A devil thought as they waited on a dark room. The devil was sealed and kept safe, even more so treated well in Hell. However, they were chained as they were not allowed to leave the chambers.

" Yo... Finally got you a present. " Y/n said as he reached the Temple of Chaos, with the Shadow Devil dragging the strongest devil they had found. " You really went all the trouble to give me that as a gift? You are very thoughtful. " the devil commended as Y/n chuckled.
" They were in the way. So I decided to kill some of the horde. The strongest one was using lightning to move so quick, it broke my arm so I had to use some of my blood to empower your sword and darken the place. " he said as the devil saw that Y/n's left arm was broken by a strong hit.
" I apologize for the test I have given you, it must have been grueling. "
" Yeah, I don't mind. Besides, even though no one says it, I want to prove that I am strong and capable enough on my own. " Y/n accepted the apology as the devil then consumed the blood of the Lightning Devil.
" Now then, I haven't said what I am right? Apologies, but the issues right now was so important I couldn't introduce myself.
I am the Primal Devil serving the Chaos Devil, the primal fear of the darkness. I am the Darkness Devil. " the Darkness Devil introduced himself as Y/n bowed down. " I am thankful for the blade you have given me. Now then, what do you want to show me? " he asked as he was a bit demanding as to know why he was brought here.
" I understand. The memory wipe was quite drastic, Makima...went miles through just to keep you out of the Devil Hunting business. " Darkness Devil pointed out as Y/n was wondering what the hell the devil was talking about. " I don't need more questions, I need answers. I need to know who the people around me are. I feel like everyone is hiding something from me one way or another. " he demandingly asked as the Darkness Devil then turned away from Y/n, not even minding that he has the blade and the risk of being attacked.
" I'll show you. Follow me. " Darkness Devil commanded as they walked on the temple's ruins. The Shadow Devil stayed outside, acting as a guard dog in case there were any outsiders. " Now then, how much do you know about the devil living inside you? " Darkness Devil asked as Y/n shrugged.
" Not much, all I know is that it is a devil that I can consider as a friend. Though it likes harboring in my mind like it's a killing intent trigger. So basically we know each other for a while now. " he answered as they were near a sealed door. Suddenly, Y/n's nape burned and he hissed in pain.
" It seems like your pentagram is responding to this door isn't it? Your questions... they're finally answered by this door. " the Darkness Devil said as blood suddenly burst out from his nape. Those then immediately went on the patterns in the sealed door, slowly yet loudly opening.
It was as if his powers with Blood had dissipated, as Y/n went pale and was struggling to get up. Once more, he was revoked of any chance of his powers being regained. " I-it has returned to its original owner hasn't it? " he asked in a low tone, trying not to be frustrated that his power was taken away.
" It has, and soon, they will awaken. Fret not, if ever they try and hurt you, they shall face my wrath. "
" I am fine with those taken away. It wasn't even mine in the first place. Everything I have was just borrowed in the first place. " Y/n said as he had already lost hope of himself. As the door opened, a familiar devil then awakened.
Suddenly, as if by a whim, Y/n approached the room. Dropping the blade as the only means to protect himself, he felt like he could trust the devil inside the room. Suddenly, a voice inside his memories then called out his name. This time, it wasn't Makima, it was never Makima. As he reached out his hand, two hands then clasped his and suddenly, the two then uttered out each of their names,
" Power... "
" Y/n...
Welcome home... "

