Jungkook had the title of international playboy, it is a name he himself created and spread because he didn't want anyone to date him. He was against fake love as most people befriended him or acted like they loved him just for his dad's money.

Jungkook was resting on his seat, his eyes closed
"I want you to be your light, baby ..You should be your light..." Jungkook's eyes snapped open when he saw a boy sit next to him humming as the boy listened to his headphones
Jungkook's heart beat fast as he observed the boy. Such innocent beauty - Jungkook never knew it existed - who are you?
"Jimin!" The professor calls out to the class "...please introduce yourself to your batchmates"
The boy goes forward and smiles at the class, making Jungkook's heart pump faster
So the cutie's name is Jimin... cute just like him. Jungkook grins

Jimin had just returned from military service so he was in same batch as Jungkook even though he is 2 years elder than the man
Jungkook had always shown interest in the boy but being warned by other batchmates, Jimin tried to stay away.
Jungkook became Jimin's friend after they both ended up doing a project together. Jimin realised that those rumors were baseless, none of the students have even gone on a date with him. He always realised that the man was extremely sweet with him and understood him. Slowly, Jimin let his heart fall for the man
They dated for 2 years. They were happy and very much in love. Jungkook changed for the better, he has always been a bit hesitant to join his dad's company but now, he wanted to work to make enough money with his own hard work for his boyfriend. He didn't like to spend his dad's money on the boy because Jimin always refused it saying it wasn't Jungkook's money

Jimin had been offered a scholarship experience program in the states. But Jimin decides not to take it because he was afraid of losing his love
Jimin had just entered the college premises to talk to the recruit that had asked for a meeting that morning
He was about to go past the teacher's lounge to the dean's room when he hears some moaning
"Oh Jungkook...." A/N moans
Jimin's heart beats fast
"Fck! you are so good at this Jungkook...." A/N moans again
"I know"
Jungkook's voice makes Jimin's heart stop
No no it can't be
Jimin doesn't believe it, he knows he trusts Jungkook and goes to open the door
"Hey Jimin...good to see you!" The recruiter
"Sir...I..." Jimin's words are cut off by the staff room opening and his heart breaks seeing Jungkook walking out with A/N, while he held the boy's backpack
Jimin's eyes water and Jungkook knew that Jimin heard them. It looked like Jungkook wanted to say something but he chose not to
"Jimin?"
Jimin turns to face the recruiter
"Come on inside"
Jimin looks at Jungkook one last time before he follows the recruiter into the dean's office
"I accept"
Jimin took up the offer. In his disappointment and anger, he chose to be away from his love

Jimin has always been a good student and good son. He always obeyed his parents. After Jungkook cheated on him, he left to take that opportunity that a professor had offered him after seeing his thesis and other achievements but Jimin didn't want to go because he didn't want to leave Jungkook. It was his first love and he knew long distance relationships would only end with them both getting hurt. There was no way he could ask Jungkook to move with him as Jungkook was to be joining his dad's company as soon as he graduated or even military service
Jimin was smart and he knew he will have other opportunities, he just couldn't compromise on his love which could never happen again

Once Jimin gave himself a few days to calm down, he tried to call Jungkook to clear any misunderstanding but Jungkook didn't answer his calls
And just like that Jimin left to the states.

3 years later and after gaining all the experience he could possibly get, Jimin returns back home with a job offer already in hand.
Jimin didn't want to come back but he missed his family
Jimin's parents are so happy to meet him after 3 long years. After he settles in, his mom asks about getting him settled
Jimin is pissed
"I can't believe this. I just got home after 3 years and you guys are so ready to get me out of here again?"
"Look... you told us you don't love anyone and that you don't have a partner... then why can't we find you one?" His dad asks
"It's okay to find me one... because I'm sure I will never find one by myself... all I'm saying is why do I have to get married now... I just want some time for myself..."
"Of course you can have time for yourself... I'm not asking you to get married today..." his mom says
"Fine... whatever... find someone..."
"We already found him... he is your dad's gym trainer..."
"A gym trainer?" Jimin frowns
"Yea, what's wrong in that?"
"Nothing..." Jimin sighs "...and yea... I can meet him sometime next month maybe .."
"Oops... but we arranged your wedding with him for just week..." his mom says making Jimin's eyes widen
"Are you fkng crazy!?" Jimin stand sup angry "...how could you even fix my wedding with a stranger..."
"Why are you being so selfish Jimin..." his dad cuts him off ".... we never said no to you going to the states... we are just helping you settle in your future..."
A tear rolls down Jimin's cheek "..I'm selfish? Really? Just because I went one time on my own wish..." Jimin chuckles sadly "....okay...I agree..." Jimin walks away
"We did the right thing, didn't we honey?" His mom cries in his dad's arms
They both felt bad forcing Jimin like this.

