At the pokemon center, in the infirmary
Hop is on the bed still having the effect of the poison while the two put their heads down

Victor: "But, you've been poisoned! And you only have one week to live!"
Hop: "I know...that's why I'm counting on you on stopping him..."
Victor: "But what if I can't!? I couldn't even stop him with that new form!"
Hop: "You must have a way to stop him...right?"
Victor: "I have no knowledge of what I should do and what I could do, if I fail, then you'll be gone,"
Hop: "Maybe try using plans on how to stop or kill him...that'll work probably..."
Victor: "Plans...? Then what plans I should do? I'm not a strategist like you guys with your pokemon,"
Gloria: "Wait, maybe using those powers you have,"
Victor: "Powers?"
Hop: "Yeah...that'll work possibly..."
Victor: "So all I have to do is to equip them?"
Gloria: "Do you have limits on how many you can equip?"
Victor: "No, not at all,"
Gloria: "Maybe try to equip them all and see if it'll work,"
Victor: "Good idea, but I don't know if it'll work against someone like him,"
Hop: "Give it a try, maybe... Just maybe, that'll work..."
Damon then starts turning up in the Driver
Victor: "Damon! What happened to you?"
Damon: "Sorry if I was inactive earlier,"
Gloria: "Why were you inactive?"
Damon: "You see, after Victor got transformed into his new Rider form, my system or my consciousness just shut down,"
Victor: "Wait so you have limits?"
Damon: "Of course I do, so what were you talking about before?"
Gloria: "We were talking about if he can use his powers to stop him,"
Damon: "Powers? He did, and it did not work,"
Gloria: "No! I mean by he'll equip them multiple times,"
Damon: "Equip them multiple- you mean equip all of them?"
Gloria: "Yes, that's what I meant,"
Victor: "Damon, is it possible?"
Damon: "Certainly not, you wanna know what happens if you do it?"

Damon: "Your body will be disfigured by so many genomes you're using at once, and it's going to stay like that forever after the fight,"
Victor: "What about using it during using the form?"

Damon: "Do you still have the Vistamp that guy gave you?"

He took out the Kuwagata Vistamp and show it to Damon

Damon: "Maybe, I'm not too sure but won't recommend doing it every time,"
Gloria: "Where do you think they are right now?"
Damon: "They could be in some lab,"
Victor: "A lab? You mean like that place?"
Damon: "Yes, I have seen some parts of the place before,"
Gloria: "Do you know what's it called?"
Damon: "I have vivid memories of the logo and the name of the organisation behind the experiment,"
Victor: "Maybe let's try and go to that place again and see the remnants of the logo,"
Damon: "If it is still visible to read, yes maybe we can expose them,"
Victor: "If so, then let's go,"
Gloria: "I'll come with you,"
Victor: "Don't, it might be too dangerous for you,"
Gloria: "Then who's going to save you when you're caught?"
Victor: "It would be..."
Gloria: "No one, right?"
Victor: "Yeah, you can come with me,"
Damon: "A-are you serious? Do you realize the danger!?"
Victor: "Listen, I know it's complicated but I need someone to assist me,"
Damon: "If you want her to die then why not,"

Damon: "I underestimate everyone who doesn't look appealing,"

Gloria nodded and both goes out of the room and goes outside to that place
While Hop is looking back at them going to stop him and hopefully stop the poison

The person came back from fighting Victor in their last fight

Rose: "Did you do what I asked you to do?"
???: "Nope, just spared him,"
Rose: "Are you kidding me!? Do you know what he'll do knowing about that experiment?"
???: "Relax, he'll be going after us. After I told him I was his father,"
Rose: "Really, Sordward? You just had to do it,"
Ward: "Call me Ward for short. But of course, I didn't just have a face surgery to look identical to his father for nothing after all,"
Rose: "Whatever, but you must remember the objective I gave you,"
Ward: "Capturing Victor and making him brainwashed into joining us, yeah I know, typical plans,"
Rose: "Good, I won't hesitate to kick you out of the organisation,"
Ward: "Speaking of which, where do you think he'll be going?"
Rose: "I might be wrong, but he's probably going to the last lab we had where they once kept him in,"
Ward: "I'll go there, I'll bring the guards with me to capture him,"
Rose: "Understandable, get our weapon back to us,"

