*GOVERNORS MANSION*
Elizabeth and Elena are sitting down on Elizabeth's bed silently.
"So our argument?" Elizabeth asked carelessly
Elena rolls her eyes and looked at her seriously.
"Elizabeth!How could you do such a thing!"
"Do what?" Elizabeth practically shouted at her
"Elizabeth you can't marry a man if you don't love him but love someone else!" Elena said using the same tone as her sister
Elizabeth looked at her not knowing what to say to her.
"YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND!" Elizabeth screamed
"DON'T UNDERSTAND?DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT?" Elena shouted back
Elizabeth stuttered and walked away and faced the mirror.
"Elizabeth you can't do that." Elena said simply
"Says the one who clearly loves the Commodore and also a Pirate." Elizabeth said but it sounded like a question and as she spoke she got louder and louder
Elena looked at her.
"YOU ARE NOT THINKING STRAIGHT ELIZABETH!"Elena said with tears in her eyes
The candle light brightening her face in an orange colour.
She tried to blink them away but failed.
"You know I don't love Norrington," Elizabeth slowly spoke
"and the only reason you ran to me when you kissed him was so I didn't tell father.'' Elizabeth said with a smile
Elena nodded slowly and her eyes widen when she realised what Elizabeth wanted to do.
"ELIZABETH NO!"
The two girls ran down stairs and into their fathers office.
"Father!Father!"
"Elizabeth no-"
"Father Elena!She-"
"ELIZABETH!"
The governor looked at them as if they were insane.Elena put her hand on Elizabeth's mouth to stop her from speaking.
"Father she'"
"NO!" Elena shouted over her sister
"ENOUGH!" the governor cried
"Elizabeth,you speak first." The governor said
"Father!She loves the Commodore!Elena and Norrington!They kissed!" Elizabeth said with a large smile on her face and she was jumping up and down.
The governor looked to Elena and frowned at her.
"What is she saying,Elena?" Governor asked
Elena looked down to the floor and silently stared at the beatiful marble pattern on the tiles.
"I wish to speak to Elena,Elizabeth" Their father said slightly whispering
Elizabeth rushed to the door and gave Elena a mischievous smile before leaving.
"Is it true?" Her father said
Elena slowly looked at her father and nodded.She looked at her father again to see him smiling at her happily.
"I knew you did" her father sighed
"You did?"
"Indeed,Elena" The governor agreed
Elena then smiled
"How?" She asked
"The way you looked at each other,how close you two are." Her father explained
"So tell me how do you know?" Governor questioned
"I dont know but there was something in his eyes that capture me." She tells her father
"I feel warm around him,feverish..." Elena said confused but happy she told someone how she felt
"Lustful?" Governor questioned once more happily and smiling widely
"Yes...lustful." Elena confirmed quietly
"Forgive me?" She asked her father
"There is nothing I need to forgive you for." Governor said still smiling but stopped when the sound of glass smashed onto the floor.
Father opened the door to see Elizabeth standing in front of the door and glass at her feet.
"ELIZABETH!" Elena angerly shouted and chased her to their room.
The governor smiled at them.
"They never change"

*THE HANGING*
Sparrow stands in front of the crowd with his head in a noose.Sparrow was now going to be hanged for his crime,but Elena started to become friends with him even thought she didn't show they were friends.Elena had everything planned out with Will and is planning on saving Sparrow.
"Jack Sparrow...be it known that you have been charged ... tried and convicted..." A Navy officer say to the crowd
Sparrow rolled his eyes...
"Captain,Captain Jack sparrow!" He muttered under his breath,anyone barely hearing
"For your willful commission of your crimes against the crown ... said crimes being numerous in quantity and sinister in nature ... The most aggrieves of which to be crited herewith ... Piracy ... smuggling ... "
"Can we just get on with this!There is so much on there it would take forever mate!" Sparrow exclaimed
Elizabeth shook her head and looked to Elena.
"This is wrong" Elizabeth argued to Elena
"And you think it is my fault?" Elena said in a stern and cold voice acting as if she doesn't feel the same.She clenched her jaw as she started at Sparrow
"Commodore Norrington is bound by the law.As so are we" She finished
"Impersonating a person of the Spanish Navy ... Impersonating a Cleric of The Church Of England ... sailing under false colours ... Arson ... Kidnapp ... Looting ... Poaching ... Pilfering ... depravity ... Degradation ... and general lawlessness ... and for these crimes,you have beensentenced to this day to be hung by the neck until dead ... May God have mercy on your soul"
The lever was pulled and Sparrow fell but somehow landed on a sword stuck right under his feet helping him stand.Elizabeth grasped Elena's arm and shook her.Elena closed her eyes for a second and opened them again.She smile as she saw Sparrow not dead but quickly stopped as her father turned to her.
"What is happening?" Elizabeth asked confused
Elena looked at her quickly and ran down the stairs to get to Will in the crowd.She took a Naval officer's sword and started fighting her way to Will.
"QUICKLY GET TO JACK" Will told her
Elena ran through the crowd and stopped as soon as she reached Sparrow.She looked at Norrington straight in the eye and smiled slightly and looked down as if guilty.She cut the rope tied around Sparrow's neck and hands and set him free.She took a sword from another officer and ran with Sparrow fighting through the crowd once more.They stopped running when they reached the exact place Elizabeth fell of into the water.Officers surrounded them making a circle around the three.Elena was pulled away as the officers were pulling up swords to Sparrow and Will.Norrington pulled his sword up to Will's neck.
"On our return to Port Royal I granted you clemency and this is how you thank me?By throwing in your lot with him!?He is a pirate!" Governor said to Will sternly
"And a good man!" Elena interrupted
The governor turns to face Elena and frowned.
"All I have achieved here is that the hangman will earn two pairs of boots instead of one ... so be it.At least my conscience will be clear." Will interrupted as well
"You forget you place Turner." Norrington
Will stepped a few spaces behind and said...
"It's right here,between you and Jack"
Elizabeth stepped beside him.
"As is mine" She said
Elena smiled happily for her.The governor turned his head for a moment so no one would see him smiling and then Elena remembered what she was going to reveal about her and Norrington.She stepped in front of Sparrow,Elizabeth and Will and ordered...
"LOWER YOU WEAPONS!" Elena ordered
"So this is were you heart truly lies then?" Governor asked Elizabeth
"Yes" Elizabeth revealed
It took a moment for her to gain her strength to speak and spoke.
"As so does mine with James" Elena said
"Well I'm actually feeling quite good about this" Sparrow said
"Elizabeth aka burner of rum,William good bye.Norrington,lucky man."
Sparrow turns to leave but then turns back around to face Elena.His face suddenly looks sad and unhappy.
"Elena,it would have never worked out between us,darling"
He then turns to leave again and doesn't stop this time and turn.
"Gentlemen,mi'ladies,you will always remember this as the day-"
Before Jack could finish he fell backwards into the ocean.
"What is you plan of action,sir" Gillette asked James
"I think we can give him a one day's head start" James said with a smile
Elena and James turn to each other and their lips suddenly touch.
