The soft sounds of rain patterned along the windows as the thunder blitzed by , the grey clouds present as the diamond like stars peaked through ever so beautifully. genevieve hummed to herself as she applied a green mask on her face dressed in only a soft pink nightgown and her long brunette fell in waves down her back with a pink fluffy band pulling the hair out of her face
the brunette decided to have a little skin care moment to try and get her mind off what happened when she visited her best friend, her mind sometimes flashing to the letter and bracelet charm that seem to look suspicious looking . so she tend to overthink every possible solution there is to figure it out
she hasn't told bellarosa of it since she barely saw the woman due to her being constantly busy with alejandro and luna involving this ...what the brunette called , a weird psychotic stalker that gives her the creeps
so to detach her mind from those thoughts , she decided to take a long relaxing warm bath filled with her favorite bath bombs and oils . a bottle of her favorite champagne with her favorite playlist softly in the background and what always cures her nerves

now she's currently doing her skin care routine that she always found therapeutic . her mind wondered to what the taller woman was up to as she missed her alot
as if the universe heard her thoughts , the room door opened and incame a exhausted looking bellarosa. her black dress shirt unbuttoned by her neck as her sleeves were rolled up to her forearms revealing her tattoos and veins traveling up to her hands . her hair was a ruffled mess due to her obvious habit of running her fingers through it when stressed , she let out a big sigh closing the door behind her
genevieve's brown eyes instantly brightened upon seeing the woman as she smiled "long time no see stranger" she stood from her chair walking to the woman
bellarosa turned to her as her hardened eyes immediately softened and a lopsided smile laced on her lips meeting her halfway . her hands instantly finding her hips as she looked at the brunette with her head tilted and a slight look of confusion laid on her face
"what the fuck is on your face?"
genevieve snorted at her blunt tone placing a peck on her lips before answering "it's called a face mask"
"what's a face mask?" bellarosa eyed the thing on her face even more confused
the brunette looked at her in shock before getting out of her hold "you don't know what a face mask is?"
the taller woman shook her head
"oh you're definitely trying it" she walked to her vanity table . bellarosa's eyes seem to trail down the brunette's retreating figure , getting distracted at the sight
"now go change into something more comfortable" the brunette turned back to her noticing the taller woman's gaze on her frame , suppressing her blush she walked to her snapping her fingers infront of her face
bellarosa's eyes snapped back to her's seeming to snap out of her daze "mhm? what were you saying"
genevieve rolled her eyes "just go change" she ushered her to the closet , the taller woman chuckled a bit as she obeyed walking to her closet
the brunette quickly went to her vanity table gathering all her products with excitement bubbling in her body as she placed them on the bed
bellarosa now in black basketball shorts and a black hoodie , walked back into the room "is all of that facemask thingies?" she eyed the stuff on the bed
genevieve just pushed her on the bed as the taller woman leaned against the headboard "have you been living under a rock? how don't you know what skincare products are" she grabbed one of her pink headbands before getting on the bed placing it on her head
bellarosa shrugged "nope , and why are you putting that pink shit on my head" she stared at the headband with slight disgust , she dispised pink dearly
"it's to keep your hair out of your face dumbass" the brunette rolled her eyes grabbing a bottle filled with clear liquid and a small cotton pad , she dipped the bottle on the pad before wiping it on the woman's face "this is called toner , it clears any access dirt and bacteria from your face" she explained knowing the woman was going to ask
"so how was your day?" the brunette asked as she began her usual routine on the taller woman
"the usual" bellarosa shrugged as she took high interest on what the woman was putting on her face "my dad , luna and i just scanned and hacked through some files we think are the stalkers ...but nothing" she frowned a bit
genevieve scooped up some of the greens face mask applying it on her face "you seem hesitant and suspicious...what's bothering you?" even if she tried to hide if , genevieve would always read her like a open book
bellarosa sighed deeply playing with the hem of the woman's nightgown "it's just ...luna's been acting weird for the past days now"
the brunette finished up as she closed the container before putting her full attention on the woman "why do you think that?"
the taller woman's frown seem to deepened "she's being all distant and i feel like she's hiding something from me ... i mean she's my best friend and we tell each almost everything...yet it doesn't feel like that anymore" the woman expressed
genevieve felt bad for her knowing luna is family to her ..and bellarosa isn't big on the whole family and trusting thing so the people she allows to access her heart is very rare. luna was one of those rare ones
"maybe she's dealing with something she doesn't feel comfortable sharing about to anyone" the brunette shrugged a bit "even bridget told me luna's been a bit secretive lately"
bellarosa pondered for a moment , yet she decided to let it go for tonight knowing it'll make her overthink to the extent
"this green shit feels weird on my face" she quickly changed the subject as she reached to touch what's on her face
genevieve slapped her hand away with a laugh "don't touch it! just wait a few minutes" she rolled her eyes smiling before getting off the bed to put her things away
gellarosa's gaze followed her movements once more as she couldn't seem to comprehend how she's gotten to keep such a ...wonderous gem .
she was like a shot of espresso being bathed in sunlight whenever she entered the room as her sense of fun and play was incredibly exciting , her enthusiasm and energetic personality was wonders to bear witness as the warmth in her eyes and laugh brought the taller woman calmness and peace whenever she drowned in a harsh waves of thoughts and stress . her sense of comfort and empathy were like a warm blanket wrapped around her body whenever she needed someone to talk to
her smile... god her smile was like she saw sparks
"now it's time to wash-"
"how are you so ...beautiful" bellarosa blurted out interrupting what the brunette said
genevieve felt her face heat up under the mask at the compliment, her heart doing the oh so familiar jump everytime the taller woman complimented her out of the blue
"like how are you so perfect" the taller woman continued on just purely admiring her woman
"stop it" the brunette mumbled shyly trying to shake off her deepened blush , bellarosa smiled at her flustered state . she liked when the brunette blushed
genevieve shook off the giddy feeling before speaking "we need to wash these off"
she grasped the taller womans hand basically dragging her to the bathroom , every now and than the brunette would catch the taller woman just gazing at her whilst she talked to . it made her feel warm and her stomach do flips
"doesn't your face feel softer now" she told her
bellarosa hummed as she touched her now softer skin , seems as though the green shit did do her justice "i wanna do it again"
genevieve grinned at that "i knew you'd like it! now how about i go get us some snacks while you choose a movie to watch" bellarosa's eyes sparked at that
"and no james bond movies" the brunette glared making the taller woman sulk
"why not" she huffed
"you've watched that movie almost a thousand times" the brunette rolled her eyes ...but a smile creeped on her face upon seeing the taller womans sulking face . shaking her head she leaned up placing a kiss on her lips
bellarosa's pout turned into a instant smile feeling the brunette's soft lips on hers as her hands found their way to her waist , pulling her closer
the brunette pulled from the kiss slightly out of breathe "no action movies tonight"
bellarosa huffed but didn't disagree "fine"
genevieve smiled pecking her lips "so..little woman?" the taller woman suggested
"you know me to well"
