I woke up and I didn't want to get up. I saw Mike working out.
"How the fuck are you so awake." I stated walking to the boys. Everyone else got up. Owen walked towards me hugging me from behind as I was stood by the fire. Matt came down and joined us. I was still tired. I yawned and hid my face in Owens shoulder.
"Tired Maddie?" Matt asked me.
"Yes I'm really tired." I answered as Chris came down.
"Guys, with the risk of sounding like a germophobe with major cleanliness issues, is there any chance when I dry my towel and go to get it the next day it's still there? Its like three days in a row I go and get it and it's not there. As much as I like you all, (Maddie laughs) I don't want to dry my body with the stench of your balls." Chris complained.
"Sorry this is not how I imagined my morning would look like talking about balls." I joked laughing making everyone else laugh.
"They should have embossed the towels with our names." George piped up.
"That was definitely yours was it?" Matt asked.
"Yeah I think so. Yeah. Thanks for the vote of confidence." George stated making me laugh.
"I think we count up all the towels and have a massive wash-up of all the towels today, then redistribute." Sue piped up.
"No, it doesn't warrant that. That's too much." Chris answered making me look at him.
"No. I think that is a very good idea." Matt pointed out.
"The leader has spoken!" I piped up laughing making Seann and Matt laugh. Ant and Dec told us Chris George and Baba were doing the trial.
"Well, Matt Maddie, you two didn't get selected." Jill stated making me laugh.
"I know." Matt stated laughing.
"A day off. What do you do in the morning? At this time I'm in the studio." I stated laughing.
"Angle of Agony." Baba stated.
"Agony!" George started the same time as Baba stayed Agony.
"What does that mean?" I asked the group.
"How much pain do you like?" Seann asked making me laugh.
"Not loads." Chris answered making me laugh. We were saying goodbye to the boys.
"I think we'll be like this. Then they're gonna put stuff..." Baba tried to explain making me laugh.
"Not the first time I've been spread-eagle in my life." George stated.
"Wow! Okay." Baba stated making me laugh.
"This is my favourite position. It is a yoga position. I should be alright." George stated making me laugh.
"Bloody hell George." I stated making me laugh harder.
"Come on, yes, you got this! Yeah?" Matt asked Chris.
"Yes." Chris said.
"You got this." Matt continued.
"Yes." Chris answered. We started singing making me laugh.
"Team on three." Jill stated.
"Team." We yelled making me laugh.
"Chris, you got this." Charlene yelled.
"Thank you." Chris yelled back. I said goodbye to George. I hugged him before he left. We were sat around the campfire.
"Should we go and do our walk then?" Matt asked
"It's a run, isn't it?" Jill asked.
"I have no clue I never join because I'm too lazy." I stated laughing.
"Are we running?" Matt asked.
"Yeah." Jill answered.
"A jog?" Seann asked.
"We'll run adown and back up." Jill stated.
"Okay lets go." Seann stated. I was curled up in my hammock tired.
Maddie: I was watching Matt run and I got tired watching him. I don't know how he wasn't tired after he did it twice. But my god he did it three more times. I think this is why I'm thankful my job requires my voice not my athletic ability's. (Laughs.)
"If he collapses, I'm not giving mouth to mouth." Jill stated making me laugh.
"Me either. I'm a singer not a nurse." I stated laughing making Jill laugh.
"I think that's mad." Seann said.
"He might be on Love Island next year. Competing for your place Maddie." Jill stated laughing making me laugh.
"Well he can try. I'm the most famous person to come out of the Villa." I stated laughing.
"That is what he's training for." Jill continued making me laugh.
"Love that. A bombshell, in he comes! He's trying to outshine you Maddie." Owen said making me laugh.
"Good luck he can't. He has to come third then write some songs and become friends with Harry Styles and has Tom Holland as an older brother." I stated laughing.
Maddie: A lot of people think I got my fame from Tom. No. I was well hidden from the public. No one knew I was his sister till he retweeted something I tweeted about my album and said he was super proud of his little sister.
"That's hilarious." Seann said making me laugh.
"(As Matt) I got a text." I stated making me laugh.
"(As Matt) I've received a message." Owen said as we laughed harder.
