(Y/N) burst through the pile of roof debris that had trapped him underneath.
He rubbed his head. He couldn't hear anything except for the blazing fire surrounding him.
At the very least there were no devil whisperings in his ear now.
(Y/N) saw Chopper lying under some debris. He quickly lifted it up and pulled him out.
Chopper: <coughing> (Y-Y/N)...?
(Y/N): Are you all right, Chopper?
Chopper: Y-Yeah.
He slowly stood up. He gasped when he saw Iceberg and Paulie both tied up.
(Y/N): We need to get out of here now! Where's Nami?
Suddenly, an mini explosion nearby, blew (Y/N) out of the mansion and into the courtyard below.
Chopper: (Y/N)!!!
The (H/C) haired male landed on the ground. He saw that many shipwrights stood there. He also noticed Nami on the ground, unconscious.
(Y/N): Nami!
Shipwright: H-Hey, you're one of the Straw Hats! I bet you're responsible for all this! Y-You're under arrest!
(Y/N): <standing up> Piss off.
One of the shipwrights jumped to tackle him to the ground, but he went right through him.
The shipwrights stared in shock.
Behind (Y/N), the mansion burned.
(Y/N): Chopper, hang on!! I'm going back in!
Just then, Chopper in his reindeer form burst through a window, carrying Paulie and Iceberg on his back.
Shipwright: A reindeer!!! It's carrying Mr. Iceberg and Paulie!
He also had one of Zoro's swords in his mouth. He was bloody and breathing heavily.
(Y/N): Chopper!!
Chopper collapsed onto the ground.
(Y/N): No!!
He rushed forward and knelt next to Chopper. The shipwrights did the same.
Shipwright: Hurry and treat them!! Those burns are awful!!
Shipwright: Hey, what should we do with this reindeer?!
Shipwright: Treat him too!! He saved their lives!
Some shipwrights turned to look at (Y/N).
Shipwright: Y-You stay away, okay? After we treat them, we're gonna make you tell us where the other Straw Hats' locations are!
(Y/N): <deadpan> What?
He stood up.
(Y/N): Listen, you morons, we did not try to assassinate Mayor Iceberg or set the mansion on fire! It was some secret government agency.
Shipwright: And we're supposed to believe that?
(Y/N) rolled his eyes.
(Y/N): Just treat them! When Mayor Iceberg wakes, he'll sort this all out.
Shipwright: We're going to do that, but not because you told us to! We were already going to do just that!
(Y/N): <pissed> Then get on with it!!
He sighed and sat down next to Nami.
Eventually, both Iceberg and Nami woke up.
Nami: (Y-Y/N)... (Y/N)!
She sat up and hugged him.
Nami: I-I thought you were dead when the roof fell on you!
(Y/N): <smiling> It'll take more than a mere roof to kill him. But Chopper's in bad shape...
Nami: But they'll tend to him right?
(Y/N): Of course. He's the one who got Mayor Iceberg and that other guy out of there.
Iceberg stood up, much to the dismay of the shipwrights.
Iceberg: Men, give us some space. I want to talk to these two alone.
(Y/N), Nami, and Iceberg sat next to trees, while the shipwrights tended to Paulie and Chopper.
Iceberg: To begin with, oh my, I'm very sorry. I pinned a false accusation on your crew. I'll right that wrong shortly. I want to talk about Nico Robin.
Nami: Do you know something?
Iceberg: When you came to this town, did that woman start acting strangely?
(Y/N): Yes. Right after we got into Water 7, she just disappeared.
Nami: Then this morning, she'd become the criminal behind...behind your attempted assassination. And when some of our crew finally found her, she said she wouldn't be returning to us.
(Y/N): <sighs> We didn't know what was going on, so we came here tonight to ask her directly, one more time, why she was leaving us...
Nami: What sort of wish can't be fulfilled because she's with us?
Iceberg: Let me tell you what I know. At what must've been about the same time you first lost sight of Nico Robin, the government's operation had already begun. There is a reason behind that woman's actions, of course. But first, as you listen, bear in mind that both Nico Robin and I have the means to awaken an ancient weapon powerful enough to destroy the world.
Nami: <shocked> The world?!!
(Y/N): An ancient weapon?
Iceberg: That's right...
Flashback
Iceberg: <to Robin> If you hate the government so much, why are you helping them with this?!!
Robin: Because there's a wish I want to fulfill, even if it means throwing everything away. In town, CP9 presented me with two conditions. The first was to pin the assassination on the Straw Hat Pirates. The second was to turn myself over to the government and obey their orders.
