(Y/n)s pov
It's been a while since I saw those turtles, hopefully, they were doing alright, especially the purple one Donnie, I blushed while looking down. I shouldn't be thinking that I shook my head as I looked at the tables and chairs being placed down,
Big mama wanted to throw a party and I of course had to help her, I had to make sure everything is organized and put in place then dress up for her.
I have to be her extra eyes during the party in case something happens I'm fine with that but I don't like showing my eyes. Ever since that accident at witch town I never wanted to show my eyes but whatever makes big mama happy I'll do it.
As everything was ready I left to go change and ready, as I finished changing into a tuxedo but took off the coat leaving me with the black vest (or) dark red off-shoulder split-thigh dress I turned to look in the mirror I blushed slightly as I looked at the dress/tuxedo that hugged my body perfectly, showing off my curves.
I moved my hair out of my face I never really liked my eyes after the incident, I looked into the black void I called my 'eyes' they were so empty and cold, I blinked as I started to do my makeup making it look natural once I was done I put on my earrings then heels/dress shoes before leaving. As I made it to the party I walked around making sure everything was fine till I heard a yell.
I looked over to see a bull waiter almost fall but he managed not to as he stood straight before breathing deeply and walking towards the guest offering the snacks on his tray, he looked familiar but at the same time he doesn't, I looked at him for a few seconds before leaving and looking somewhere else
Donnies pov
We landed on the roof of big mamas party and we saw bullhop there "oh man, I never should have told him our plan" Leo said as I kept my attention on bullhop "Donnie, what are the odds he can pull this off?" Leo asked as I looked at him "the guy broke a pillow, so 1%, he said, overconfidently?" I told him as we all looked back at him as bullhop said something while looking around.
Raph looked at him confused "who's he talking to?" "I told him earlier that if he touches his ear he could talk to anyone in the world. I was trying to get some work done" I told him as Mikey put his finger near his ear "Roger that, Mr.President" as they all looked at bullhop Mikey turned to the side "oh isn't that (y/n)?" He said as I quickly looked over where Mikey was pointing I blushed at the dress/suit they had on, it complemented their body type and then their cloaking eyes.
I couldn't stop staring at them "did I mention how disappointed I am that bullhop ruined our tuxedos" I said as Leo laughed "face it, brother. You're in love" "am not nardo" I told him as Raph rolled his eyes "guys let's focus on the mission" we looked over at bullhop as he walked near big mamas safe, I looked at him annoyed "oh, I read his lips. He's engaging. Perfect..." I told them as we saw him getting closer to the safe.
Just then big mama got in front of him, she was talking to him but I couldn't tell what they were saying as Mikey put his finger near his ear again "Bullhop! Don't blow your cover!" He said as we looked back down to see what was happening to my surprise big mama and bullhop were surrounded by yokais as they danced away, I looked to the side to see (y/n) watching them, I wish bullhop didn't try on my tuxedo.
I could have been down there with (y/n) "that boy can move baby!" Mikey said as bullhop got the keys "He did it! He got the keys! We got to get down there" Raph told us as he leaned closer making the window open as we fell on the food tables, I groaned in pain as Leo sat up "Well that's the fast way down" we looked up to see the other yokais scream and run.
Bullhop saw us as he dropped big mama "guys! I've got the keys!" He said happily but stopped and ran as big mama got up with (y/n) next to her, we made eye contact they looked away quickly as their face was a little red but I couldn't look away till I realized big mama had her goons after us
3rd person pov
As the goons attack the turtles minus Mikey he looked over to the locked door to big mamas safe and ran to the door "bullhop! The keys!" As bullhop threw him "hold them off! I'll get the goo!" Mikey yelled as he ran with the keys big mama made it to the door before him,
her eye turned yellow as she changed forms and shot her web at him then attacked the rest of the turtles "we gotta get out of here!" Donnie yelled as Leo looked at him "what about the web goo?" "We'll get it some other way," Raph said as he got ready to fight,
(y/n) stood next to big mama while putting a hand on their hip "Well, you little meddle-doos it's time for you to find out why you don't crash Big Mamas box socials!" She said as she got ready to attack till bullhop called her name, they all looked over to see bullhop.