" You're still alive eh? I never thought you'd be this tenacious. " Auron commended as he stood up from the explosion. Makima was struggling to even stand, and the orb's ability to regenerate Makima's body to it's normal state was dwindling. All it could do was make a shadowy goop that makes up her arms and legs. Hell, even half of her face was unrecognizable from the damage.
" You look pitiful, I will put you out of your misery. " Auron said as suddenly, Makima roared as tendrils of shadow then lashed at Auron. Suddenly, as he summoned a large headless knight holding a halberd, the hacked communicator then reached out. A voice then said this message in a fearful tone:
" M-miss Makima! Miss Makima! Can anyone hear me?! "
Auron then made the voice louder and imitating Makima's voice, he then said, " Speak. What is happening there? "
" Y-Y/n... Y/n went missing! He was just in the room a while ago! Everything was pitch dark and then...then...he was gone! " a female voice said as suddenly, a hole was then teared in the sky. It was as if the goal changed from killing Auron to saving Y/n.
" You do have a heart after all. Though it's already corrupted. " he said as he let Makima struggled to even reach her hand through the portal of hell.
" I'll let him set you free by his own hands. Until then, you have some debts to pay. " Auron told her before leaving her behind in her grotesque demise. " She'll never go back to normal after this. The shadow snarling face will be permanent this time, as well as her monstrous left arm. Serves her right. " War Devil said as she was expressing anger and vengeance on the pitiful appearance Makima had.
" Aren't you at the same title as Makima? A horseman of apocalypse? Shouldn't you be allying with her or at least feel pity about her? " Auron asked as the War Devil remembered something from many years ago.
' If you bring me the orb, I promise that I will bring him back for you. '
" That bastard manipulated me when I was emotionally vulnerable. Hakos had just died back then at the war against the Order Devil. I killed all the traitors who planned to strike Hakos down when...that Chainsaw Devil then nearly killed me.
I was ready to die back then, as I knew what I had caused from my recklessness. Two World Wars, one erased completely by the Chainsaw Man and one still remembered by the society. I was better off that I don't exist. I thought bringing him back to life would atone everything I had done, but it just made Makima claim the orb for herself. Lucky for us, she was trying to modify the orb to her bidding back then and not claiming it as her own as she is doing now. "
The War Devil explained as Auron knew that it was a soothing vengeance for the devil on what was happening to Makima. " About Y/n, you think he's fine wherever he is with the Darkness Devil? " Auron asked as the War Devil scoffed. " Are you doubting our grand butler? We orchestrated this and you agreed with full trust. Plus, we bagged the Blood Devil so we have everything set. " she said as Asa berated, ' You left me behind and I have no fighting experience! '
' Well now you do. At least you got a taste what devil hunting is like. So, you wanna quit now or nah? ' War Devil taunted as Asa was still downright persistent. " You two need training. Once we are done with Makima, you and Y/n are going to be training under Quanxi. " he told as the two then left.

" Oh how much I've missed to see you in person again... " Power said as she gently hugged Y/n as to not hurt him. " M-me too... I really do... " Y/n said as he finally recovered some fragments of his memories.
The memories mostly consisted of Power's time as a fiend, a devil hunter, and finally, her final moments as a fully fledged devil. The last piece of the memory was the time where he was encased in a crystal.
2 Years Ago...
" I want to make a contract with you... If ever, if I ever die...in any circumstances and you ever lose your strength... I'll lend you most of my being through the blood you drained inside me. Please, find someone who loves you as I do.

Power's words then reached through Y/n who was encased in a crystal and the boy then nodded. Shedding blood from her hand, those then seeped through the crystal, and reached to Y/n's nape, forming a blood colored pentagram.
" I shall see you soon Ma Chere...
For now...rest, and be strong. "
The last parts of the piece then played. It was Makima brutally toying around, and finally, killing Power, but not before calling the latter a lout that is undeserving of Y/n.
Present...
" O-oh god... W-why? Makima.... You bastard.... You took away everything... " Y/n uttered in shock and anger that she faked his own life. Replacing parts of his life with her roleplaying as his savior. " I know... I understand your anger... Though there are still some missing pieces of your memories as I only implanted what memories I had shared with you... " Power said as she caressed Y/n's hair.
" So that explains the ero parts. How many times did you do it with me you horny idiot? "

" There are so many things that I need to have answers about...yet less are given... So, can we go home? I want to be with everyone again... " Y/n asked as he longed for his old friends that he considered family.
" Gladly, Darkness Devil? Hit it. " Power said as suddenly, the Darkness Devil ordered something in unknown language and then, a giant hand then transported the two to somewhere familiar.
Suddenly the two realized where they are. They were in the plains where the abandoned house was in. Power then sat down and looked at Y/n, then smiling sweetly. No lust, no obsession, just pure adoration for him.
" Let's take a rest for a while. We'll ride back at home at dawn. I know where to go. " she recommended as she rested on the ground, with Y/n being clung onto her as if he doesn't want to let go of her.
" When we get back home, let's feed Meowy tasty treats. " Y/n said as Power agreed on this statement.
