The sun. Storm. Harpies fly over the castle. Red vampire eyes. Blood. An army of different races. The castle is in flames. Dragons.
The queen opened her eyes. Next to her lay the king in a deep sleep. It was still night. Drops of sweat formed on her forehead. She had a vision. A terrible one.
After a long time, a vision had come to her in a dream again. She brushed her tangled hair out of her face. Was this a sign?
Was it her purpose to prevent these images to strengthen her kingdom?
A war was approaching. The other races were not allowed to join forces under any circumstances.
Harpies. These were haunted characters from children's books. They lived behind the desert. Behind the land of dragons.
The queen got out of her bed and went to the window. She pushed the curtain aside and looked at the palace garden. It lay peacefully in the moonlight before her. Down at her feet!
Would everything go up in flames? War was approaching.
Once again, the world would bow to her.