Iceberg: If you do that, you're a goner!! Why would someone who's been on the run for 20 years accept those conditions?
Robin: CP9 has been granted permission to activate a Buster Call against the Straw Hat Pirates, just once.
Iceberg: A Buster Call?
Robin: An emergency order in which five vice admirals from Marine Headquarters and ten warships assemble at the same location. The target of such a national war-class military force cannot survive. Even in the Marines, only the three admirals and the head of the Marines, the fleet admiral, are able to exercise that kind of authority. But this time, through Admiral Aokiji, CP9 obtained the right to activate it, just this one time. If I hadn't accepted the conditions, we would've been the target of a Buster Call. When I heard Aokiji's name, I gave up. For the past 20 years, I've been able to just run away and survive, no matter the circumstances because I had nothing to protect—because I could betray others and use them to take the fall for me. But now, I...I just can't do that!!
Iceberg: Why not?
Robin: I've found companions who believe in me. In me! The life I once threw away, the heart I lost, the dreams I thought were dead... They bring these back to me, every time. Especially one of them... He's the one who accepted me the most...and I ended up catching these feelings for him...beyond simple camaraderie.
Iceberg: Then what is this wish of yours?!
Robin: Myself excepted, I want the seven remaining Straw Hat Pirates to sail from this island in safety.
Iceberg: And for that you'll awaken a deadly weapon? Don't you care what happens to the world?!!
Robin: I don't.
Present
Iceberg: Can you believe it? Of everyone living on this planet, that woman chose to protect the seven of you.
Nami and (Y/N) both sat still, wide eyed and shocked beyond belief.
Nami: <thinking> All for us...?!
Iceberg: Now that it appears likely the blueprints for my weapon will be stolen as well, I can't rightly blame her, but...
(Y/N) covered his face. His lip trembled.
(Y/N): <thinking> Robin... You wanted to protect us...
He remembered what he had shouted at her back in the mansion. He must've hurt her so bad by saying those things.
(Y/N): <thinking> Damn it!! Why did I say such things?! I'm sorry, Robin!! Damn it!
Nami fell onto the ground.
Iceberg: Hey! What's wrong?!
Nami: <smiling> I'm so happy. Robin... She didn't betray us!!!
(Y/N) stood up, wiping his teary eyes.
(Y/N): We need to tell the others right away, Nami.
Nami: <standing up> Right! Thank you, Mr. Iceberg!
Iceberg: Wait! The Straw Hats are already defeated. What can you do now?!
Nami: Now, you say? This starts now!!! Luffy and the others are fine. They can't be done away with that easily!! We're going to get Robin back! Hesitating makes us weak. Now that we know she needs to be saved, our strength will be infinite!!!
(Y/N) smirked.
(Y/N): <thinking> Robin, I'm coming to save you. We devils are supposed to stick together, remember?
The two rushed over to Chopper. Nami knelt down and started smacking his head.
Nami: Chopper, wake up!! We've gotta go find everybody!!!
Shipwright: <sweat dropping> Hey, lady! That guy's seriously injured!!
Nami: Wake up, Chopper!
(Y/N): Nami, maybe don't hit him so hard?

Zurra, Jezebel, and Ahab ran on top of the rooftops of the buildings of Water 7, away from the sea train station where lots of World Government officials were with CP9.
Zurra: Damn! I didn't know undercover World Government agents were here!
Jezebel: We must've gotten very lucky by not running into them.
Ahab: Would they have even recognized us?
Zurra: Not from a simple magic shop, no, but my name is known around many islands as an occult practitioner!
Jezebel/Ahab: Then why did you put it on the store name?!! 💢
Zurra: Hush. Do you hear that?
Jezebel: Hear what?
They came across a chimney with legs sticking out of it. A muffled voice was coming from it.
Zurra/Jezebel/Ahab: EH??!!
...
Chopper: <smiling> So Robin doesn't hate us?!!
Nami: That's right! So now we've got to go find Luffy and the others and save Robin!
Chopper: Okay, we'll go look! Where are they?
Nami: I don't know. That's why we're looking for them!
Chopper: All right! I'll look really hard!!
He transformed into Heavy Point and roared, frightening some of the shipwrights.
(Y/N) just smiled.