"Matt are you training for Love Island next year?" I asked Matt as he joined us Matt laughs at my comment. He clearly is out of breath.
"Right maybe you should stop now." Jill said I nodded.
"I agree with Jill." I stated.
"They are on their way back." Charlene yelled.
"Yay." Scarlette yelled.
"Yes, guys." Jill cheered I went to hug George.
"Baba looks happy. Come on. Come on!" Owen yelled.
"No, no." Baba stated walking in.
"What?!" Matt stated.
"Nah, it's not good." Baba stated.
"What do you mean not good?" I asked the boys.
"Three." Baba stated.
"That's alright Baba." I stated hugging him.
"One each." Seann stated.
"It was very difficult." George stated.
"Oh, don't worry." Sue stated.
"Well done guys." Jill stated.
"I'm proud of you all either way." I stated high fiving Chris. We asked them what happened.
"So what happened? What happened?" I asked the boys.
"My heart was going. But I got six stars out, but then you have to pass them through a hole. And they kept falling back because I think Baba was just too bent over." George explained.
"No, no. That's where I come in. Kept slipping kept falling back down." Baba explained. I was stood near Baba.
"You all right?" I asked him.
"No, bruv, I'm not." He answered.
"Fuming?" I asked again.
"Yeah, bruv." Baba answered.
"What are you fuming about?" I asked him.
"No, trust me bro. It's do able." Baba explained.
"You can't beat yourself up over it." I told him as we went for a walk.
"I can't but I'm pissed, man, I won't lie." Baba answered
"There's so many factors weighing against you." I told him.
"HHMM." He muttered.
"You're expectations are for you in the outside world, what you'd normally achieve if you had all your wits about you." I explained.
"You ain't got that. You're debilitated." Owen told him.
"I hear you two." Baba told us.
"You're panicking, you wanting to feed us. You got pressure of that. You smashed it, man." I told him.
"Three stars is calm. I'll take it." Owen stated. We got to the showers. We were all sat round the fire.
"It is so weird now knowing what's going on, like not seeing the news or anything." Sue told us.
"Yeah." Scarlette answered.
"I don't watch the news." I told her.
"You don't?" Jill asked.
"No. Because I did a six odd week without the news when I did Love Island. I used to watch it back in 2019 but I gave up with Covid hit." I answered.
"So wired." Sue stated.
"I wonder if Rishi's still in power?" I asked Scarlette.
"Thought you didn't watch the news?" Jill asked.
"My mom does she tells me." I answered.
"Yeah, he will be." Matt answered my question.
"What do you think went wrong Matt?" Sue asked.
"With Liz?" Matt asked.
"Yeah." Sue answered.
"In a way, they were unlucky. Globally, interest rates all went up just at the time that they were also saying we'll do all these expensive things and we're not going to say how we're going to pay for them." Matt explained. I got some water before sitting next to George.
"Where does that leave her now?" I asked Matt.
"Her political career's over." Matt answered.
"Do you think her political career's totally gone?" Sue followed up.
"Yeah. No ambiguity at all." Matt answered.
Maddie: I didn't think that we'd be talking politics when we were chilling. But we seem to talk about everything and anything to the point we could be talking about something serious like politics or we'll be kicking a makeshift football around. Or just sat singing when we need a pick me up.
"Why do you think Tory Party members went for less experienced..." Charlene started.
"I think it's all about how Boris got kicked out. It was all about people seeing Rishi as the as wielding the knife against Boris." Matt explained.
"So they decided to, one could argue, punish the country, the entire country, by putting someone in place who was less experienced?" Charlene asked.
"That implies a malign motive, which isn't fair, but they definitely put the disloyalty to Boris as a negative. Even the old Boris die-hards who hadn't him to resign had moved on." Matt explained.
"Were you a Boris die-hard?" Seann asked Matt.
"I was... Look, I was very supportive of him, but when it was time to go, it was time to go." Matt answered.
"When he flew back from his holiday..." Charlene stated.
"Oh yeah." Matt stated.
"...in the Caribbean, what was your first thought?" Charlene asked.
"I texted him and I said, 'You know I think you're wonderful but it's not your time. The best thing for the country is that you should back Rishi and we should get him in post as soon as possible.'" Matt explained. Me, Seann and Mike were sat talking. Seann was on the chair, Mike was on the hammock and I was laying upside down off the hammock next to him.
