(This chapter and the next are a crossover with the Wednesday story by Mikexlrose . This was also written by him. Not sure if they're canon to my story or not. Either way enjoy. This Arc is most likely the last you'll ever hear from this story)

"Muffin how much farther do we have to go, my legs are starting to get tired." (y/n) groaned, his eyes closed as Wednesday led him by the hand through the misty woods surrounding Nevermore Academy. He could hear the rustling of leaves beneath his feet and the distant howling of the wind as he sank further and further into oversized his puffy jacket and pulled it tighter around himself with every gust.

Wednesday turned to him, a smirk playing at the corners of her lips watching him struggle. "You poor thing, are you really getting tired already? You really need to man up, (y/n)" She says, (y/n) frowns and puffs his cheeks.

"I'm not tired, just a little winded, and way colder than I thought I would be." (y/n) says, the winds instantly picking up, causing the trees to sway and creak ominously while a chilled breeze crawls down his spine forcing (y/n) to hunch his shoulders desperately trying to shield himself from the chilly gusts

"Ugh, stupid wind just stop already you're so annoying, I hate you!"

"Annoying? I think it adds to the ambiance, don't you?" She said completely unfazed by the frigid breeze as it brushed across her face as she continued to lead the way, (y/n) let out a heavy sigh and shook his head in annoyance " I don't care about the ambiance, and unlike you, I didn't spend a winter hibernating with grizzlies, I just wanna get to wherever it is you're taking me and be back to cuddling in bed as soon as possible." He grumbled, and Wednesday gave his hand a strong yet calming squeeze,

"Don't worry, we're almost there. Just a little bit farther."

(y/n) reluctantly nodded his head and kept his eyes shut, feeling the cracking of twigs under his shoes with every step. As they continued on, Wednesday's

pace slowed down just a bit, and she glanced back at him. "You know, I understand that this isn't exactly the most pleasant experience for you, but I promise it'll be worth it once we arrive." She says, and (y/n) finally cracks the smallest of smiles feeling the small amounts of warmth from her spread to his hand.

"I'm sure it will be, plus as long as I'm with you, every step is worth it." He says, lovingly and wholeheartedly, small traces of color slowly crawling onto Wednesday's face as his words played in her mind before slowing down even more to walk beside him until they finally reached their destination, As they emerged from the trees, Y/N opened his eyes and gasped at the sight before him. A wide-open field stretched out in front of them, covered in a thick blanket of fog. In the distance, he could just make out the outline of a picnic blanket, and the unmistakable silhouette of a basket waiting for the both of them as candles of purple and black flames guided their way.

"Wow, Wednesday this is...amazing" (y/n) said admiring the view, Wednesday smiled ever so slightly as she walked towards the picnic blanket with him not far behind, but just as they were about to step onto the blanket, (y/n) stopped dead in his tracks and stared at Wednesday a firey skepticism burning in his eyes

"What is it?" Wednesday asked, puzzled.

"Wednesday isn't the type of girl to do something this romantic and thoughtful even for her boyfriend. You must be an imposter!" He exclaimed pointing his finger at her with conviction and sternness in his voice, causing Wednesday to simply cross her arms and stare at him deadpan

"I see now how you've perceived me this entire time, (l/n)

"You forgot about my first name."

"(l/n) doesn't deserve more than just (l/n)" She said cold and monotone, (y/n) chuckled

"Fine, fine. But seriously, why are you doing all of this?" he asked, his curiosity piqued. Wednesday let out a sigh and met his gaze as they sat down.

"When I first arrived at Nevermore, romance was the furthest thing from my mind. But one of my first experiences with it was in a setting like this, and unfortunately, the person I shared that moment with turned out to be a psychotic serial killing monster. Lucky me," she added bitterly, and as (y/n) listened intently, she noticed him inching closer and closer to her. "But then you came into my life annoyingly so, for better or worse. And I realized recently that while I can't change that first moment here with the wrong person, I can replace it with one of my last moments here with the right one," Wednesday finished, her voice softening as she spoke, (y/n) reached out to cup Wednesday's cheek, his thumb tracing small circles on her skin.

"Our journey to one another wasn't always perfect, but it's ours...and because of that, I'll stay by your side until the end. He said, his eyes filled with warmth, love, and affection. Wednesday leaned into his touch, closing her eyes briefly before opening them again to meet his gaze.

"I know," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.

(y/n) leaned in closer, his lips hovering over hers. "Thank you," he murmured before closing the distance between them, kissing her with a tenderness that spoke volumes. Wednesday melted into the kiss, her arms wrapping around his neck as they lost themselves in the moment, the world around them fading away into the fog. When they finally broke apart, they were both breathless, their foreheads resting against each other.

"Come on, let's eat," Wednesday said, a small smile tugging at the corners of her lips as she picked up the basket and began to unpack it. (y/n) couldn't help but smile in return, feeling grateful for this moment and for the girl sitting beside him. They ate in comfortable silence for a while afterward, watching the mist roll over the field. Although (y/n) couldn't help but feel a little uneasy as the wind began to pick up, and the clouds were getting darker by the minute.

"Hey, don't you think we should maybe pack up soon? It looks like a storm might be coming." He said, Wednesday glanced up at the sky but didn't seem too concerned.

"I like storms"

"You like being caught in them?" He asked and Wednesday just shrugged

"I like the feeling of being at the mercy of something bigger than myself, It's exhilarating."

