Verona has had a very successful tour this far and was nearing the end of her North American tour when the singer collapsed backstage.
Elsie had opened up about her struggles with depression, anxiety and eating disorder when she released her song, tv.
But just a week after releasing her newest single, Elsie was rushed to the hospital.
Sources say that Elsie was suffering from dehydration and malnutrition due to the actress relapsing.
Verona also suffered from self-harm marks on her upper thighs.
This brought a shockwave of concern to be flooded in her comment section, wishing the girl a speedy recovery.
Many fans took to twitter expressing their anger on Kaia being the reason why Elsie had done what she did.
A few days ago, screenshots of a conversation between Elsie and Kaia, where the model body shamed Elsie and called her many derogatory terms was leaked.
Within an hour of those messages, Kaia lost a significant amount of followers while Elsie gained more.
Fans blamed the media for Elsie relapsing and self-harming, claiming that the industry does this to it's celebrities.
Others sent their thoughts towards the actress, wishing for her to get better soon.
No update has been reported on Verona and it's been nearly 10 hours since the news of her being rushed to the hospital had been announced.

Just last night, Elsie Verona was rushed to the hospital after collapsing before her show in Dallas, Texas.
Earlier this month, Elsie opened up about her struggles with her depression and anorexia when she released her newest single 'Tv.'
Verona has always had comments made about her body when she first joined the industry as a model but never paid much mind to it until recently.
She received comments that blamed her for her previous partners cheating, claiming that they wouldn't want to be with someone as overweight as Elsie.
The floodgates of hate came when it was revealed that she'd be portraying Emily in the live action remake of the Corpse Bride, where she'd be starring alongside Timothee Chalamet and Anya Taylor-Joy.
Fans of the original film stating that Emily should be portrayed by a thinner actress like Lily-Rose Depp and claimed that Elsie was overweight when in reality, she was anything but.
Fans made smart remarks such as, "I love the body inclusivity but Emily should be played by someone skinny, not plus-sized."
After this, Elsie had stopped posting on her Instagram account and had her manager Roxanne take over for her.
It may have seemed that she wasn't letting these words affect her, but it was.
The actress had cut in portions in half and had managed to drop close to twenty pounds in a matter of a few weeks, this being seen when the actress appeared at the Elvis premiere at Graceland with co-star Austin Butler and Priscilla Presley.
The actresses cheeks were very hollow and if it weren't for the amount of makeup she was wearing, we would have been able to see the eyeballs under her eyes.
Fans expressed concerns over this and soon after, it was revealed that Elsie had developed an eating disorder and depression and was in recovery.
Fans thought that this would be the end of it and that Elsie was on the road to recovery.
But messages between Elsie Verona and Kaia Gerber were released, where the model was body shaming Verona and had claimed Austin would never leave Kaia for someone overweight.
Fans did not take this lightly and within an hour of the messages being leaked, Kaia was trending on twitter, fans wanting Kaia to be canceled and lose all business opportunities after treating Elsie the way that she did.
It, of course, worked and Kaia had lost close to 5 million in the first two days since the messages were leaked.
Devoted fans of Verona had become worried, scared that this would cause Elsie to relapse.
Just a week after the incident, Elsie had collapsed before her concert and was rushed to the hospital, resulting in her show being canceled.
Fans hoped the singer would be okay and that she was just exhausted but a few hours after she was rushed to the hospital, it was revealed by EMS that Elsie was suffering from malnutrition and self-harming inflicted injuries on her thighs.
This caused for fans of Verona to place blame on Kaia, claiming that the model was a disgusting person and was the reason why Elsie was hospitalized.
Since then, Kaia has disabled her instagram and has yet to make a comment about the situation while other celebrities and dear friend of Verona took to Instagram and Twitter to send their condolences to the actress and her family, wishing the actress a speedy recovery and positive energy.
Celebrities like Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Alex Turner, The Wallows, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Aniston, Emma Stone, and Blake Lively took to Twitter to express their condolences and asked for everyone to send out positive messages for the girl.
Even some of Elsie's old co-stars like Andrew Lincoln, Chris Evans, Joe Keery and Chris Pratt sent some kind words to the actress.
No new information about the actresses current state is available at the time and we hope she has a speedy recovery.

when news broke of elsie collapsing at her show, hayden had just gotten off of his plane that had landed in texas.
hayden was waiting for his bag when the news article popped up on his phone that had elsie's picture on it and stated that she had collapsed before her show and had cuts on her thighs, indicating that she had been self-harming.
his bag soon came after and he rushed to the hospital.
his only thought was getting to elsie as quickly as he could.
but hayden was not the only one who rushed to texas.
harry and florence had jumped on the earliest flight and had made it to texas as well, worried for their friends state.
andrew had also jumped on a flight and had made it before harry and florence did.
the actor wanting to be there for his fiancé and wanting to be there for his future sister-in-law.
even when everyone had arrived, she was still unconscious.
