Sasori:
When you were first left to the care of the leaf ninja, Kakashi and Yamato, they were very polite and true to their words, brought you right to Tsunade.
It was a bit of a walk, but nothing that was laborious to you...and thankfully it was dark out so the, what you assumed was, countless villagers eyeing you being sent straight to the Hokage.
"Thank you" you mumbled softly as you walked between the two
You could see the surprise in Yamato's body language as he seemed to turn towards Kakashi
"Lady Tsunade said you were a friend" Kakashi answered quietly "we take good care of our friends here in the leaf"
you nodded in agreeance
Swiftly you were brought up to the Hokage's estate and when Yamato opened the door...you were greeted with the sight of Tsunade waiting for you.
She was sitting on her desk in what looked like a robe for the home, nothing about her looked official.
"(name)..." she called out gently opening her arms as soon as your gazes locked
"t-Tsunade-sama...!" your eyes welled up with tears and you dove for her embrace, face in her chest as you wailed like a baby
"o-oh..." she blinked surprised but quickly hushed you "it's alright...you're here with me now" she nodded to the jounin, who took their leave that very moment, and with the sounding of the door closing you were left in the comfort of the sannin.
She had managed to calm you down after a while and the two of you sat up all night talking. You told her everything, save for what was sworn in secrecy like your kekki genkai, and she patiently listened to the tale.
She apologised for being suspicious of you the last time you were together. You told her you weren't even upset and that you understood.
By morning, when Shizune showed up, you realized that the two jounin had been standing outside the entire time. Shizune fawned over you as soon as she saw you and once again you were brought to tears.
However, it was short lived...
"ghk...!" you gasped as you held the garbage bin still
both women called out to your worriedly until the questions flooded your attention.
You blinked having zoned out in the middle having been overwhelmed.
however...
"you are NOT pregnant" Tsunade grouched "I did NOT agree to this"
meanwhile you huffed and Shizune chuckled nervously holding onto the test
"lady Tsunade, we have to wait 2 more minutes...please be patient"
...
"uh-oh...." Shizune gasped
"REALLY?!" You beamed ecstatically
"I did NOT agree to this..." Tsunade whined
Deidara:
After your conversation with Tsunade, she immediately freed you from the cell the leaf ninja tossed you into. You didn't really hold it against them, you just wanted to find your own way...instead they decided for you.
"you're going to stay, aren't you?" she asked as you followed her out of the prison and into the Hokage's estate.
"I don't have anywhere else to go" you answered honestly
she peeked back at you and continued
"your boyfriend didn't have any plans for what would happen later on...?"
"wasn't the type. He was very spontaneous; I doubt he planned much further than a month at a time"
Tsunade snorted
"must be nice"
"Seemed like it was...is it alright if I stay?"
"well, the leaf isn't your home...and while those who know your connection to Akatsuki will be...coarse...nobody will harm you. Not being under my specific protection." she explained opening her office door and made her way to the desk.
you nodded along with her words
"I will have to have a glorified babysitter peeking in on you, and while you're always welcome to visit me I will have to do my duties" she explained gesturing to the pile of papers
"yeah...that looks awful"
she groaned softly
"I promise I will find so-" she paused blinking at you as you ran to the window and after opening it, promptly puked out of it
"...well I DO hope nobody was down there..." she huffed staring at you "something you want to tell me...?"
you looked back at her wiping your mouth
"uh...no...?"
she huffed and pointed to the door
"Shizune's three doors down. Go ask her for a test. now."
you returned momentarily weepy and smashing yourself into her side wailing. meanwhile Tsunade grumpily sat now soaked in tears
"I do hope the child handles surprises much better than you..."
Hidan:
Tsunade, already stressed with the upcoming war that was a sneeze away from starting, glared at you half-heartedly.
she had made the leaf ninja involved swear to secrecy as to who you were and your connections to the Akatsuki. With the 5 nations working together, she didn't want to cause a situation where you were put in danger due to your, now, past.
