Bella stood up, adjusting her skirt as some creep from her anger management group watched her every move. He had been there since she joined and as far as she could tell-there hadn't been any improvements. As shallow as it sounded, Bella could already see that she was starting to become a better person. She had also found a friend in the group-the only other teen who was there. Jordan was a year older than her and was currently in the process of re-enrolling back in school with the help of Bella. Today they had plans to go to lunch, fill out his school paperwork and smoke some weed
He was cute, Bella thought but she wasn't exactly looking for love. Neither was Jordan but there were times where he had to remind himself to not flirt with her.
Carl wasn't taking to Bella's new friendship very well. He hadn't met the guy and he already hated him. So when Bella dropped by her house to grab her wallet, Carl couldn't help but introduce himself to the new boy whom he had just seen exiting the car. Luckily for him he had been standing outside waiting to show Bella his hot tub all day. He was shirtless as he walked over to his best friend's house, making sure to flex every muscle he had in his body. "Hey Bella!" He called out, and the two teens turned around. "I wanna show you something"
"This is the guy isn't he?" Jordan snickered, he didn't know what he expected Carl to look like but this definitely wasn't it. "I didn't know you were into gueritos"

"I don't discriminate" Bella rolled her eyes and ushered her new friend across the street. "Jordan, this is my best friend Carl"
"Sup man" Jordan greeted and the two boys dapped each other up while Bella watched with anxious eyes. She really hoped Carl didn't make this weird. "Heard alot about you"
"Good things I hope" The Gallagher boy answered back and Bella's new friend didn't know what to say.
"So Carl, what were you gonna show me?" Bella asked, wanting this awkward interaction to be over. He took them to the backyard to show the teens a hot tub big enough to cover almost the whole yard. The girl couldn't help hut laugh. Owning a hot tub was something Carl had been talking about for years but she never expected him to spend his Monica meth money on this. "Oh my god"
"It's sick right?" Carl spoke in awe of his new purchase.
"Honestly bro....it is" Jordan nodded, a part of him wishing he could test it out himself. "You could fit like 15 chicks in here!" He laughed and the girl rolled her eyes yet again.
"That's the plan man, that's the plan"
"Yeah right" Bella scoffed. "Good luck finding girls out here who you'd be willing to share bath water with" She shivered at the thought of all the girls she knew with secret STDs.
"Well you'll try it out with me tonight won't you?" Carl asked, his eyes darting to Jordan to see of he could detect any jealousy. He did, and it made him smile.
"Maybe" Bella shrugged, not knowing if she trusted herself to be in a big steamy tub with Carl. Her hormones always got the best of her. She zoned out for a while, imagining Carl with wet hair and glistening skin. The thought of the sight made her feel weak and to make it even worse-she knew Carl was imagining the same thing as her. "Well, we have to go now" She cleared her throat, nudging her new friend out of the yard.
"Have fun Bella" Carl hugged her and whispered in her ear. "You're not fucking him are you?"
Bella pushed him off her with a groan. She was offended that she couldn't hang out with a guy without Carl thinking it was sexual. She thought he knew her better than that. She got into the car without another word, giving him time to sit and think about the comment he had just made. He deserved to feel the jealousy she felt every day, she thought. As she buckled up her seat Jordan laughed.
"So that's the guy you're in love with?" He asked somewhat unimpressed. "I thought he'd be bigger"
"Shut up" Bella warned, as angry as Carl made her she wasn't going to allow anyone (expect her) to make fun of him. "He's big where it counts" She said with a smirk before driving off.
"Oh god" The other teen faked a gag.
"Im talking about his heart!" She argued but the grin on her face said otherwise.
Bella looked at her reflection in the mirror. The pale color of her swimsuit seemed to bring out the brown in her skin and she realized the sunglasses on her head were although cute, a bit much. Who wear sunglasses at night? She did apparently. Throwing them on her dresser with a sigh she contemplated just throwing her pajamas on and calling it a night. The anxiety in her chest was almost too much but it was that very feeling which made it so exciting.
Carl sat in the tub with pruny fingers. He didn't know how long he had been in the tub but he was willing to wait all night for Bella to show up. His brothers had joined him as they talked about the girl across the street.
"She kinda hates you if you didn't notice" Liam shook his head but the other Gallaghers disagreed.
