Me and Aara was now at the doctor finally getting a check up on the baby, she was nervous out her mind and so was I
"You okay?" I hear her ask as I looked up at her
"Yeah I'm straight, you okay?" I asked as she nodded
"Yeah, I just hope the baby is okay and healthy you know" She responded as I nodded as the doctor walked in before I could say anything
"Aara Lenore?" She said as Aara nodded as she smiled at her "I'm Dr. Smith and will be the one examining and delivering this baby" She looked over at me
"And you must be the father, how are you"
"Nervous"
She chucked "First time parents?" She asked as we both nodded as she also nodded
"You guys will be fine, this is just the beginning of a blessing.. Shall we get started?"
After a hour later me and Aara walked out , the doctor then told everything was good and the baby was very healthy and prescribed Aara with all of her meds she'll need to take and so on, Aara was hungry and was tired from the appointment so I stopped and got her some food then dropped her off home while I went to the gym for a mini workout session
2 hours later
"What?" I answered my phone not paying attention as I worked out lifting up a weight
"Boy that's how you gone talk to yo momma?" I hear in my ear as I dropped the weight now tuning into the conversation
"Damn ma Im sorry, I wasn't paying attention to the call, how you been? I missed you" I said trying to get her off my case quick before she start

"How was Europe?"
"It was beautiful but I got homesick from all of my babies so I'm taking a break and staying home for a minute" She said as I heard shuffling in the background

"I talked to your sisters and they are also taking a vacation break so and you are your own boss so I made up my mind to have my kids over tomorrow to catch up with everyone , I know you guys haven't seen each other in ages either it'll be nice for us to all get together" She said trying to convince me
My mom knows I work a lot and I wouldn't take off for anything but since I've been Aara I've had no choice but to take off , she's been the reason I've finally been getting a break and not over working or stressing myself