Ward then leaves the room to get Victor once and for all

Back to Victor and Gloria, they're in the forest and trying to find a destroyed building that Victor knew
Gloria: "Are you sure it's here?"
Victor: "Trust me, when we find a destroyed abandoned building, then maybe we can know who owns the building and possibly their motive for doing the experiment,"
Gloria: "What I heard from 11 years ago was that there was a project being made about creating a new evolution of humanity,"
Victor: "Where'd you know about that?"
Gloria: "I searched it up to some experiment dated back from 11 years ago, that's how I knew,"
Victor: "Even news headlines know about the experiment's existence yet didn't even try to investigate behind it,"
Gloria: "It must be hard for you to remember the horrifying experiment they have done to you and others involved, only for them to not get punished,"
Victor: "It's nothing to worry about, I tend to forget about the experiment,"
Gloria: "I see... Are we close yet?"
Victor: "Damon! Are we there yet?"
Damon: "Close, but still far,"
Victor: "There's your answer,"
Gloria: "Is that supposed to be close or far?"
Victor: "It's up to you to decide,"
They continue walking in the forest to find the building
Many times passed for them and they finally see something in the distance
Gloria: "Is that it?"
Victor: "I think it is,"
Both ran towards the building in front to see it for themselves
Meanwhile, there's a bunch of people hiding behind trees and following them
As they got to the building, they see a destroyed one with loads of rubbles scattered around the area
Gloria: "Do you think this is the place?"
Victor: "Damon, is this it?"
Damon: "Yes, this is how far I can trace down the first location of my creation,"
Victor: "Okay, let's find clues in these rubbles,"
As they were about to go to the rubble in search of clues to trace the organisation behind the experiment, they soon were surrounded by a bunch of people in tactical guard near with them
Both backed up from the guards they were seeing
Gloria: "Did these guys follow us?"
Victor: "No, look,"
In the crowds of guards, there was Ward that's approaching them
Ward: "I just wanted to see how my son is doing,"
Victor: "Shut up! You're not my real father!"
Ward: "Well that's a shame,"
Victor: "And I don't ever going to call you my father, because father's never do such things as this!"
Ward: "How about you just accept the truth,"
Victor: "I won't back down to you!"
Both took out their Driver's and put it on their waist then took out their Vistamp and press the button
Kuwagata!
Kabuto!
Both stamped it on the top of their Drivers
Deal...

Then stamp it on the screen of the Driver
Delete up!
Bane up!
Victor: "Henshin!"
Ward: "Henshin..."
Unknown! (Michi) Unrest! (Konran) Unlimited! (Koeru) (Kamen) Rider Over Demons!
HAKAI! (Break) SEKAI! (Broke) KIKIKAIKAI! (Broken) Kamen (Rider) VAIL!
Both transformed into their rider forms respectively
They then start approaching slowly before running and punched
Their punches collide with each other and back them up but still continue to fight
Both traded punch after punch until Ward got the upper hand and knocked Victor back
Ward: "It seems you haven't changed,"
Victor: "Shut up! I will be going to end you!"
Ward: "Let's see,"
Victor activated the wing on his shoulder and flies towards Ward at high-speed
As Victor gets close, he simply uses the telekinesis to stops him in place and kicked him with an enhanced red energy kick
Victor gets knocked back but is still balanced
Victor: "That didn't work either... What should I do?"
Victor then gets an idea from what Gloria said earlier
Victor: "That's right, I'm sorry Damon. But this is all I got,"
He proceeded to grows all of his powers at once
It was a painful process but was able to pull it off and equipped most of his powers out to stop Ward
Ward: "Oh? You're using that?"
Victor: "I will put my life on the line... If it means to stop you!"
He pressed the sides on the Driver twice before pressing it once to activate his finisher
Batta! Condor! Scorpion! Anomalocaris! Demons Requiem!
He leapt over to Ward with his grasshopper legs and uses the Anomalocaris claw to try and get a hit but he dodges most of it
The scorpion's tail lengthens and tries to stab Ward with it its tip but he dodges it
Victor uses the Condor's wings to shoot out a feathered projectile at him and it did hit him
Ward then stamped the Vistamp on the screen whilst Victor is going to use his finisher
He leaps towards him and does a kick with the grasshopper's leg
Ward counters this with his finisher which covers his leg in red energy and does a roundhouse kick that clashes with his
Their both kicks clash with each other until there's an explosion
Gloria was hoping that he was defeated, but that was unfortunate
After the smoke clears, it shows Ward in his Rider form is still standing while Victor is laying on the ground unconscious
Gloria: "No... There's no way..."
The guards then took both Victor and Gloria after the fight was over to see Ward came out victorious

At a different location, we see a cell of which is empty currently
Until then the door to the cell opens and in comes Victor who was forced to be put into the cell and locked the door after putting him inside
While next door, there's another cell in which Gloria was put into and locked the door
Victor woke up to see himself in the cell and remembered that one traumatizing memory of his where he was kept like this
Gloria look around to see herself in the cell and was terrified by the atmosphere and feeling
Both went over their beds that were coincidentally next to each other but was only separated by a wall
Gloria was curled up in a ball while Victor is learning on the wall while sitting on the bed