"how long has she been unconscious?" hayden asked as he took a glance at her sleeping frame.
"it's been 10 hours." jackie muttered as she stared at elsie.
"i should've known something was going on. i should've known she relapsed. the signs were all there." jackie frowned as tears filled her eyes.
"you couldn't have known, jackie. we all thought she was getting better." hayden frowned as he comforted jackie while she let andrew bring her into his arms.
"i hate that she felt like she couldn't tell anyone. she was doing this all alone." jackie cried as she hide her face in andrew's chest.
before either of them could speak, footsteps were heard from down the hall causing the three to turn and see luke walking towards them.
"what are you doing here?" hayden asked with a raised brow.
"i jumped on the first flight here. i wouldn't be able to live with myself if i wasn't here for her." luke explained causing the three to nod.
"thank you for coming, luke." jackie smiled as she brought her hand in his.
"calum and the others are on their way along with niall and the others. they should be here in an hour." luke explained causing the three to nod.
"can i go see her?" luke whispered causing jackie to nod.
"go ahead." jackie forced a smile before luke walked into the room.
he took a shake breath in before sitting down in the seat next to elsie's bed.
"hey ellie." he muttered as he grabbed elsie's hand and placed it in his.
"god, i'm sorry." he whispered as he felt his eyes water.
"why is the past repeating itself?" he muttered as he wiped away his tears with his free hand.
"i remember when i found out you weren't eating full portions. i felt sick to my stomach and it didn't help that you turned to self-harming to cope." luke cried.
"it all started after people were comparing you to your sister and i tried my best to be there for you but you shut me out. after everything that happened, you promised that you'd talk to me if it ever got this bad again."
"why didn't you come to me instead of going through this alone?" luke sighed as he rests his forehead against her hand.
it was then that elsie stirred awake and looked over at luke.
"luke?" she whispered causing the singer to look up at her.
"you're awake. let me go get jackie." luke announced as he got up but was stopped by elsie.
"please don't get her." she begged causing luke to nod and sit back down.
"why didn't you tell me?" luke asked softly.
"because i couldn't put you through that again. it nearly killed you." elsie frowned.
"and this nearly killed you, elsie. i thought we promised that you'd come to me if it ever got this bad again."
"i wanted to, luke. i did. but then every comment that was left on my instagram ran through my head, claiming you cheated because i was overweight."
"i never cheated on you because you were overweight. you weren't the problem whatsoever. i screwed up. i know that and you do too. do not blame yourself for me cheating. it was never and will never be your fault." luke frowned as he caressed elsie's hair.
"and it wasn't your fault that austin cheated on you. it was never your fault. we were assholes that took advantage of your kindness and i've been trying to mend the pieces because you were once my best friend and it hurts to know you're suffering because of my mistake."
"and i've forgiven you, luke. it's okay." elsie smiled at luke.
"hayden's here. i think it's best you talk to him." luke informed her.
"he's here?" she whispered softly.
"he is. do you want me to send him in?" luke asked.
"please." elsie smiled causing luke to nod before he leaned over and kissed her forehead.
"okay." luke whispered before leaving the room.
"elsie's awake. she wants to see you, hayden." luke told the three.
"are you okay with me going before you?" hayden asked jackie causing the girl to nod.
"go see our girl, hayden. she needs you more than me." jackie smiled.
hayden nodded before walking past luke and walking into elsie's room.
"hey lena." hayden whispered causing elsie to look over at him.
"hey ani." elsie smiled as hayden walked towards her and sat in the chair next to her bed.
it was silent for a moment before hayden held elsie's hand in his.
"i thought i lost you when i heard you were rushed here. i couldn't even think, all i wanted was to be here with you." hayden confessed as tears filled his eyes.
"i thought i needed to go through this alone. to heal and be better before we were together but in reality, i needed you, hayden. i can't do this alone without you. i was stupid to think that was possible." elsie confessed as she brought their intertwined hands to her chest.
"i love you so much, hayden. i want to be better for you and for briar and i thought i could do that alone but i can't. i need you." elsie confessed softly.
"i love you too, elsie. much more than you think. i don't want to ever experience life without you again." hayden confessed.
"you won't. i don't think i should be on tour for awhile. i need to heal before i can give my all into my performances. i want to be home, with you and briar. i want to start doing the egg retrieval. most importantly, i want to be there for my sister when she gets married."
"if that's what you want, that's what we'll do. i just want you to be happy, baby." hayden smiled.
"and i am when i'm with you."
"then that's what we'll do." hayden smiled before he leaned forward and pressed his lips to hers.
