I come walking back in and I help stiles get Brett. We take him too deaton.
"What the hell is happening to this kid?" Stiles asked.
"He's been poisoned by a rare wolfsbane." Derek said.
"I need to make an incision and you need to hold him as still as possible." Deaton said.
"Hey, Derek, how about a little werewolf strength?" Stiles said
"Yeah, I'm not the only one here with werewolf strength." Derek said.
"What does that mean" I asked.
"If you can't hold him still, the incision might kill him." Deaton said
"I'm honestly ok with that right now" I said.
They all look at me.
"What I hate this kid" I said.
"No your bf hates him" stiles said.
"Bf?" Derek asked.
"Liam" stiles said.
"Oh" Derek said.
"Derek, Rose, he's slipping. I don't think I can hold him."
Brett wakes up and pushes all of us away. He gets up and Peter knocks him out.
"I guess I still have a little werewolf strength myself." Peter said.
"Yeah, maybe more than a little" Derek said.
Peter and I both look at Derek.
"Hey, Doc, I don't think he's breathing. Is he okay?" Stiles said
"I think he'll be fine, but probably out for a while." Deaton said.
"Guys, can you hear that? I think he's saying something" stiles said.
"The sun... The moon... The truth... The sun... The moon... The truth..." breat was whispering.
"Three things cannot long be hidden. The sun, the moon, and the truth. It's Buddhist" deaton said.
Peter: Satomi.
"It's dumb, that's what it is" I said.
They all look at me.
"It don't work" I said.
"Maybe becaue you have more anger issues than her wolf's" Derek said.
"Yea tell me about it" stiles said.
"I apologized" I said.
"It still hurt" stiles said.
"What happened" Peter asked.
"Stiles" i said.
"Rose had a few incidents earlier. 2 with him and the other with me" stiles said. Pointing at Brett.
"Like" Derek asked.
"Well she threatened Brett, then she said she would rather kill him then help him, then she tried to kill me, she grabbed me by throat" stiles said.
"And I apologized to you, but I'm not too him, he can burn in hell for all I care" I said.
"That's 3 now" stiles said.
"Whats going on" Derek asked.
"She turning into her" Peter said.
Derek looked at him.
"Who?" i said.
They all looked me. And changed the subject
"Now what happened to your strength" I asked Derek.
"Whatever Kate did to me she took everything" Derek said.
"Yea you have a different eye color." I said.
"Yea I know" Derek said.
"Can someone with good strength stay here and wait for him to wake up" deaton said.
Everyone looked at me.
"Don't yall look at me, I hate this kid" I said.
"Derek don't have strength, it has to be you" stiles said
"Peter is here" I said.
"I stopped In, I'm leaving now" Peter said.
"Hate all of you" I said.
They all smiled and left. I sat on top of the counter and wait for Brett to wake up. I got bored so I started looking through all the cabinets.
"Deaton don't have anything fun to do" I said.
"Maybe because it's a clinic not play area" Brett said.
I jump back a bit and grab a blade and put it to his neck.
"What the hell" I said.
"Put the blade down" Brett said.
I pull it away from his neck.
"Why are you still here" Brett asked.
"I got volunteered" I said.
"Oh come on, you take down everyone that was in this room" Brett said.
"I could but it would be a weird family dinner" i said.
I sit back on the counter and stiles is calling me.
ON THE PHONE-
Rose: what
Stiles: you busy?
Rose: no
Stiles: good come to the police station
Rose: coming
END OF CALL-
"I'm leaving you have fun. And next time you almost die I'm not helping" I said.
"Thank you tho" Brett said.
I roll my eyes and walk out. I walk to the station. I wasn't far from the clinic. I walk in and I find stiles.
"Whats up" I said to stiles.
"Look" stiles said.
"Why's Parrish on the list" I asked.
"We don't know, but we brought you just incase it goes south" Lydia said.
"Oh ok" i said.
"Your dad should be back within the hour. You want to wait in his office?" Parrish asked.
"Actually, we want to talk to you." Stiles said.
"Privately." Lyida said.
We walk into the Sherrif stlinskis office and I close the door. Lydia hands him the list.
"This is a hit list?" Parrish asked.
"We call it a Dead Pool. Recognize any of the names?" Stiles asked.
"Yeah. The Sheriff had me run a bunch of these through the system last night. But we couldn't find any of them." Parrish said
"Show him the other thing." Stiles said.
I flip over the paper.
"Okay. That's kind of terrifying. What's the number?" Parrish asked.
"That's how much you're worth." Lydia said
"I'm worth five dollars?" Parrish asked.
I laugh a little. "No, five million" I said.
"I only make 40,000 a year. Maybe I should kill myself. I don't get it. Why... Why am I on this?" Parrish said.
"Honestly, that might be a question for another day. Right now, there's still another third of the list we gotta crack." Stiles said.
"We need the third cipher key. But we need help getting it." Lyida said.
"From who?" Parrish asked.
"Meredith." Lydia said.
"The girl from Eichen? The last time you saw her, you almost gave her a nervous breakdown." Parrish said.
"Uh... Almost." Lydia said.
"Almost don't count," I said.
"You guys have fun I gotta take care of something else" I said.
I walk out the office.
Stiles and lyida look at eachother.
ON THE PHONE WITH SCOTT-
rose: hey have you heard or seen Liam at all.
Scott: no but we know who does.
Rose: who?
Scott: garret.
Rose: never liked that motherfucker.
Scott: he wants my help to break Violet out
Rose: you get Violet, he'll give you Liam (rolling my eyes)
Scott: exactly
Rose: I don't trust him tho
Scott: neither do I
Rose: can I help
Scott: yea, can you track liams scent?