Iceberg: Wait, you three... It's up to you whether or not you go after Nico Robin, but I'll tell you this. A sea train for the transportation of government personnel departs at eleven tonight. Oh, my. It's very likely they'll be on that train. In other words, Nico Robin will be with them. After that train runs, the sea train will temporarily stop service because Aqua Laguna is on its way.
Nami: What are you saying?!
Iceberg: If you let that train leave without you, of course you won't be able to launch a ship either. You won't have any way to leave the island.
(Y/N): Oh, boy.
He took a sip of his tea.
Nami: No way! This is bad!! <to (Y/N)> And why are you drinking tea right now?! 💢
(Y/N): To calm me down.
Nami: You seem perfectly calm to me!!
(Y/N): What time is it now?
Iceberg: 10:30.
Nami: We've only got half an hour?! Listen, isn't there anything we can do to keep that sea train from leaving, just for a little while?!
Iceberg: Well, it's bound for Enies Lobby, and only government people are allowed on that island. Even the engineer is a government man. No one would listen to me.
Nami: No!! Then I'll have to get to the station somehow and persuade Robin face-to-face. There's no other way!
(Y/N): Shouldn't I do that? Seeming as how Robin has feelings for me...
His face went red, and he covered his mouth with his hand.
Nami: Seeing you may only make her double down on her decision to protect us!
(Y/N): But—
Nami: Besides, we don't know where exactly Luffy and Zoro landed, and you might be needed.
(Y/N): Uh huh...
Nami: Anyway, I'll tell you two which directions Luffy and Zoro flew off in. You go search there!
Chopper: All right, great! I gotcha!!
Paulie sat up and pointed at the shipwrights.
Paulie: Hey, you! You guys help this girl out.
Everyone looked at him, surprised.
Shipwrights: Help her out? Paulie, these people are the criminals who went after Mr. Iceberg. We need to tie them up instead! We're missing Lucci and Kaku too, and—!
Paulie: The Straw Hat Pirates weren't the assassins!!! These people are innocent! They were pulled into this by the real assassins, and we falsely accused them!! I don't know who they really are, but they were wearing masks and the Straw Hats fought them for us! As you saw, it's only because of them that Mr. Iceberg and I are alive right now!
(Y/N) sipped his tea as Paulie continued talking. He was worried about Robin.
Was Nami right in thinking that his appearance would make Robin even more resolved in her plan? He didn't know what to think.

Chopper, (Y/N), and a large group of shipwrights sailed around Water 7 in yagara bulls, looking for the missing Straw Hats as Paulie escorted Nami to the sea train station.
(Y/N): I'm going to take a look on the rooftops. Maybe that will give me a better view.
Chopper nodded.
The (H/C) haired male jumped onto the roof of the nearest building and began to look around.
Rain began to fall as (Y/N) ran across the rooftops. That's when he noticed the tide receding extremely far away.
(Y/N): Uh oh. That doesn't look good...
He hurried along the rooftops. That's when he noticed three figures standing on a nearby one.
(Y/N): <thinking> What the hell?
He moved closer and recognized the familiar cloak of Zurra.
Anger washed over him. He charged towards the three people.
Meanwhile, Jezebel and Ahab were laughing hysterically at the legs poking out of the chimney.
Jezebel: How the hell did that happen?! Ahahahaha!!
Ahab: Yeah! Yeah! You look really dumb, you dumbhead!
Zoro: <muffled> Shut up, you jerks!! Get me out of here!
Zurra rolled his eyes.
Zurra: We should leave him be. Aqua Laguna will soon be upon us. It would be safer insi— BFLPBF!!!
(Y/N) kicked him in the face with a storm-powered kick.
(Y/N): BASTARD!!!!
Zurra landed on the next rooftop, mouth and nose bleeding.
Jezebel/Ahab: AAAAHHHH!!!
They got into fighting positions, but gasped when they saw who the perpetrator was.
Jezebel: (Y/N)?!
Zoro: <muffled> (Y/N)? Hey!! (Y/N), I'm stuck!!
(Y/N): Zoro?!
Ahab punched at (Y/N), but it passed through him.
Zurra: Idiot! He's a Logia!!
(Y/N) glared at the three members of the Nephilim before hurrying over to the chimney.
He jumped on it and grabbed Zoro's feet, trying to pull him out.
Jezebel: That must be one of his new crewmates... What should we do?
Zurra: Leave him. A huge wave is coming at any moment now.
(Y/N) only focused on Zoro as the three ran away quickly.
(Y/N): I can't get you out by simply pulling. I'm going to destroy the chimney.
Zoro: <muffled> Just do whatever to get my outta here!!