"I just think all politicians are fucked. I mean, for them to even have the conversation of they were all Boris fans and they didn't like how Boris was ousted so you wouldn't pick the best person for the job, it just sums all politicians up." Mike explained.
"Have you ever lit a fart?" Seann asked.
"Me and a few collage friends did that it was funny." I answered looking at him.
"No." Mike answered.
"Remember we that the once last year Maddie. You've never done that?" Seann asked.
"Oh yeah when I got home from my tour." I stated.
"Strange question. Where did that come from? Looking at the fire and just thinking you need a fart?" Mike asked.
"I imagined farting on the fire." Seann answered.
"Right." Mike stated.
"It's an easy way of getting your back, sack and crack done!" I answered.
"Yes! Yes." Seann said agreeing with me. Seann Mike and Charlene went to do Deals on Wheels. The phone rang and everyone got up cheering. Sue went up to get the phone. I looked up at Sue.
"If you add these three bingo calls together, what number do you get? Two little ducks. Cup of tea. Dancing queen. Two little ducks, cup of tea and dancing queen." Sue stated.
"Is cup of tea 33?" Matt asked.
"A, 22. B, 40. C, 42." Sue stated.
"It's gotta be the last one. Because if 17..." I started.
"Cup of tea, number 3." Jill stated. We all agreed on c.
"C, 42." Sue said into the phone.
"I'm highly confident. Two ducks 22." Scarlette started.
"Dancing queen, only 17." I sang making the group laugh.
"Or was she 16?" Scarlette asked making me laugh.
"I defiantly think she was 17." I stated looking at her.
"Friday night and the lighted are low looking out for a place to go where they play the rock music getting in the groove we're in the mood for a dance anybody could be that." We sang.
"It's too high for me." Sue sang making me laugh.
"What is it?" George asked.
"Anybody could be that guy." We sang. Matt sang a bit more making us laugh.
"Yes, Matt, keep going." Baba stated making me laugh.
"Maddie help me." Matt stated looking at me.
"Fine." I stated.
"The night is young and the music's high." We sang.
"There are five keys going on at the moment!" George exclaimed.
"Was there?" Scarlette asked.
"There's about five keys going on!" George continued.
"Maddie wanna help me teach these lot a dance?" Scarlette asked me.
"Go on then." I stated standing up.
"One, two, three, four, left, two, three, four, back, two, three, four, forward one. back one." Scarlette stated.
"Where are we now?" Matt asked us.
"Forward and turn." Scarlette stated.
"We'll go slow, we'll bring it down. Ready?" I asked.
"We'll go." Scarlette stated.
"One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, back, one, two, three, four." We stated.
"Forward for one." I stated.
"Back for one." Scarlette stated.
"Step, life the leg and stop! " I said.
"Yes, Matt!" Scarlette stated.
"I like." Baba stated.
"We'll pick up the pace a little bit." I stated.
"Are you ready?" Baba asked.
"Five, six, seven. Just like candy, candy Got to get it, yeah, ah!" Scarlette sang.
"Yes, four five, six, let me go left. And then we're back and back and forward and back." I stated.
"Leg, up, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight and back, two, three, four, forward and back. And five, six, seven, eight." Scarlette stated.
"Yes we're getting there." I yelled.
"And, da, da, da, get over, girl. Bam, bam." Scarlette stated.
"We did a full one. Matt well done!" I cheered when we finished.
"I can dance!" Matt stated making me laugh.
"Yes you can." I answered grabbing my water bottle.
"You are going to be so urban when you get out of here." Scarlette stated as we all sat down. Owen pulled me into his side.
"Here they are." I yelled as we all cheered.
"Oh, the anticipation is driving me insane. This is brilliant." Chris stated.
"Is it chocolate? Because I'm craving chocolate." I asked. It was jelly babies and we all cheered.
"How many do you get?" Sue asked.
"I think its two each." Charlene answered.
"Thank you all." I stated.
Maddie: This is the best thing to have happened to us the entire time we've been in here. If you don't believe we're hungry that was our reaction to jelly babies.
