This was my sign to run and not stop any time soon. So I calmly moved to the side so Teru wasn't standing in front of me anymore and then immediately started dashing again without looking back while I felt Mint clenching onto my leg as if its life depended on it, which it did.
After a while of running, I collapsed in an empty hallway.
I panted a bit while laying on the floor and then said
"Oh wow, that went well!"
"...you are one heck of an IDIOT. You know that?!"
Mint screeched as I rolled onto my back with a smile
"Come on, cut me some slack did you see how I improvised?! Ohh and I got it!"
I say holding up the clock as the adrenalin starts to fade
"Heh, well done but you still made a huge mistake. You had contact with Teru and I don't know if this was enough for him to find out you were a supernatural or not."
Mint states while a worried look took over its face
"Surely not, he just saw me for a few seconds, you got to chill Mint, it's gonna be fIiiineeee~"
I say while sitting up
"If you say so. Alright, then you got to continue your mission while I go and hide this somewhere safe."
It says while taking the clock from me
"Where are you going to hide it?"
I answer feeling a tad of guilt for finding my comrade a bit suspicious
"For now I'll bring it back to your room in the Candy-Bar. You can put it somewhere safer later."
The Mokke answers making me breathe out a sigh of relief, then it continued while pulling a picture out of my bag
"Your next target is this girl, her name is Yashiro she is Number seventh assistant. This girl beside her is her best friend Aoi, remember her she might be important later."
"Okie Dokie, say where did you get this picture from?"
I ask as I examined the features of the white-haired girl
"Stole it! Ok, now Yashiro has a main weakness that we are going to exploit. She is a huge SIMP for good-looking guys and since you can turn into one I managed to get you the male student uniform too. Be careful though we don't have a fake student ID where you are a guy so if you get caught that's game over. Be extra careful, ok?"
"Hmm, she sounds like a great person. Ooooh and did youuuu JuSt say I was good-looking ~"
I tease with a derpy smile
"Uhm, ehhh that's not the point right now! You don't even know how to take her down yet. So all you gotta do is get her to work for us, be it by threatening her, making her unable to fight back, making her fall for you. The choice is all yours!"
Mint says while now cramming in my backpack again
"There your male uniform, get changed, find your target and do what you have to!"
Mint says while handing me the clothes and then giving me one last salute before disappearing with the clock
"...if I change in the girls bathroom and come out as male, won't that be a problem? Dammit, why is gender a thing..."
My Mokke brain wonders as I find the nearest restroom.
Luckily all stalls were empty as I changed into my male uniform, all that was left was for me to sneeze and start looking handsome.
That was when I realized I might have a problem
"How am I supposed to make MYSELF SNeEze?"
I wonder as I exit the stall and notice a girl in front of the mirror doing her makeup. She had pretty purple hair and neat features.
Just as I was about to make my way out of the restroom I see the girls eyes dart to a spot in the mirror, my reflection.
A chill runs through my body as out of reflex I try to hide back in my stall but it was too late.
"PERVERT!!!! GEt OUt oF hEre!
The girl shrieks while taking the nearest object and throwing it at me.
"Oh no, you didn't!"
I said slightly offended at her throwing things at me while I pulled the door of the stall in front of me to block the object
With a thud, a cloud of white powder appeared around me
"What the fuck was that, a smoke bomb?"
I thought out loud as I started inhaling the white powder
"ACHOO!"
I sneeze as the powder settled down. I peeked out of my stall and caught a glance of myself in the mirror as a guy.
The girl was still standing there with all her make-up supplies ready to throw them at me the second I left the stall.
"Guess I'll have to tough through this one."
I thought as I took my backpack and held it over my face as a shield and started dashing towards the exit
"AHHHHH!!!! DIE, YOU WEIRDO!!!"
She yells as random items hit me leaving painful stings on my body as if huge rocks had hit me
"Shit, shit, shit why does this hurt so much, the fuck is she throwing at an innocent MOKKE?"
I think panicked while tears prick my eyes
I manage to leave the Toilets and run through the halls far, far away from that violent girl.
"Gee, humans are violent creatures."
I thought as I ran a hand through my somewhat short hair and had remnants of powder stick to my hand
Immediately my hand clenched in anger "I'm going to pay her back for throwing things at me!"
My thoughts were interrupted as the bell rang loudly and swarms of students rushed out of the classrooms.
"Yashiro let's meet at Hanakos bathroom!"
A ginger-haired boy shouted from one end of the hallway, the name sticking out to me
"Yes, let's meet there after I'm done with my gardening club!"
She shouted back her voice almost drowned out by the other students chatting
"Bingo!"
I thought before trying to push through the swarm of teens
As I was walking through the crowd someone bumped into me making me stumble back in slight pain.
"Sorry about that."
I say in a harsh tone while trying to keep my eyes on Yashiro to not lose her
"It's fi- you look like that girl from this morning!"
The voice exclaims making my blood run cold.
My eyes wander to the person I bumped into making me gulp upon seeing Akane
"What a weird coincidence anyway I'm in a hurry!"
I say passing him while trying to spot Yashiro again
I blink as my eyes travel from one place to another not spotting the girl. I continued to walk in the direction I last saw her at when suddenly a tight grip forms around my wrist.
Shocked I yank my hand away as forcefully as I could but as soon as I did my hand was released and I fell onto my bottom.
"Oh sorry about that but I'd like to talk to you. You see your sister caused some trouble this morning and I'm sure you don't want to discuss that here."
Akane said rudely while the other students stopped and stared at the scene. Whispers and chuckles formed around us quickly.
A weird warm feeling grew on my face as my thoughts jumbled into a mess. The childish giggles ripped me out of reality as I remembered the devil herself, Tiara.
The way she giggled when she dressed me up in pretty pink princess clothes while forcing me to attend her tea party.
Stuffed animals lifelessly surrounded me.
I was sitting in silence as their gloomy button eyes stared at the table, they were dead inside.
For some of them, I couldn't tell if they were just dead inside or straight-up corpses since their eyes were ripped out completely.
I wondered how long it would take till my eyes would be gone, ripped out replaced with buttons.
I didn't understand what was going on. The cups were empty after all, filled with air as she sipped on them pretending as if that was normal. If I didn't drink out of them going along with her act I was sentenced as a traitor to the kingdom in which Tiara the princess ruled, while I was just her servant # number 1.
It was mental torture!
My breath started to become rapid as I stood up glaring at Akane
"I've no clue what you are talking about discuss whatever you want with my sister, IDIOT!"
I say before dashing away occasionally running into a few students.
Soon I had made my way out of the school and was nearing the garden which was my only guess of where I could find Yashiro.
Irritation had taken over my mind upon thinking of the scene that had previously taken place, I had gotten flustered and careless making a huge drama and also leaving Akane in the belief I had a sister.
I snapped into reality as I arrived in front of the garden and spotted the white-haired girl heading towards a shed to put back her gardening supplies.
"Hey girly, hold still!~"
I shout as I rush over to her before she could step onto the hoe that was laying on the ground in front of her. She didn't seem to have noticed it due to the pile of supplies she was carrying.
