"I should first explain what happened in the previous 16 years." Said Ariel.
Both Rimuru and Shiraori started paying attention to Ariel and put down their cups of tea.
Ariel started saying
"I'll begin with the time you left.
After you exploded your own power and destroyed the system, the planets energy had been refilled and has been formed into a new core, this is why you can sense the magic around you as well.
This new core not only preserves the planet, it also grows and creates magic energy."
Rimuru interjected "How does it create energy?"
Ariel said "Its the same as with us, we have limited reserves and after it's filled, the remains either strengthen us or flow out and nurture our surroundings. In other words, the planets energy has been refilled and the remains are strengthening the planet and releasing into nature, this allowed the humans to retain their magic.
They did have to relearn it, and they could only use the magic most compatible to their souls.
If they use another type of magic, they need good understanding and a larger amount of magic."
Rimuru interjected again "So it's kind of like a life force to the planet and while recovering, it releases massive amounts of magic compared to the norm of humans."
"That's the basis of it yes, but you should know that, after all, the amount of planets you've destroyed isn't a small amount. Their energy marks are literally blinding." Said Ariel.

"As society had stabilized, it started growing and growing, the help of the otherworlders also was greatly valued by the humans.
Most magical races have died during the rebirth of the planet and as such, monsters don't exist anymore, demons are on the verge of extinction.
The only monsters that survived are Wrath and Sophia, also that butler that likes to be around Sophia.
That reminds me, I'm not the only one that's back from the dead, Sariel and Gulieztodiaz have also been brought back and have been named the guardians of this planet.

Most families with over 3 kids have been moved to outside the continent and families with under 3 kids are to be moved to the edges of the city, those that don't have kids but are married are placed in the middle ring of the city and those that aren't married live in the central region of the city, the city kind of covers the entire continent, mostly because there are huge parks and the population counts over 9 million, to add to that, this continent is very small, it's probably as big a country from your homeworld."
"Due to the effects of magic, this civilization level has risen incredibly quick.
For safety reasons, they have created a rule that forbids the use or consumption of MA energy.
This caused some scientists to protest until we showed them what the planet looked like before the destruction of the system.
This event was as I said before, it was called
" World's Rebirth ", They called it that because the entire planet underwent a massive change."

Ariel looked skeptical until Rimuru glanced at the distracted Shiraori and carefully showed Ariel the ring she had made for Shiraori, Ariel was fascinated by the beauty of it and understood what Rimuru had replied, so she took out a map and gave it to Rimuru after having marked an area on it.
After this, they spent an entire 7 hours on finding out as much as possible about this planet.
Ariel:"It's getting late, it's time I guide you to the house you'll be residing in during this vacation."
Ariel then led them downstairs and down the street, she then turned right and kept walking straight, afterwards she walked into an alley and used space-magic to reveal a big landscape.
This landscape was surrounded by forest and a river at the north, the landscape was flat and had a small house in the middle of the luscious clearing.
Behind the house was a tiny cabin and a fountain.
The inside was decorated with beautiful wooden table and chairs, there was a leather corner-couch.
The kitchen was modern with wooden touches.
There was a cabinet with a tv on top of it and several closets and compartments.
At the complete left, there was the bedroom, the bedroom had a king-sized bed with a big closet and a tiny nightstand.
Besides the closet was another door which led to the bathroom, the bathroom had a bath, a toilet, a sink and a compartment for cleaning yourself.
The cabin in the back was used for storage and had a side piece that could be counted as a stall for horses and other animals.
