and uncle isn't worried right?” I pointed out to them that are currently... sending prayers?
Anyway He has calmed down now and watching them 'playing'
Even though he thinks they're just playing, I don't think it's good to let him watch it, so let's move him to another room
I looked at the maids and one of them appeared beside me
“do you need something Lucia-sama?” the green haired Misery asked
“yes, how many food left do you have back there?”
“enough for another serving for everyone, do you want another serving?”
“no, I have a favor to ask” she waited for me to continue “Can you or Rain babysit Rimuru and Milim for a bit?”
Heh my question seem to have taken her by surprise but she didn't show it “yes, but may I ask why?”
“I don't want Milim or Rimuru to watch what's currently happening so I want you to watch over them in another room”
“Understood, I'll be the one watching over them”
As I was about to hand Rimuru to her, I stopped and stared right into her eyes
“Not even the Red Demon going to be able to save you if I found one scratch on my little dragons, got it?”
“Yes”
“Good” I handed Rimuru to her
He looked back at me a bit worried so I reassured
“don't worry, there's many food in there moreover Milim will be there aswell, right?”
The mentioning of food caught her attention so she replied “Yes!”
He calmed a little hearing Milim's answer so they left to another room

‘Aren't they been fighting for too long!? I wanted to see my little dragons already... Moreover the thing they're talking about is- UNACCEPTABLE!’
I yelled and slammed my hand on the table as hard as I can and they finally stopped
By the way, damn... This table is good, I'll have to ask him for one of these later
Oops they're all waiting for me to say something now
“You were fighting for too long now! Moreover Rimuru was scared by your needless quarrel!”
They felt bad when I told them that so let's ease them a bit “Don't worry, I told him you three are only 'playing’”
They're relieved now, let's change that “HOWEVER! If he were to get scared or worried like that again I will come and personally talk with you. Are we on the same page here?”
They all nodded “Good”

Meanwhile
Rimuru and Misery is sitting in silence as they watch Milim eating in delight
He was about to fall asleep from boredom but then he gained some curiosity about the woman beside him
“hey hey~” he said while tugging her maid uniform “what is your name?”
“Misery”
“Misery, What are you?”
“excuse me?” she didn't knew what he meant
“what are you?”

“what~ are~ you~?”
“a demon...”
“what is a demon?”
“the opposite of an angel”

“My apologies I cannot answer that question”

He gave up asking and his curiosity ended
Noticing Milim has been silent for sometime, He then looked at her to see what is she doing and it looked like she's done eating and fell asleep
His curiosity rose back up again so he moved closer to her
Rimuru's POV
‘is she really sleeping?’ I mean... She just ate...
So not convinced that she is sleeping, I touched her face

Yes she's sleeping
But I realized something
‘SHE IS SOOO SOFT!!!’ I thought while poking her cheek
I don't know why I never realize it before...
Ah right... She's usually the one touching me so I only knew how her hand feels
... I wanna touch her arm now... Can I?

I GOT IT! I think... anyway here's what I got
Milim's face is really stretchy. Like twice of mine, and mine is already more than other's by quite a bit

So I rushed to where they are but I'm immediately greeted by Misery
“My apologies, I cannot stop Rimuru-sama”
“what did he do?”
“please take a look by yourself”
She moved to the side letting me see Rimuru who's currently munching on Milim's arm
What do I do in this situation...
Milim doesn't seem to mind as she's currently sleeping
Rimuru in the other hand is enjoying himself
Maybe let's separate them first
“Rimuru please let go of your big sister”
“buh I donh wanh ho!”
“please?”
“nho!”
I think that's the first time he rejected me ... I'm sad now
“You're doing it wrong” someone said from behind
“Eh?” looking back it is dear “when did you get here?”
“just after you” I didn't notice it... “anyway like I said you're doing it wrong” He says coming closer
He then goes to Milim's ear and whispered something
‘Oh right, she can hear anything if she wants to’ I realized what's happening but then a question appeared ‘Did she hear what he whispered?’
After he's done whispering, she began moving to hug Rimuru and hold him in her arms
‘even now he's still munching her arm’
Dear then took them in his arm and look at me asking if we're ready to go, to which I nodded
And so we finally went back home

I wanted to finish this chapter earlier but I somehow slept through the past two days lol
No I'm not lazy! Back to the story!
The story is finally centered around Rimuru and I'm happy that it did
Rimuru in this story is based on Rimuru from Tenchura. I don't know if I'll be able to do his character right but I'll do my best!
Rimuru's fixation at Milim's softness is non negotiable and will exist even in this remake!
The sight of little brother clinging to their big sister for protection and comfort is the next level of wholesome! Moreover-
I'll stop myself right there
Why I made Ramiris bigger faster? No reason. Even though it'll be better for the story in the long run if she were small we'll roll with it
I'm sorry I didn't add Veldora, I just don't think he'll be important