"Yeah, well I don't particularly enjoy the idea of getting struck by lightning, love. My hair's already starting to stand on end. he said, half-jokingly, Wednesday quickly finished the last of her sandwich and stood up, brushing off the grass from her pants.

"Alright you scaredy cat if you're that afraid, we can head back.

"Thank you," (y/n) replied, hopping to his feet. He gave her a soft kiss on the cheek before taking her hand in his, smiling blissfully as they made their way.

As they started to walk back through the woods toward Nevermore, the wind began to howl even louder, and (y/n) felt a shiver run down his spine. "I don't know about this, Wednesday," he said, raising his voice over the roaring of the winds, Wednesday didn't answer, but Y/N could see that she was starting to walk faster. He hurried to keep up with her, his heart pounding in his chest when suddenly there was a deafening crack of thunder, and (y/n) stumbled over a tree root, falling to the ground. He looked up to see Wednesday's hand reaching down to help him up, but before he could take it, his eyes shot open as he watched in horror as the clouds instantly split apart above them in a flash of azure blue light sending down an enormous and devastating wave of wind and lighting from on high directly onto them. The ground beneath their breath shatters instantly under its force before launching both of them into the air.

"(Y/N!)" Wednesday's voice was barely audible over the roar of the storm. "(Y/N), hold on! We'll make it through this!" (Y/N) desperately tried to reach out to her, but the wind was too strong, and he was quickly losing his grip on consciousness. He felt himself being flung even higher into the air, his body twisting and turning as he was carried away by the force of the storm. Suddenly, he felt a sharp pain in his arm as he collided with a branch, and everything went black. In his final moments of awareness, he watched helplessly as Wednesday vanished into the winds... and something else emerged from the clouds above.
—————
When (y/n) finally regained consciousness, he found himself lying on the ground in the middle of the forest. Groaning in pain, he tried to sit up but his head throbbed and his arm ached from colliding with a branch. As he looked around, he realized that he was alone. Wednesday was nowhere to be seen, and the only sounds he heard were the birds chirping and the sunlight shining down as if the storm and whatever he had just been through had never happened at all.
"Wednesday" He called out, his voice weak and hoarse, but there was no answer aside from that of the winds whistling through the trees. (y/n) struggled to his feet, his mind reeling as he tried to understand what had just happened. He remembered the storm, the lightning, the wind, Wednesday... and then, nothing. He stumbled forward, his legs weak and wobbly, but filled with determination to get back to her.

"Don't worry Muffin...I'll find you...I promise." He muttered to himself as he walked through the dense forest sniffing when he could to find her familiar scent allowing his animal instinct to fully take over for the moment until finally he found it.

"There!" (y/n) exclaims as he locks onto Wednesday's scent and takes off following it deeper and deeper into the forest, his senses on high alert for any danger lurking. As he pushed through the underbrush, he caught sight of a clearing up ahead, and his heart leaped in his chest as there in the center of the clearing stood Wednesday seemingly lost and confused yet safe and sound.

"Wednesday!" He called out, relief flooding through him as he ran towards her, his pace quickening with every step as he approached while she slowly turned to face him. As (y/n) finally reached her, he let out a deep sigh of relief and his eyes locked onto hers. He approached her slowly and gently, not wanting to startle her, and when he was close enough, he reached out and caressed her cheek. He felt her soft skin under his fingertips, and it brought a sense of calmness to his racing mind.

"Thank god I...I thought I might've lost you." He says smiling tears threatening to fall from his eyes as she gently takes his hand... and twists it causing him to wince in pain

"Ow! What was that f-" He tries to finish but Wednesday quickly cuts him off glaring daggers into his eyes before sending a swift kick right to his groin "Don't touch..." She quickly followed through sending an ever harder quick straight to (y/n's) groin once dropping him onto his back instantly as he held it in excruciating pain all the while Wednesday smiled proudly "Me."

"You missed the first time...then you got 'em both the second time." (y/n) pointed out desperately trying not to break from the pain while Wednesday stood over him.

"Who are you? And why do you look like--" She went to finish but is cut off by the sound of a booming wind bursting in the distance Wednesday's eyes widened immediately as she looked toward the direction it came from.
"Y/N!" She yells, rushing off in the direction of the noise, (y/n) groaned in pain clutching his groin as he struggled to get up. "Wait, Wednesday! What's going on?... I am (y/n)!" he called after her, but she was already gone. With a groan, he managed to pull himself up, wincing at the pain.

"Owwwwww my groin...my...my feelings," he groaned, looking around before sprinting after her. As he ran, the wind grew stronger and more violent, causing him to stumble and struggle to keep his balance. The trees swayed and bent under the force of the wind, and he knew that something powerful was causing it just up ahead. Despite the pain in his groin, (y/n) pushed himself harder, determined to find Wednesday and figure out what was going on. Finally, he burst through the trees and into a clearing, but what he saw made him freeze in terror.

In the clearing's center, a figure stood his back turned to (y/n), his arm outstretched as they held Wednesday in place. A whirlwind surrounded them, and as (y/n) watched, fear gave way to unyielding rage upon meeting the figure's gaze. "Get away from her!" (y/n) roared, transforming into a lion and charging forward. With eyes locked onto the figure holding Wednesday captive, (y/n) leaped into the air, ready to tear him apart.

"And just who the hell.."

The figure turns to (y/n) and simply raises his hand as the sound of slamming claws and jaws echoed against a barrier of dark wind that held him in place before meeting (y/n)'s gaze with his own glowing red eyes.

"Are you?"
