i woke up and looked at aunesti while she slept. she was so effortlessly beautiful and i knew that i could never let her out my life. i admired her whole face from her eyes to her lips.
after a couple minutes she woke up.
"i know youan been starin me." she mumbled while rubbin her eyes
"maybe, maybe not."
"i know yo ass was, i felt that shi. weirdo."
i shrugged and she sat up.
"where you goin?"
"im finna go home and get ready, then imma go to your house and get you some stuff. oh and tru at yo grandparents house and everybody gon come by later. you want some food back?"
"yeah imma cashapp you."
"its good, youon need to."
"im still gon cashapp you."
"whatever" she said and rolled her eyes.
i put one arm over my eyes and the other in my pants and started driftin back to sleep.

"IM BACKKKK!" aunesti said while walkin in my room with one of my hoodies, tights, and crocs. she also was holdin a chic fil a bag, her booksack, her purse, and a duffel bag.
"girl i know you ain go raid my closet."
"maybe, maybe not." she said mockin what i said earlier.
"ok so i got you them lil mini things, and all yo stuff in this duffel bag. so you gon eat or take a shower first."
"imma eat, come hea though."
she walked over to me and sat on the bed, i pulled her in and started huggin on her as she laughed.
"moveee jaivyn, yo breath stankkk."
"mcht no it dont" i said and and started ticklin her.
"stopppp" she said laughin uncontrollably.
"okok im done lets eat." she opened the bag and gave me my food and she took hers out.
we sat there and ate while just talkin about life and whats been goin around.
as aunesti got up and threw our food away i thought about how i got shot.
"i wonder who them niggas was that shot me."
"we gon find them, akai, zaire, and my dad checkin it out right now. and you can ask tru about it to."
"yeah, once these niggas let me out. im killin whoever shot me."
"ok well go and take yo shower cause i got work to do." she said gettin her booksack and pullin out her macbook.
i started to get up and i groaned because my chest tightened.
"are you ok? you need any help?" shw asked looking concerned.
"nah i got it." i said holdin my chest where i was shot. aunesti watched as i went into the bathroom to do what i needed to do.
"if you need me call me!" she yelled.

while i was sittin on the couch doin my work and jaivyn was on his phone. my dad, akai, and zaire walked in.
"hey babygirl." my dad said and came up to hug me.
"hey twinnem" akai said and hugged me second.
"wassup auni." zaire said and hugged me last.
"hey yall." i said once they all got they hugs in.
they went to jaivyn next and dapped him up.
"aight so we gotta see who the fuck shot me."
"ok so we pretty sure that it was rick and nem cause akai hacked into the gas station surveillance and the niggas that shot you had rick's lil logo shi on they ski's." my dad said.
"aight so we gon pop them." jaivyn said.
"these niggas a lil different, we gon have to plan cause they almost as powerful as us and they got a whole lotta shi so we gotta make sure we go smart about this." zaire said.
"so once you get discharged tomorrow we gon start plannin, cause i think this got sum to do wit that nigga who was stealin our money." akai said.
"that nigga coulda been a rat for rick." zaire said.
"damn you right, he still innat basement so we finna go get some information outta him. we gone see you slim."
"aight imma see yall. imma slide over there tomorrow." jaivyn said and dapped them all up.
"bye auni, you can some by the trap too. i need you to help me wit sum." my dad said as he came by and hugged me.
"ok dad." i said and hugged him and all of my brothers as they came up and said bye.
i closed my computer as i just turned in a assignment and went to sit by jaivyn.
"how you feelin?"
"im good, these niggas just mad cause i popped rick's cousin last week."
"ok, well i wanna help yall get rick and nem."
"girl whatchu mean you wan help us." jaivyn said lookin at me.
"imma help yall kill them niggas."
"aight auni, you think yo dad gon let you?"
"yeah, this wouldnt be the first i helped them."

and we just layed there soakin up each other presence. after a while of me layin on jaivyn i heard his stomach grumble.
"are you hungry?" i said laughin.
"slight." he said lowly.
"imma go get us sum, what you want?"
"it dont matter, just get me what you gettin."
"ok imma be right back."
"aight bae."
i stood there for a quick second thinkin about how this nigga just called me bae. we havent any typa nickname or any of that shi cause we literally just started talkin. i smiled and grabbed my purse and went to zaxbys.

once i came back with our food his grandparents and tru was in there.
"hey yall." i said and they all turned to me.
"hey baby" his grandma and grandpa said.
"hii aunesti."tru said and came up to hug me.
"hey girl, how you been."
"im better, thank you."
"if i knew yall was comin i woulda got yall sum."
"no dont worry about sweetie, we ate right before we came." his grandma said smiling at me.
i gave jaivyn his food and sat on the bed next to him.
everyone started lookin at me and jaivyn.
"jaivyn you ain gon introduce us." his grandpa said muggin jaivyn.
i laughed as jaivyn huffed.
"ok so yall this is aunesti, and aunesti this is my grandma loretta and my grandpa trey. and tru and aunesti yall already know each other."
"it nice to meet yall." i said smilin.
"its nice to meet you too baby, im happy jaivyn found someone as beautiful and respectful as you."
i smiled and we all just kept talkin about ourselves and gettin to know eachother. his grandparents were very nice and welcoming to me.
"ok so we finna go since we gotta drive an hour away and im not finna miss my show. but we havin a family cookout on saturday and i want both of yall to come." she said lookin at jaivyn.
i smiled and thanked and her.
"oh dont worry about it baby, ill see yall on saturday and it start at 1." she said and came hug me and jaivyn. his grandpa came and dapped me up sayin sum about yung blood which made me and jaivyn buss out laughin. and lastly tru came up and hugged us bye.
a little while later lyric busted in. "wassup ugly ass nigga slim, and my beautifulest bestest friend ever aunesti."
"hii lyriccc." i said as she came up to me and hugged me.
jaivyn gave her a head nod as they dapped eachother up.
"ok so im just gonna take her for a quick secondd.." she said and dragged me off the hospital bed and out the door. jaivyn shook his head as she took me.
"gurl why did you just kidnap me." i said while we were walkin to her car.
"becauseee we gotta shop for that cookout tomorrow."
"wait how you know about it."
"because akai told me, you know yo family be gettin invited too." she said.
"ohhh ian know that, but thas good."
"yeah girl now come on we gotta hurry up."
"ok" i said laughin.
we got in the car and blasted out hot girl playlist while we drove to the mall.
once we got there we went through all the stores until we found an outfit and also shopped just because.
by the time we finished it was around 7 and we were now on our way to get some ice cream.
