Anxiety
The feeling of not breathing
of no air or oxygen...
wanting to escape
wanting to feel safe again
but you are trapped
succumbed by your own stress and fear
the box.... your in a box, no way of escaping
no way of telling where you are
or what your doing...
your afraid of everything you do
and everything that you say
that nothing goes right...
you want to cry and to sob
but those tears of pain and anguish
are simply not heard nor seen
the box is getting smaller,
you losing this fight
your losing air, you crawl
you scratch, you dig
wanting to escape this hellish nightmare
but there is no escape
the box has trapped you in....
you air is gone, it's like hangman's noose
the rope is around your neck, choking you
squeezing the life out of you
you fight but... there is no use
your heart get's heavy, you run out of air
and your finally dead....
