Maya is lounging on the hammock outside, listening to music on JR's speakers. The sky is already dark. She checks the time on her phone and let's out an exasperated breath. She opens her Messenger app and checks if anyone has already seen her messages. They haven't. She texts them again.
MAYA: WHERE ARE YOU?
MAYA: HELLOOOOOOOOOOOO
MAYA: ARE YOU ON YOUR WAY HOME?
MAYA: GUYS, WHERE ARE YOU?
Nothing. She puts her phone on her chest and swings the hammock once more.