(Y/N) jumped off of the chimney, and surrounded his fists in swirling wind.
That's when he noticed a humongous wave of water coming straight towards them. They needed to get to the higher level to avoid being hit by it.
(Y/N): Shit.
He jumped back before launching himself at the chimney. He began to spin around, imitating a mini-twister.
(Y/N): Human Tornado!!!
He slammed into the chimney, destroying it instantly. Zoro landed on the rooftop. He was a little hurt from the attack.
Zoro: Ow...
(Y/N): You okay? Sorry if I hurt you.
Zoro: It's fine...
His eyes popped out at the giant wave approaching.
Zoro: What the hell??!!
(Y/N) grabbed Zoro's hand and propelled both of them upwards onto the upper level of Water 7 using his storm powers.
They landed on the end of the giant staircase leading up to the upper level just as the wave hit the lower level of Water 7.
(Y/N) saw Luffy and Nami doing the exact same thing.
The shipwrights on the upper level all cheered. Chopper ran over to them carrying Zoro's swords.
Chopper: (Y/N)!! Nami!! Luffy!! Zoro!!
Another wave hit Water 7, this time right where the Straw Hats were on the staircase.
Luckily, Paulie used his ropes to pull them out of it, allowing them to run to the upper level and out of harms way.
The tide began to recede again.
Paulie: That was some stunt you just pulled off!
Luffy: <panting> Thanks. You saved us, rope guy.
Nami: That was a shock... So that's Aqua Laguna! I can't stop shaking!
(Y/N) was laying on the ground. Some of the sea water had gotten on him, so he was weakened.
(Y/N): Ow...
Paulie: If that happened every year, this island would be long gone. It's different this year!
Kokoro, Chimney, and Gonbe walked over to the group.
Kokoro: You people really threw me for a loop. It's amazing you're still alive!
Luffy: Oh! It's the old monster lady! You were on the island, huh?
Kokoro: Of course! If we were in the middle of that ocean, we would've drowned! Nga ga ga ga!!
Chimney: Pirate guy, you're great!
Zoro pulled Chopper off of his face. His swords laid on the ground next to him.
Zoro: Argh! Are you trying to suffocate me?! This little jerk passed out clinging to my face!
Luffy: Huh? Hey, Zoro, why were you running from the wave too? Weren't you in the town?
Zoro: No... Not exactly.
(Y/N) sipped his tea nonchalantly.
(Y/N): He got stuck in a chimney.
Zoro grabbed at (Y/N)'s neck but it passed right through him.
Luffy: <laughing> Stuck in a chimney! Hahahahaha!! Zoro, you're such a dork! How'd you ever manage to—
Nami: You're in no position to be laughing at other people! You're both complete dorks!!
(Y/N) and Zoro were having a cat fight in the background.
(Y/N): Is that any way to treat the person who saved your skin?! You ungrateful brat!!
Zoro: I could've escaped on my own!!
(Y/N): Like hell you would've!! You were being made fun of by Zurra and those other two morons!
Zoro: Who the hell's Zurra?
Chopper: You saw him again, (Y/N)?
(Y/N): Yeah. We'll talk about it later.
Chopper: How'd you get on the staircase anyway? It looked way high up from you.
(Y/N): I used my storm powers to propel us upwards. Simple as that.
Chopper: Then why didn't you do that when Robin was walking away from us on the other side of the canal?!!
(Y/N): <shocked> Shit!! I forgot I could've done that!!
Straw Hats: HOW DO YOU FORGET STUFF AS SIMPLE AS THAT??!!! 💢
(Y/N): Sorry... But it can't be helped. We have other matters to attend to.
Luffy: Oh, yeah. Where's Sanji and U... I mean, where's Sanji?
Nami: Oh, yeah. We've got a lot to tell you. Zoro, you and (Y/N) listen to.
She told them about how Robin didn't actually betray them (which (Y/N) already knew) and how Sanji had managed to sneak onto the sea train carrying Robin and CP9.
Luffy: Then it's decided! We'll get a ship and go after them right away!
Zoro: No other option, eh?
He put his swords in its sheaths.
Luffy: <to Paulie> Hey, rope guy! Loan us a ship! Or actually, instead of a ship, are there any sea trains leaving?!
Paulie: The Puffing Tom is the only sea train in the world. It's a miracle of a ship, made possible only through the skills of a legendary shipbuilding team that used to live here.
Luffy: Okay, then loan us a ship. The strongest, fastest ship in town!