Rose: I can try.
Scott: ok let me know if you find anything
Rose: will do
END OF CALL-
As much as I want to kill Garrett right now, it's best for me to find Liam. I catch his scent going into the woods.
"I hate the woods" I said.
"Don't we all" a voice said.
I get my claws out and glow my eyes. I look around. I see someone next to a tree. It's Brett.
"Calm down little hale" Brett said.
I roll my eyes and but my claws away and stop glowing my eyes.
"What do you want" I asked crossing my arms.
"I want to help" Brett said.
"No you don't, what do you want" I said.
"I said I want to help" Brett said.
I roll my eyes and keep walking.
"Your gonna ignore me now" Brett said.
"Yea I am" I said.
"That's quite rude" Brett said.
"Idc, now go" I said.
He grabs my arm and I spin around and grab his wrist and break it.
"Don't touch me" I said.
"Anger one I see" Brett said.
"Just go" I said.
"What are you looking for" Brett asked.
"Wouldn't you like to know" I said.
"Yea I do" Brett said.
I rolled my eyes.
"Ohhhh, it's Liam" Brett said.
I kept walking and didn't say anything.
"Yep its liam" Brett said.
"If you keep talking your gonna have another broken bone" I said.
"I can handle that" Brett said.
I started smelling blood and hear a heart beat. Brett was rambling on. I put my hand over his mouth. I listen to hear for a heart beat.
"Stop beating your heart" I said to Brett.
"Let me do that" Brett said.
I roll my eyes. I keep walking and follow the scent and the heart beat. I see this well. I can smell Liam. I run over and grab his arm. He looked up and I pulled him up. I gave him a hug. He pulled away and looked at Brett.
"And why are you here" Liam asked Brett.
"I helped" Brett said.
"You did not, you wouldn't shut up" I said.
Liam looked at me.
"I had no choice, killing him would be worse, but it's still on the list" I said.
"Ook" Liam said.
"Where's Scott?" Liam said.
"Right now probably attacking a car" I said.
"What?" Liam asked.
"Long story" I said. As we all walk out of the woods.
"So I was wondering-" Brett started saying.
"Brett if you don't shut up I'm gonna throw you in that well next" I said.
Liam started laughing.
"Ok" Brett said.
"Now I gotta call Scott" I said.
ON THE PHONE WITH SCOTT-
rose: I found him
Scott: really
Rose: yea
Scott: well I'm at the clinic meet me there.
Rose: ok
END OF CALL-
Liam, Brett, and I walk to the clinic. The woods where not far from vets. I walk in first. Scott looks at me weird.
"What?" I asked.
"Why's Brett with you" Scott asked.
"He almost didn't, I almost threw him in the well" I said.
"Ok?" Scott said.
"He followed me" I said.
"Oh, how many broken bones do you have" Scott asked Brett.
"Only got one" Brett said.
"Impressive" Scott said.
"He almost got 2" I said.
They all laugh. We walk into the clinic.
"So what happened" I asked.
"Kate" Scott said.
"Figured" I said.
"Berserkers?" I asked.
"Yep" Scott said.
"I would like to take Liam to the boat house" Scott said.
I looked at him weird.
"Rose get your head out of the gutter" Scott said.
"Hey, I wasn't the only one thinking it" I said.
"Yea i was" Brett said.
"So was i" Liam said.
"Yea me too" stiles said
"See" I said.
"Ok fair enough, you can come with if you want Rose" Scott said.
"Sure" I said.
"Let's go" Scott said.
Liam, Scott, stiles and I got in the jeep. We drove to the boat house. We all got out and walked to the barn on the lake.
"I jumped threw that" Liam said pointing at the broken window.
"Yea" i said.
"Why didn't it hurt" Liam asked.
"You healed when you transformed" I said.
"That's cool" Liam said.
"You can do alot of cool things once you learn control" I said. .
"What does your dad say when you get angry" Scott asked.
"He says when kids get angry they deal with it in one of two ways. They either hurt themselves or they hurt someone else." Liam said.
"You need an anchor" Scott said.
"A what?" Liam asked.
"A anchor, it's something it someone that stops you from changing and they basically give you control" I said.
"What your anchor scott" Liam asked.
"Uhh, allison" Scott said.
"Rose" Liam asked.
"Not answering that" I said.
"Why" Liam asked.
"That's for another time" I said.
"Rose's anchor is y-" Scott said.
But be stopped when I put my hand over his mouth. I looked at him and flashed my eyes.
"Acually it's not my place to tell you" Scott said.
I smiled and nodded.
"Now the question is, are you gonna try and learn control" Scott asked.
"I still think it would be better to chloroform and throw him in the lake" stiles said.
I put my hand over my forhead.
"Stiles" Scott said.
"What" stiles said.
"You wanted to chloroform me and throw me in the lake" Liam asked.
"Well...uhh... guys help me here" stiles and.
"Your on your own" I said.
"Uhh... this was when you wouldn't let us help" stiles said.
"Mhm ok" Liam said.
We all start laughing.
"Not funny guys" stiles said.
"It kinda is tho" i said.
"Just a little bit" Scott said.
"Let's go" stiles said walking away.
I get dropped off at home and the boys leave. Tomorrow we don't have school since its Saturday. And some students need to the PSATs. I walk in the door and Derek is standing there at his desk.
"Hello" I said.
"Oh hi rose" Derek said.
"Whats up" I said.
"Braeden has been attacked" Derek said.
"Go, I'll be fine" I said.
"You sure" Derek said.
"Yes go" I said.
"Thank you" derek said
I smiled and he ran out the door. I walk upstairs and I take a shower. I change and fall asleep.