"(name), I want you to stay with me, Shizune or Shikaku. Don't tell anyone else outside this room who you are or your past. Your name on its own shouldn't start anything...but be wary. While I am Hokage and can protect you, I am not risking this war over you."
you nodded solemnly to her words
"..." she sighed deeply "that said, please don't put me in that position. I care for you deeply and I want you to remain safe and happy, the best that you can"
"I understand"
"once this is done you will return to the leaf with me and we'll find you somewhere nice for you to stay, how's that sound?" she smiled gently at you
you nodded, mirroring her smile.
...until you frowned and quickly ran to the nearest garbage
Shikaku groaned and pinched his nose
"I believe...I need to leave the room...lady Hokage," he then nodded to your vomiting form and quickly excused himself
not even a few moments later, were you sitting shoulder to shoulder with Shizune as you waiting for the test time to be up.
"sooo...." she began "what if its positive...?"
"then I didn't lose all of him" you sighed deeply through your nose
she nodded in agreeance.
"Maybe I'm just fat?" you wondered aloud but then you both sat in silence before the line appeared.
you screamed.
she screamed.
Tsunade screamed and broke the table.
Kakuzu:
"Lady Tsunade, I have brought you a gift. If I remember correctly...this was once a friend" the current Kazekage explained in his hushed tone.
you stood behind the door; wrists tied together but not uncomfortably so while the man with purple paint on his face held the rope.
you huffed silently annoyed and done with the situation...and glanced at Kankuro
"do I really need these...?" you asked quietly
"listen, Gaara might think you're alright to be around everyone and waltz right up to the Hokage. But I am not taking any chances. Besides, I didn't tie those tightly." he added the last point quickly but still glanced at your wrists to ensure himself he did as he said.
it wasn't even 3 minutes later when Gaara called you in and Kankuro lead you over.
"Is there...a reason for the binds...?" Tsunade asked with a raised brow watching you intently
"I haven't done anything" you shrugged
Tsunade then, mid glance back to the Kazekage, did a double take
"what is that...?!" she gasped pointing at your stomach which was obvious to itself
you looked sheepishly at her then looked away embarrassed
"shortly after we found her, she began to show signs..." Gaara explained kindly and motioned to Kankuro to release you "Kankuro was worried about the meeting and her potentially bolting...although I explained that she would not be a problem"
Gaara had been kind to you and very curious of your predicament. You were very grateful to his, and his siblings', kindness until you could be brought to Tsunade.
"So..." she began bewildered
"yeah...." you smiled sheepishly "about to be 2 months*?"
Tsunade pinched the bridge of her nose and shook her head
"you always had a knack for surprising me..."
"I assume she'll be safe in your care much more than my own" Gaara almost teased
Tsunade quickly agreed and you expressed how grateful you were to the Kazekage before you all parted ways.
Itachi:
as you walked down the path, you were met by a man named Genma and another named Ebisu. The walk to Tsunade was quiet and uneventful...almost nerve wracking. You could tell the men on either side of you were wary of you, having known where you were coming from.
but they brought you to Tsunade all the same.
Said Sannin was very happy to see you, and quickly gathered you in a hug.
"Lady Tsunade..." you whimpered softly into her form "h-he's-"
"thank you for escorting her straight to me. Shizune will meet you in the conference room"
Genma and Ebisu gave Tsunade an odd look, but obeyed. Quietly leaving you with your long-time friend.
"you'll have to keep quiet about Itachi. They have an idea, but they don't really know. They do know you were with Akatsuki, but that's something all jounin know. There will also be a debriefing later that you are here under my protection and not an enemy. They only know a bit of info, so please do not think poorly of them"
you nodded softly cuddling right into her for the comfort.
Thankfully Tsunade was willing to give the comfort, knowing since you were little that such behaviour was the best route to your emotional health.
"Other than his death, are you alright?" she asked softly peeking around at you
"Yes, but I've felt faint a few times on the way here"
she nodded with a hum.
"probably the stress, it's only been days since his passing...but you let me know if anything changes alright?"
you smiled and agreed.
the next couple days you were starting to get comfortable in the little room Tsunade had prepared for you at her place until you were able to be given a formal home in the village when it happened.
