 " Welp... Looks like we are going to die... She knows that we fucked up real bad... " Longsword said to Whip as she was scared for their lives. Makima cherishes Y/n well, and something like this would end them up in getting tortured.

" I don't want to die a horrible death! L-let's make a run for it! " Whip panicked as she dragged Longsword outside Makima's office. The two then ran outside the office and then went to their designed offices to pack up their important stuff and documents. Suddenly they then heard a voice:

" Oh my. What brings you two in a rush? "

Whip then yelped and immediately turned around. Recognizing the voice, she shuddered as she ushered Longsword to make a run for it as the two got chained when Longsword was about to transform into a hybrid.

" Oh we can't have you transforming now do we? I can beat you with both of you transformed but I afford not to take chances. Your failures are quite grave...

You will be dispatched from duty, and I will do the honors of doing so. "

The Next Day...

" UP AND AT 'EM! IT'S MORNING! " Power shouted as Y/n then woke up in a groggy manner and growled. " You didn't have to yell... Though, it is still a bit early, like 4 AM? Yeah now seems like a great time to dispatch and return home. " he said as he stood up and was about to leave. Power then picked him up by one hand and then carried him by the back. " No you aren't going anywhere without me mister! Plus it is faster to go back home riding on my back. Just hold on tight okay? " she said and Y/n held onto her tightly. Suddenly, as if in a burst of speed, Power zoomed away faster than ever, rushing towards their home, with no care of destroying a part of a building and laughing.

" Aren't you going too fast? Plus you are kinda maybe and possible causing property damage! " Y/n told Power as she wasn't listening. Possibly in a euphoric state of finally returning and reuniting with Y/n. Plus the fact she has a newfound strength adds that too. " Gyahahaha! All humans kneel before me! I, the Great Power rules you all! " she shouted as suddenly, her arm was shot down by a crossbow.

" Asshole. " Power said as she went down and saw Quanxi and her harem. " Oh hey... Long time no see Quanxi. " Y/n said as he appeared besides Power, still holding onto her tightly. " So, how was the trip in hell? I hope it wasn't terrifying there or else they're going to pay. " Quanxi told Y/n as he shuddered from the menace from her voice.

" Yeah nothing really bad happened, some scratches and cuts but it's part of being a devil hunter. " he lied as he had his arm broken already. ' Power fixing it was way worse... Imagine your very own blood rearranging your bones just for it to be fixed. ' he said in his mind and sighed. " By the way, do you have some room for Power? I feel like she'll get killed right out in the open if we even leave her outside Auron's place. " Y/n asked as Quanxi shrugged.

" Unless you could find a corpse with huge assets, I think you'll have to stay with the Misfits for a while. So yeah, no mating unless you want to do it out in the open. " Quanxi joked as Y/n was deadpanned. " I am not that perverted like you. I do it in private. " he said as Power laughed. " Love to see the good old you back. Let's go home. " she said as a fiend then uttered, " Halloween! " before they left.

Unknown to them, unknown eyes were watching them it prowled and then disappeared. As if heading somewhere else.

" Hm... I think this should do. " Reze said as she was checking the groceries she had bought today. ' A day off would be good for us for the next few days. Aki is still in trauma and Denji is still under stress... I better get back as soon as possible. There may be a chance Makima is waiting for a chance to get me. ' she thought as she paid for the groceries.