"Nah she loves him" Ian argued. "Trust me you didn't have to hear her complain about it for years" He rolled his eyes and set his head back peacefully, as he enjoyed the silence. That silence didn't last very long unfortunately.
"Complain about what?!" Bella raised an eyebrow, startling the boys. She stood with a hand on her hip and a towel thrown over her shoulder.
"Hey Bella!" Lip laughed, hopping out of the tub. "Im gonna go inside now!" He did not want to get caught talking shit about his smoking buddy. Even though he was sober now, he didn't want Bella bringing this up next time he asked for a puff off her joint.
"Ookay weirdo" She laughed and Carl gave a look to his other two brothers, mouthing a very polite 'get the fuck out'. The boys obliged, each giving Bella a kiss on the cheek before going back inside. Carl smiled at his best friend and Bella's heart felt like it skipped a beat. "Hey handsome" She teased as he floated closer to her.
"Hey gorgeous" Carl said with a giddy smile. "Come on" He extended his hand out and she set her towel down before hopping in. She sat a few inches away from him, feeling herself at a loss for words.
"How long were you waiting for me?"
"Not too long" He lied, acting like he hadn't spent the last three hours sitting in the same spot waiting for her. "You came at the perfect time"
"Good" She smiled, making herself comfortable as she leaned back and took a deep breath. She had been thinking about Carl more than she wanted to admit and it seemed the second she saw him, those butterflies in her chest went away. "You invite any other girls in here yet?"
"Yeah" He admitted not wanting to lie, she would find out anyways. Bella always found everything out. "But none of them are as hot as you"
"Well duh" Bella laughed, opening her eyes to look at her best friend. She missed his smile, looking into his eyes and most of all, the way he would touch her.
"You're too far" He complained, causing the girl to scoot closer to him. So close that their thighs were touching but that still wasn't enough for Carl. "Still too far"
"I'm about as close as I can be white boy" She teased, her eyed scanning down his body as she wished she had a view of what was under the water. "You want me to sit in your lap or something?" She asked, half joking and the other half of her wishing he would say yes.
He nodded and almost reached out to grab her and move her himself. He stopped though, remembering a thing he was trying to work on called respect. "Is that okay?" He asked, his hand softly touching her thigh and she nodded wordlessly.
Wrapping his arms around her waist he set her down in his lap so that she was facing him. He was eye level with her chest but he found himself looking up at her face. Her hair was in a bun, which he loved because no inch of her face was covered. Her big brown eyes held the reflection of the stars above them and made them even prettier than before. Bringing a hand to her face, he rubbed her smooth skin softly as he fought every urge in his body to kiss her. She looked down at him finally and smiled, kissing his finger when it touched her lips. She adjusted herself, purposefully rolling her hips against his as she put more pressure on him.
He held back a groan as his hands continued to scan her body. The silence was comforting, he took his time to take in her beauty as she did the same-admiring every inch of his skin. "Did you have a good day today Carl?" She asked softly, starting to play with his hair as he hummed happily. He felt like he was melting every time she touched him.
"The best day" He smiled, his day had been quite mediocre actually but now it felt like none of that mattered. All that mattered was the girl in front of him. "I just wanna kiss you so bad right now" He admitted in a whisper so low she almost couldn't hear him.
Rubbing her thighs his blood began to rush down, he smiled at how she twitched at his touch. All these years of Bella teasing him, it was finally his turn to tease her. He kissed her shoulder, his hands exploring under the warm water and grabbing her ass hungrily. He kissed all over her chest, guiding her hips onto his as she tried so hard to be quiet. The second he got to her neck she let out a low moan, biting her lip as he sucked on her skin. She hoped he was leaving a mark and she didn't care who saw.
Bella could hardly wait anymore, grabbing his chin she connected their lips. Their tongues pressing together as his hands found their way under her bathing suit. Yelping into his mouth she only kissed him harder. It felt so good every time they kissed and whenever it happened it felt even better than the last. "I really really can't stand you" She joked but the way she covered her mouth to suppress the noises from leaving her mouth said otherwise.
"You love me" Carl spoke so sure of himself and she nodded as she reached for his swimming trunks.
"I do" She giggled and it was her turn to kiss his neck next. "I love every part of you"
If they hadn't made up before this night they definitely did now. His whole family heard it, Kev and V heard it, hell the whole street heard it. Bella Garcia and Carl Gallagher were (yet again) stuck to each other like glue.
