You're Y/n l/n you and your family are one of the most rich and powerful families of legacy vampires and your family is close with the Fairmonts, you like all of them except Elinor. You both met as kids and grew up together you and her were inseparable until you got to high school where you hated eachother, you have no idea what happened or why Elinor changed quickly, it hurt but after freshman year you accepted it and you hate her now cause of that and all the awful stuff she's done since. It's now been years since high school and every time you interact it ends up with people getting hurt. Today you and your family have been invited as Elinor's grandmother is there. You dress smartly and head to the fairmont mansion with your parents. You ring the bell and step back waiting for the door to open and Margot opens it.
M- hello l/n's so good to see you all again, come on in
U- hi mrs fairmont, how are you?

You get to the dining room and you lock eyes with Elinor

You guys go up to her room and she closes the door

E- I've never hated you I found out about the agreement just before high school and I made the decision to cut you out and pretend to hate you cause I didn't want to marry you cause we were forced I wanted to be with you cause you wanted to not because we were forced. My grandmother and your parents found out that I had a crush on you and that they think you had one on me so they thought it's the perfect arrangement so they made the deal and they told me a month later a week before we started high school. I thought pushing you away and acting like... what did you call me a psycho bitch would made the deal go away then I could be your best friend again but it didn't happen and I made the mistake of faking the hatred for too long. I hate that we argue so much and I know I took it too far and I should've told you the minute I found out but I didn't. Can we both just stop acting and just be ourselves again?

U- I am being myself, I tried so hard not to hate you so hard I thought the best friend I loved was still there but it took me a year to realise that wasn't happening so after the torture you put me through I started to hate you there's no acting on my part, you fucked up and me hating you is the punishment for it. I don't want to marry you and I'll do everything in my power to try and persuade them to cancel it so we don't have to see eachother again.

You see the heartbreak in her eyes but she's good at hiding her feelings, you feel bad for her for a second but you remember the torment she's put you through so you ignore it

You leave Elinor's room and go downstairs
D- Sorted it all out
U- ma'am how long do we have to stay married for this agreement to be completed
D- it's infinite so forever. Y/n you're marrying my granddaughter whether you like it or not and what's not to like she's the heir, she's beautiful and a good vampire what more could you want?

You leave
D- elinor you need to convince her your wedding is in 6 months, can I count on you to make her see reason in the union

She leaves the house and looking around to find you but she can't see you or your car. You ran off and left a note as you're not coming back. Elinor finds the note

We aren't getting married I've left and I'm not coming back, they can't marry us when I'm not there. You may say you love me but if you truly did you would've never did the heinous things you did to me over the years.

Elinor starts to cry but stops herself, she composes herself and walks back into the house

Elinor goes to her room and slams the door.
That evening she gets dressed in and dress and leaves the fairmont mansion and goes on a killing spree

This killing spree happens for 2 months but she was smart enough to not do it in her town to not draw attention to her family. Juliette has got increasingly worried about her sister so she decides to call you on a secret phone you have which you gave her the number too incase of a bad situation. She rings and after it's rings twice you pick up

She's gone on a killing spree, she's angry and upset all the time she's in a spiral since you left and I think our grandmother may make her loose her spot and the second in line, y/n she's loosing everything she needs you. I know what she did is beyond fucked up but even when you were fighting she was happy cause she still got to see you but she doesn't even know where you are and it's killing her please come home I don't care if you get married or not but she needs you please. The next day