Donnie took that time to go to (y/n) as he got close he coughed to get their attention, and they looked over at him " so uh... nice dress/suit, the color compliments you" Donnie said while looking away from them as they smiled slightly at him.
"Thank Donnie, that's sweet of you" Donnie blushed as he looked away. "It's no problem, I was gonna show up in a suit but bullhop ruined it" they laughed as they looked at him "maybe next time I could see you in a tuxedo"
both looked over to see bullhop grunt as his tuxedo ripped showing off his muscles as he crossed his arms "you dance like you have eight left feet!" He yelled at her "so your feather feet mask a stanktonious traitor?" She yelled at him as she shot her webs at him but he quickly caught them in come glass cups and then started to run
"guys! I got eight pitchers of goo!" But he fell as he got up and ran again "guys! I got one pitcher of goo!" Raph picked up Mikey and looked at Donnie "we out! Donnie let's go!" Donnie looked over at (y/n) then smiled slightly "hopefully we see each other soon" "I'm free tomorrow" (y/n) told him as Donnie looked at her "Okay let's meet up in front of the nexus hotel tomorrow" with that Donnie and the others left,
they smiled then looked over at big mama who held the shoe bullhop left behind "Alas, the way he danced, I thought his shoes must be made of magic" she sighs as she held the shoe as (y/n) patted her back trying to comfort her.
The next day (y/n) waited for Donnie outside the nexus hotel, fixing their cloaking device as they waited they heard footsteps (y/n) smiled and looked up hoping it was Donnie but to their surprise, it was Leo dressed in basketball shorts with a hoodie "oh hey Leo. Where's Donnie" they asked as they put their phone away "oh yeah he's helping a friend of ours. He won't be back till later" Leo told them as they nodded
"that's fine. So what do you want to do?" (Y/n) said as Leo looked confused "oh I thought you just wanted hangout with Donnie" he looked to the said avoiding their gaze "Hmm well Today is my day off so I'm down to hang out with anyone" they told him as their stomach growled making them blush in embarrassment,
Leo laughed "didn't get a chance to eat?" (Y/n) looked away from him as they covered their stomach "not really. I don't really eat breakfast" Leo smiled and patted their back "that's ok. I know a great place to eat" with that he walked away with (y/n) following behind then caught up and spoke "Hey so about the first time we met and I want to apologize for threatening you, I tend to get angry fast," (y/n) said while looking forward "hitting things is how I tend to let out my anger"
Leo looked at them then quickly smiled "it's fine really. It was my fault I got you angry in the first place, and also sorry for crashing that party oh and amazing dress/suit by the way" (y/n) laughed then smiled at him
"it's fine I need to get my anger in check but to be honest I should be thanking you guys about the party if it weren't for you guys I'll still be there for a while," they said while laughing "Big mama loves to throw long parties" as they kept talking Leo took them to an alleyway then wrote on the wall as it opened up to show a restaurant as they walked inside,
(y/n) looked around "first time here (y/n)?" Leo asked as they shook their head "no I was here when I was younger. A lot has changed" as they sat down at a nearby table Leo looked at them "question, why do you cover your eyes? We seen them before at the party so why keep them covered?" Before they could answer someone spoke "gato is that you?" (Y/n) turned and smiled "Sr. Hueso!" They got up and quickly hugged him
"it's good to see you Sr!" He smiled and hugged them back "it's nice to see you too gato" Leo looked at them "you guys know each other?" (Y/n) looked at Leo smiling "yeah, he helped me a lot when I was younger" with that Sr. Hueso gently nudged (y/n) back to their booth "please sit down and eat. It's on the house gato" as they sat down and picked out their order Leo looked over as Sr. Hueso left
"not to brag but I too understand Spanish at a certain level," Leo said as he looked to (y/n) smirking "¿cuántos años tiene?" "Ohhh new jersey?" (Y/n) laughed as Leo looked away blushing as he quickly changed the topic "so being a battle nexus fighter must have its perks. A lot of people know you." Leo said as he played with the salt and pepper shakers
"kinda? Yokais know me cause I use to be around everywhere when I was smaller. You know stealing and picking fights but after being part of the battle nexus I guess that's when yokais started to notice me" (y/n) said while looking to the side as Leo opened his mouth "really? Didn't your parents say anything about you running around the hidden city doing all that?"