Paulie: Why don't you just quit while you're ahead?! You did see the ocean just now, right?! No ship has ever survived the oceans even during a normal Aqua Laguna. You saw what the way it destroyed the back alleys. The town is sturdy. Aqua Laguna hadn't budged an inch. On this ocean, even the biggest galleon would get shattered to smithereens in one blow. We can't let you take a ship out there when we know you're going to die! Wait until morning. Once the storm has passed, we'll loan you a ship.
(Y/N): If we wait until morning, will we be able to do what we set out to do?
Zurra, Jezebel, and Ahab walked over to the group.
Zurra: No, you won't. That sea train is going to Enies Lobby. That's the location of the Gates of Justice.
(Y/N): What are you doing here?!
Luffy: Eh? Who are these guys?
Zurra: Just being taken to Enies Lobby is considered proof that you're a criminal. There isn't a soul in that courthouse. The accused are walked straight through it until they reach a huge, cold steel door. They're the Gates of Justice. Once someone who's committed a crime passed through that door, they'll never see the light of day again. It's a doorway of despair, because if you set sail from the port beyond that door there are only two destinations you can reach.
Everyone stared at him. (Y/N) was glaring at him the whole time.
Zurra: One is considered the mightiest summit of the forces of justice in the world: Marine Headquarters. And in the other are rows of torture chambers and execution blocks. Dangerous prisoners who've rampaged the world over are confined there. It's the great underwater prison Impel Down.
Nami: This random guy is right. Enies Lobby has no mercy for criminals. It just condemns them to that place, Impel Down. It's nothing more than the empty shell of a judicial body! Robin has a bounty on her head! No matter where she's taken tonight, whatever's waiting for her at the end is going to be torture! Every moment we spend standing here, Robin's getting closer to those Gates of Justice. There's no way we can wait until morning!!
Zurra: Indeed.
Paulie: If you already know that much already, then I'll tell you one more thing. Even if the ocean were calm now, and you could set sail, that's no place for you to go. Don't forget, you're pirates, too. Enies Lobby Is the entryway to the World Government's hub. Naturally, battle lines are drawn around that place. No pirate would even think of retrieving a crew member who'd been taken to that island. Because they know exactly what would happen. Do you want to pick a fight with the very heart of the World Government?!!
The other foremen began to shout agreements with Paulie and told the Straw Hats to just give up.
Luffy: Then we'll have to steal a ship!!! We're setting sail now!!!
Foremen: What?! He's really gonna do it? That idiot!
Luffy: Our crewmate's waiting for us!!! Get out of our way!!!!
Paulie: Fine. I'll take you on.
Everyone got into a battle position. Zurra just smirked.
Kokoro: Hold it right there, people!!
Nami: Miss Kokoro...
Kokoro: You're the one in the wrong here, Straw Hat. It's just as Paulie says, you fool.
Luffy: Shut up!
Kokoro: Ol' lady, this has "nothing to do with me," right? Yeah, well, just listen. I swear! If I left you people to your own devices, you'd be racing to your death. Listen up. If there's any ship in the world able to ride out this Aqua Laguna, it's the sea train, built by those legendary men. That's the only one.
Luffy: But that isn't here now, which is why we're taking a ship!
Kokoro: If you're so eager to meet your end, come with me. I'll send a sea train out for you.
Everyone stared at her in shock.
Luffy: <grinning> All right, then!! Thanks, old lady!
Paulie: Are you serious?!
(Y/N): Let's go, then.
Zurra chuckled.
Zurra: You're walking right into the World Government's hands, (Y/N). They especially don't like devil hosts.
Zoro: Who even are you?
(Y/N): He's the one...who sealed the devil inside of me.
Immediately, Zurra found himself surrounded by Luffy, Zoro, Nami, and Chopper.
Luffy cracked his knuckles, Zoro pointed his sword at him, Nami did the same with her Clima-Tact, and Chopper entered Heavy Point.
Zurra: <shocked> Wha—?
Luffy: You're the one who did that to (Y/N)?!
Zoro: Bastard.
Nami: Unforgivable!
Chopper: He's a very bad man!
Jezebel and Ahab moved forward, but Chopper stood in front of them, ready to fight.
(Y/N): Everyone, stop!!
Nami: (Y/N)?
(Y/N): Robin needs our help! Ignore him, he doesn't matter right now!
His crewmates stared at him before nodding and backing down.
(Y/N) turned to Kokoro.
(Y/N): Lead the way.