You began getting sick over what seemed like everything! Anything you ate, mere smells, brushing your teeth even...
Thankfully, sharing spaces with Tsunade not only allowed her to keep an eye on you while she planned for war...but also gave you easy access to her assistance.
"Its only been a few days...but you're showing signs..." Tsunade sighed softly holding the test out for you to take
you stared at it with buggy eyes
"m-me...?"
"its the quickest, safest, easiest way to find out. Just read the instructions and follow them to a letter." he produced a second one from her pocket and gave you it as well "just in case you dropped the first one in the toilet or something" she chuckled
"I will not" you huffed at her taking the tests
you could hear over your shoulder how she'd be in her office if you needed her
you did drop the first one. You weren't very happy...but the second one was successfully completed and as you made your way to Tsunade's office and opened the door...
turning to look at you was a man with white hair. Tsunade peeked around him and called to you
"did you get a result? sorry Kakashi give me one moment" she stood briefly but before she made it around the table you squeaked out
"I'm pregnant"
poor Kakashi blushed deeply and now was really confused to what he was in the middle of
"Kakashi, you should be ashamed of yourself" Tsunade teased harshly "poor girl just found out she's pregnant and the father isn't here for her. Be more supportive. Actually, do me a favour and take (name) for lunch. Consider it your reward for a job well done on your previous mission"
"b-but...I wasn't done reporting-"
"oh nonsense, I've heard enough. The rest's in your written report, right?" Tsunade said shoving the copy ninja towards you
"r-right but I-"
"good, you have no excuse, byeee~" Tsunade cheered pushing you both out and locking the door.
"I-I'm sorry..." you sighed embarrassed
"don't be. Lady Tsunade seems to be busy...but I'll take you somewhere in the village for lunch-if you'd like" he 'smiled' although all you saw was his right eye
"t-that'd be nice...I can't promise it'll stay down..."
"morning sickness, got it...we'll just be careful then" Kakashi comforted as you walked down the stairs and inti the village formal
Kisame:
Unfortunately, your home building didn't last very long. You were forced to stop when you kept continuously puking up any meal you had. You eventually had to venture into the nearest village for medical help...which you then were promptly evacuated as this war was apparently in full swing but you were blissfully unaware at the time.
Needless to say, you ended up being sent to Ninjas which you were practically forced to send a message to Tsunade in attempt to keep yourself from being tossed randomly elsewhere...
Which of course ended up with you being under the care of a man named Iruka. Since the war was so volatile, you were given to someone who wasn't at the centre of it all. After scaring the ever-living shit out of him with a huge puking spree, Iruka, very embarrassed, gave you a test and gently pushed you into a bathroom.
"Listen, I don't...know who or what you were involved with. But I know you're connected to Lady Tsunade and that she cares enough about you to have you assigned to a specific ninja"
"namely you" you grumbled from inside the bathroom
"yes, but uh..." he trailed off and groaned leaning against the door "I'm sure Tsunade-sama can help you through this and break the news"
you were silent for a good 3 minutes before you choaked out a response...
"there isn't someone for this news to be broken to"
Iruka groaned, realizing his blunder on words and tried to fix it quickly
"t-then she will ensure your safety...for both of you, I assume by your response"
you opened the door with teary eyes and nodded to the brunette
"I suppose I now have something left of him..."
Iruka smiled and started trying to make you feel better.
The rest of the night he spent chatting with you.
And within such a short time, you felt like you were chatting with a good friend rather than someone keeping tabs on you.

I had almost everyone be brought to the leaf and also to Tsunade. I felt it was important
ALSO
*although most women start usually showing their preggo bellies at 16-20 weeks (around 4 mnths which is also the start of your 2nd trimester) I wanted to have that shock...but I've also known women who while didn't show pregnant - totally were gaining noticable amounts in their lower stomach. SO That is what I'm referring to.
Plus Tsuande is like health goddess sooooo I feel like she'd be able to pick up on that shit like a coonhound hunting a raccoon XD
