Justin’s Point of View:

After I took a shower, I felt so much more relieved that I had before.

Sure, Kelsey and I’s heavy make-out session calmed my nerves but the feeling of the hot water relaxing my muscles made the feeling all the more enhanced.

Wrapping a towel around my lower waist, I opened the door to the bathroom, stepping out and into my room where I carefully walked across to the dressers, making sure I didn’t wake Kelsey along the way.

Once I had made it soundlessly, I pulled open the drawer with my pajamas inside, grabbing out a pair of sweats and a t-shirt, similar to those I had given Kelsey, I dropped my towel to the ground before slipping them on.

Running my fingers through my hair, I took once last glance towards Kelsey before stepping out of the room and softly closing the door behind me.

Jogging my way down the stairs, I found myself face to face with all the guys seated on the couch, Bruce being one of them. I sighed. This was going to be interesting…

I licked my lips. “Hey,” I bit my lip, wondering how everyone was going to react but all I got was silence before Bruce spoke up.

“How are you holding up?” He looked up at me and as I stared back into his eyes, all I saw was sincerity.

I shrugged. “Good, I guess.” I took a seat on the love chair, glancing around at all the guys.

“How is she?” Bruce asked a few seconds later. I shot my head up in alert mode.

“John told us what happened,” He cleared his throat, shifting in his chair.

I nodded my head, glancing at John for confirmation. When he gave me the look that simply said he had, I looked back over at Bruce. “She’s a bit shaken but she’s alright for the most part…” I paused, thinking back on how she was crying in the bathroom. “She could be better.” I leaned back in the seat.

He nodded his head. “I’m really sorry.”

I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. “For what? You didn‘t do anything--”

“Yes, I did.” Bruce shook his head. “I was a bit rough on you and especially on that girl upstairs that I presume is in your room. I never knew just how much she meant to you but tonight, it opened my eyes.”

I fumbled in my seat. I wasn’t much on feelings, especially when it came to discussing it so I just merely nodded my head once more.

“I heard what he did to her…” Bruce shook his head. “You should have called us. We would have been there in a second and made sure he paid for the crap he put her through.”

I couldn’t help but smile softly. When it came to me and the people I care about, the guys were more than considerate, they actually cared. “Thanks man and I know but I thought I had everything handled--I did have everything handled until Kelsey stopped me from killing the prick.” I couldn’t help but feel the anger get to me.

I should have killed him despite what she wanted but I couldn’t bring myself to hurt her more than she already was.

“Why didn’t she?” Bruce stared at me bewildered. “When John told me you let him live, I couldn’t believe my ears. Since when do you leave your victims alive?”

“Since Kelsey came into my life.” And that was the honest to God truth.

Bruce silenced after that, pressing his lips to a firm line as he took in this information. “Is she still up? I’d like to meet her.”

“Nah, she went to sleep.” I looked away. I felt like I was talking to my father.

“Oh, well, when she wakes up tomorrow, I’d like to introduce myself. I suppose you’re going to be spending more time with the girl?” He stared at me.

I smirked. “No, I just went through all of this just to kick her to the curb.” I fought the urge to roll my eyes, the sarcasm dripping with each word I spoke.

“It wouldn’t be the first time.” He smartly replied and instantly I froze, my eyes turning into sleets.

“What’s that supposed to mean?” I spat.

Bruce shrugged. “Just what I said.”

I was just about to retaliate when someone interrupted.

“Is she hot?” I turned my head to see Marcus staring at me with wide curious eyes.

I chuckled. Leave it to Marcus to make a joke out of an awkward situation. “What kind of question is that?”

“A normal one.” He shrugged. “I can’t have my boy dating an ugly chick, now can I?” He arched a brow.

I laughed. “I guess not.”

He laughed as well, syncing in with mine. “Then answer the question.”

Right when I was going to answer him, I was cut short once again before I could even get a word in.

“Who’s hot?” I looked up to see Kayla sauntering her way into the living area.

Everyone went quiet as she merely stood there, her red pumps matching with the lipstick she had on her lips. Shifting her weight to one hip, she pressed her hand there. “Well?” Her eyes scanned us all before landing on me.

“No one.” I spat, sending her the message that it was none of her God damn business.

She scoffed, flicking a strand of hair behind her shoulder. “I’m a part of this crew. I think I have the right to know who you’re talking about--”

“Not if it’s not about you, you don’t.” I hissed, “and even if it had to do with you,” I smirked. “We still won’t tell you.” I faked a smile. “So, scram.”

She narrowed her eyes, her lips pursing. “Don’t talk to me like that.”

“I can speak to you however the hell I want, bitch.” I hissed, my voice dropping down to a cold tone.

She looked around the room, looking for someone to have her back. Much to her dismay, Bruce kept quiet as well as the other guys. They knew not to get involved and they certainly knew that bro’s over hoe’s is the way to go especially when it came to Kayla.

She scoffed in disbelief. “Real nice guys. I see you’re all still up his ass as usual.” She shook her head.

“Get used to it Kayla and don’t talk to them that way if you know what’s good for you.” I stared coldly into her eyes, showing her that I meant business and I wasn’t afraid to hurt her.

I could kick her to the curb if I wanted to and she knew that but she still liked to play her stupid little games.