We ate the jelly babies in silent as we were all so hungry. And we didn't want to miss a thing. I was sat on Owen's lap after we had ate the jelly babies.
"Owen, I've never seen this jelly baby go so slowly." Chris told us making us laugh.
"Actually yeah you've been eating that for about five minutes." I stated. It grew dark and we all decided to do a catwalk strut dance off.
"Hey come on Baba!" I yelled as he strutted.
"OH!" Charlene yelled as it was Mike's.
"Yes Mike show them who's boss!" I yelled laughing.
"Man like Mike!" Scarlette yelled. I got up as Mike sat down.
"Yes Maddie!" Mike yelled as I strutted.
"That's my girlfriend everyone." Owen yelled and we all burst out laughing.
"Yes Maddie." Scarlette yelled as I sat down next to Owen.
"Yes baby!" I yelled as it was Owen's turn after me.
"Aw!" Scarlette yelled.
Maddie: If there's ever a bad day in here we all know how to lift the mood even if we have to do a catwalk but we'll do it anyway. If you're having a bad day watch us make fool's of ourselves. If we can laugh doing it so can you. (Laughs) I'm not gonna live this down when I go home.
"Go on babe." I yelled. It was Matt's turn.
"Aw!" Scarlette yelled.
"Yes Matt strut on them haters." I yelled laughing. We all burst out laughing.
"Yes!" Scarlette yelled for Chris and Jill.
"Go on you two. Show them who's in charge." I yelled laughing. Jill and Chris went next.
"Look at them shoulders!" Someone yelled.
"YES. Jill." I yelled for her. We all cheered.
"Foods here!" Charlene stated.
"Lets go." Owen stated.
"Celebrities. As a result of Babatunde, Boy George and Chris winning 3 stars in today's trial Angles of Agany. You have crocodiles feet." Chris read.
"Bloody hell look at them." I stated. We tried cooking the food.
"Toe nails would make grate tooth picks." Sue stated making me laugh.
"They really would." I stated. Scarlette tried cooking it.
"No. This isn't for me." I stated after getting half way through my food. I gave it to Owen.
"You sure baby?" He asked me.
"Yeah. That ain't for me at all." I answered. "Thank you guys though for this." We all got ready for bed.
"Baby hurry up and get to bed. It's cold without you." Owen yelled to me making me laugh.
"Sorry. I was brushing my teeth." I answered walking over to him.
"Don't apologise baby." He stated as I climbed into the bed.
"Night campers." I yelled laughing.
"Night Mads." George yelled to me.
"Love you Mads." Jill yelled to me.
"Love you too J." I yelled back. We all fell asleep.
We were all sat round the camp when the boys walked into the camp. We cheered for them when they walked in.
"Good morning everybody." Dec stated as they stopped in front of us.
"Can you two leave?" I asked them.
"No Maddie we can not. You all know why we are here. The public have been voting for the next trial. This one is called... Boiling point." Dec read.
"That one sounded bad." I stated laughing.
"In no particular order..." Ant started.
"Babatunde, you are exempt from this one." Dec stated.
"In no particular, Scarlette, the public have decided... it's not you. Owen... its not you. George... it might be you! Sue... it's not you. Seann... it's not you. Maddie... it might be you. Jill... it's not you. Charlene... it's not you. Matt... it's not you. Mike... it's not you. Chris... it's not you." Ant read.
"When isn't it me." I stated laughing.
"So it is between George and Maddie." Dec stated.
"Good luck Mads." George stated as he took my hand.
"Good luck George." I stated.
"The public have decided the person they want to see face boiling point is... Maddie." Dec told me.
"Come on Mads you got this." George said squeezing my hand.
"Maddie, get your stuff ready, we'll see you at the Trials later." Dec stated.
"I am so excited." I sarcastically stated.
"Have a good day. See you later!" The boys said as they left.
"I have to day I'm relieved, it it's water. I'm sorry Mads." George stated.
"It's fine George." I stated. I got my stuff together.
"Baby you'll be fine." Owen said as he put his arms round my waist.
"Thanks babe." I stated kissing him slightly.
"Maddie if you can't do it. We have enough rice and beans." Charlene stated as she rubbed my back.
"You'll do grate." George stated hugging me.