"They weren't there at the time. My mom passed away when I was young and as for my dad I could care less, he left" Leo looked to the side as he bit his lip "oh I'm sorry for asking" (y/n) laughed and smiled at him "no no it's fine. You didn't know" as the food came over (y/n) poked their food with their fork "after this can you show me around new york? This is my 3rd time up here but I never really had the 'new york experience' you know?" "Yeah don't worry I got you señorita/Señor "
(Y/n) pov
After our meal, Leo showed me around new york and to be honest, it was fun. Who knew you can throw water balloons at people from the roof of buildings, shoot fireworks at each other was fun,
Right now we borrowed a go-cart from a carnival, and ride it around the streets of New York but we had to leave it since there were some cops after us that and we crashed it anyways It was late and we were sitting on top of the torch from the statue of liberty watching the lights of new york bright up the sky,
I looked up to see a few stars then looked at Leo who was fucking up a pizza slice from the box we stole "thanks for this, this is the most fun I had in years" I said as Leo finished his slice "it's no problem but you didn't answer my question earlier. Why don't you show your eyes?"
I looked to the side then at him "I don't like how they look" Leo looked surprised then spoke "but we saw them before, they looked nice" I looked down at my feet "they aren't my normal eyes, my eyes were blue like my dads" I looked up at Leo
"where I'm from in a certain part of the hidden city it's rare for a black cat to be born and just my luck I was born there, being born a black cat there was a good and bad thing. Praised for being a black cat but the bad thing is yokais use them in spells that involve a sacrifice"
I moved my hair out of my face as I pointed at my eyes "they said they could help me find my mom and i believed them. They took my eyes for a damn 'powerful' spell it was supposed to take my vision in the process but the spell went wrong and I ended with these white dots I call 'eyes'. Luckily my brother found me and took me back home when I woke up I was bleeding tar-like goo out of my eyes for weeks and after that, I never went back to my home town, I told myself I wouldn't fall for those tricks from yokais like them ever again"
I looked back at Leo to see him crying as he quickly hugged me as I slowly hugged back "THAT WAS THE SADDEST STORY I EVER HEARD!" "it's alright Leo if that didn't happen I wouldn't have met my siblings or you guys" I was about to cover my eyes again but Leo stopped me "Hey don't cover them. It shows that you survived something serious besides my brothers and I think it's cool, especially with your piercing"
Leo said as he pointed at my snake bites and eyebrow piercing I looked to the side smiling "thanks dude it means a lot" I looked at the time "oh shit I should start heading back, big mama needs me for tomorrow, she has a new fighter who's been beating everyone in the battle nexus" I thought for a moment
"you guys should definitely come and see me fight" as I helped Leo up he nodded "yeah for sure we'll be there but big mama won't be mad right?" I laughed "not unless you blend in with the crowd, oh! I'll get you guys front-row seats to see the action up close"
"that sounds nice. On my word we would definitely be there" with that Leo opened a portal "after you señora/señor" I laughed and went through it as it took us back to the nexus hotel "see you tomorrow night Leo" I waved at him as I walked inside the hotel, today was a good day it's sad Donnie couldn't hang out with me but having Leo around was fun