“Oh really?” She arched a brow.

When I nodded, she laughed viciously. “Then I guess you won’t be needing what you sent me for.” She smirked.

I scrunched my face up in confusion. “What are you talking about?”

“Bruce knows what I’m talking about. Don’t you?” She batted her eyelashes fakingly in his direction.

His face contorted into realization once he thought about it. “You got the shipment?”

“Yeah, I did and guess what?” She paused, waiting for us to answer though knowing we didn’t have anything to say, she continued just as fast as she stopped. “I’m not giving it to you.”

“What the fuck do you mean you’re not giving it to us?” Bruce jumped to his feet, his hands balled into fists.

She shrugged. “Just what I said--I’m. Not. Giving. It. To. You and you have your friend there to thank for that.” She grinned. “Once you all grow a pair of balls, come talk to me, until then, you’re getting nothing. I’ll see you guys later.” She waved her hand before turning on her heels and making her way up the stairs.

“What the fuck was that all about?” I questioned.

“You fucked up, that’s what!” Bruce spat, annoyance written all over his face.

“What the fuck did I do?” I threw my hands in the air.

“You didn’t keep your mouth shut and now she won’t give me what we need!”

“And what’s that?”

“I sent her out on a job when you and John were gone. Despite your own personal problems, we still have things to run so I sent her to get something that’d only be given to us if we sent someone with her skills to get it.”

I nodded my head, signaling for him to continue.

“Now that she has it, she won’t give it to us because you were retarded enough to get on her shit list.” He shook his head, thinking back to what just happened with Kayla. “You have to go fix it.”

“What?”

“You heard me. Go fix it. I don’t have time for this Bieber. We need to settle a few things by tomorrow and if we don’t get that shipment, we’re screwed. You opened your mouth and pissed her off, now you fix it.”

I inwardly growled. “This is fucking bullshit.” I spat.

“Yeah? Well hopefully you learned your lesson on when to be an ass and when not to. Now, go.” He demanded and I would have fought back but he was right, we needed that shipment.

Standing up, I made my way out of the room and up the stairs, following in Kayla’s past presence all the way over to her room. Opening the door, I stepped inside. “Kayla?”

No answer.

I sighed. “Kayla, are you in here?” When there wasn’t an answer again, I was growing annoyed and I was already tired as hell. “Fuck it,” I groaned, turning to walk out when the familiar voice rang through my ears.

“What do you want Bieber?” She spat, walking out of the bathroom with just a robe on. I bit my lip, trying to keep my hormones in check.

“I want the shipment.”

“Too bad.” She shrugged.

“Too bad?” I sarcastically laughed. “I don’t think you understand--”

“Oh, I understand and I’m not giving it to you.” She crossed her arms stubbornly, sticking her chin up in the air like the little bitch she is.

“Why not?” I spat.

“Because I don’t want to and quite frankly you’re a real asshole.” She sneered, her eyes like knives on mine.

“I don’t have time for this bullshit, Kayla so just give me the God damn shipment and I’ll be on my way.” I huffed in one breath, wanting nothing more than to get the hell out of here and check to see how Kelsey’s doing.

She shook her head. “I don’t think so.”

And that was the final straw. With my patience running thin, I lunged forwards, gripping her shoulders before harshly pinning her to the wall, my face centimeters away from her.

She winced at the sudden pain, biting onto her lower lip. “What the hell?!” She barked.

“Give me the shipment Kayla.” I warned in a low tone, my eyes darkening.

She shook her head. “No.”

Gripping onto her even tighter, I moved in closer to her face. “Give me the shipment Kayla.”

“No.”

“Fine,” I released her, turning and beginning to search her room. “I’ll just have to find it myself.” I began throwing everything I saw out of my way.

“You won’t be able to find it. You think I’m that stupid to leave it in my room?” She tsked me. “I don’t think so.”

I growled, dropping the items in my hand and turning to face her. “Just give it to me, Kayla!”

She smirked. “You know, you look sexy as fuck when you’re mad.” She bit her lip, looking me up and down.

I scoffed, shaking my head. “You’re one bipolar motherfucker.” I spat.

Kayla merely smiled though as she seductively licked her lips while circling her way around me. “You want the shipment?” She asked.

I rolled my eyes, not daring to say a word. “I think it’s obvious, Kayla.”

“Then I suggest you give me a reason to give it to you.” She stopped in front of me.

I arched a brow. “And how can I do that?”

She smirked, leaning in closer to me, so close that I could feel her breath on my lips. “Show me just how much you want that shipment,” Her fingers ran from my chest down to my lower stomach, stopping just at the tip of my sweats. “And maybe I’ll consider giving you the shipment.”

I licked my lips, leaning my head down closer to her. “And if I don’t?”

“You’ll never get it.” She leaned over, pressing her lips near my ear while fumbling with the rim of my sweatpants. “So, what do you say Bieber?”

I closed my eyes, taking a deep breath before opening them and stepping away from her.

She frowned.

Turning, I began walking away. When I made my way to the door, I grabbed a hold of it and glancing back at Kayla to see her staring at me with curious eyes. Closing the door, I saw her lips pull into a smirk.

“I knew you couldn’t turn me down.”
