These three were about to give the same Pomeranian a triple power bomb but was stopped by-
Principal: Can someone tell me...sigh, how did this all happened?
The principal asked the people in front of him, it consists of Sun, who's very energetic, Ao, who's looking at the Pomeranian with a dead look, Midoriya, who looks anywhere but his mother and the principal, The Pomeranian, who's scarred and was looking at Ao with a pissed look and behind him was his mother.
Sun: THAT WAS FUN!
Principal: No it was not! You broke our equipment, you injured our students, and you almost killed someone.
Ao: With all due respect sir, why don't I explain what happened.
Pomeranian: I'll tell you what happened! Deku and these losers tried to kill us!
Ao: The reason is self defense because you tried to throw an explosion at Midoriya-san!
Pomeranian: No I didn't do it! He's trying to frame me!
Ao: Listen here you little brat! You think you could get away with this just you got a quirk!

And that his mother smacked her fist on his head, shutting him up.

Sun: I WANNA FIGHT MORE!

We see Midoriya, walking at the beach. He then saw a shirtless Sun doing push ups on a plank, surrounded by burning coal.

He waved, while stopping his exercise routine, he grab the nearby towel and wipe his sweats.
Sun: This is not the training you're going to do, don't worry. I'll help you train your, Three S.
Midoriya: Three S?
Sun: It means:

Stamina.
Midoriya: Oh you don't worry about Stamina, Al- I mean, my sensei trained me a few months ago.
Sun: I'm still going to train your stamina. Now come kid, let's meditate.
He said, while pointing at the two mats, he and Midoriya sat down and meditate with only the sounds of the breeze and the sea.
Midoriya smiled as he finally reached relaxation but not until-
Everybody is Kung Fu fighting (hoo! Huh!)
Sun tried to land a punch at him, but he soon dodged.

Another scene shows as Sun broke a plank with a quick swift of his hand.

Midoriya tried to do it, but injured his hand in the process.

He then sat on the ground, internally screaming while holding his hand.

Ao came along and wraps Midoriya's hand with bandage.

Sun showed the green boy a few moves, and tells him to repeat it step by step.

Midoriya showed him what Sun just did, Sun then corrected him on some of his mistakes.

Sun and Midoriya synchronized their moves, but Midoriya accidentally slipped as Sun only sighed.

He then gave Midoriya a bottle of water, which he gladly accepted.

A scene showed that Midoriya was forced to do the forearm bridge while groaning in pain and agony, while Sun was happily texting someone, not giving a shit to the poor kid.

He was then blindfolded and tried to dodge the incoming attacks using his other senses.

But he was hit in every direction and he got hit in the stomach, forcing him to coughed up blood.

We then see Midoriya do clapping push-ups, with Sun swinging a reed around his hands at regular intervals.

As both ran the whole beach until the sunset.

With Midoriya now running pass through him

As both meditate as the sun sets down.

As both practiced various Kung Fu forms.

They then showed each other off by doing some flips

They both then stared each other and bowed in respect

Midoriya then looked at Sun and bowed again.
Midoriya: Thank you, Sensei.
Sun: No problem kid, say.....how the hell did you get so jacked? It's been like a week.
He pointed at Midoriya's buffed body, which the kid could only rub his neck.
Midoriya: I may have...uuh...did it a bit too much.
Sun: That's fine. I was going to make you lift heavy weights, but you beat me first.
Midoriya could only stare at him with a sweat drop, and his watch suddenly ticked.
Midoriya: Oh, I must get going now Sensei. My mother's calling me.
Sun: Be safe Kid.
Midoriya: I will!
He said, as he waved goodbye but not before grabbed his things. Ao then appeared with a smile on his face.
Sun: .........why are you staring at me like that?
Ao: Because brother, I kept noticing that you keep looking at your phone every time you train Midoriya-san. Who's the girl?
Sun: Nunya.
Ao: Nunya?
Sun: Nunya Business.
Ao: Well if you won't talk, then I will. I kept texting this....person.
Sun: Is she nice?
Ao: Well.....he's a bit of a wildcard, but he's nice.
Sun: Oh, that's good to hea-.....wait did you just say "he"? TWICE?
Ao: Yes. Is there something wrong brother?
Sun: Tell me where he is right now!
Ao: Brother no!
Ao warned, but Sun ran anywhere just to find the guy who's been chatting his little brother. Ao then chased him with his weapon in tack.