Wedding day
It was an intimate wedding that just family at Jimin's family home itself
Jimin didn't look at the groom and just stood there blankly
The priest speaks "...Do you Jeon Jungkook..."
Jimin's eyes widen as he turns to look at his groom
"Jungkook?"
"My love ..." Jungkook smiles
Jimin grits his teeth, looks at his parents and storms off the stage shaking his head in anger
Jungkook immediately follows him "Wait!"
Jimin's parents and Jungkook's also follow speaking
"Son, just listen to him!"
"He loves you so much!"
"He missed you everyday!"
Jimin enters his room
"Jimin... please listen to me..."
Jimin stands still looking out the window and Jungkook tells him what really happened
Apparently Jungkook came to know about the recruitment and on how rare of an opportunity it was for the boy. He also knew what was stopping Jimin back. Jimin had often talked about his fear of losing his first love with Jungkook. Jungkook was going to meet with the recruiter and Jimin that morning when A/N, his batchmate sustained a sports injury at the college gym and they met coincidentally near the teacher's staff room. They went in there in hopes of finding medical aid. A/N's moans were cry of relief as Jungkook helped fix the boy's injuries- his shoulder had been dislocated.
Jungkook saw Jimin's eyes with a hint of sadness and doubt. Jungkook understood that Jimin misunderstood the situation. It hurt him that Jimin even thought of him in that way and so he didn't say anything. It broke his heart even more when he heard Jimin accepting the offer. He understood Jimin didn't want him anymore. He avoided Jimin not only because he knew Jimin didn't believe in his love but also because he thought it was the right opportunity to make Jimin take the offer to gain experience abroad.
**
"He is also hurt honey .." Jimin's mom says
Jimin shake his head "... Doesn't matter... he made me hate myself for thinking bad things about him... made me regret meeting him... I can't be with someone like that who deliberately let a misunderstanding grow....he knew the entire truth, you guys knew it too... you guys had each other... while me...I had no one... I knew nothing and I had to suffer the pain alone...."
"I'm sorry baby .. I did what I thought was right at the time... I didn't answer your calls because I didn't want to confess the truth and for you to stay back here... it was a once in a lifetime opportunity.... I just...." Jungkook sighs "....But trust me I love only you... you are my first love and will be my only..."
They are both crying at this time
"I can never be that person again. You are in love with the old me.... that me can never come back. My heart has been broken once..I tried so hard to fix it again... I can't risk it to get hurt again... because this time I will surely die... can you guarantee that you won't hurt me... can you?"
And just like that the wedding was off

Jimin's mom is angry when she sees Jimin packing his bags after booking a flight to the states
"You are too stubborn. You know you love him just as much as he does... don't go Jiminah!"

Jimin leaves to the airport and Jungkook stops him
"...You should have stopped me the first time... you are too late" Jimin walks to his car when he feels Jungkook back hug him suddenly
"...Please please...." Jungkook sobs
Jimin sobs too "Why don't you getting that I'm still hurting... I'm hurt ... so badly hurt .... I can't do this..."Jimin says still being hugged by the man
"Okay don't cry .... if this is what you want.... then okay... I will go... I'm returning to military base tomorrow..." Jungkook backs away
Jimin feels his heart aching and struggled to breath
"No... not again" Jimin hit his chest a couple of times before turning back and running into Jungkook's arms
"I love you.. don't you ever do this to me again!" Jimin sobs into Jungkook's chest
"Never..." Jungkook sobs as well caressing Jimin's back "...I love you baby..."
"I love you too..." Jimin sniffles as Jungkook presses a soft peck on Jimin's forehead "...you are mine now! You can never leave me again!"
Jungkook chuckles " ..I'm all yours"

A/N: Jungkook is leaving for his military service, he was on a 2 week leave which he took so that he could marry Jimin as he doesn't want to lose Jimin and that's why Jimin's parents were forcing him.
